Visit To The Surgeon
I cant believe how fast my daughter has bounced back from open heart surgery. Her surgeon is very pleased at her recovery and said she can go back to school in 2 weeks which is amazing. He said she looks great and everything is healing extremly well. Im so happy with the outcome of the surgery. I have a totally different daughter who has more energy than ever.

A Month Early But Maybe U Can Pull This On Someone
One year at Thanksgiving, my mom went to my sister's house for the traditional feast. Knowing how gullible my sister is, my mom decided to play a trick. She told my sister that she needed something from the store. When my sister left, my mom took the turkey out of the oven, removed the stuffing, stuffed a Cornish hen, and inserted it into the turkey, and re-stuffed the turkey. She then placed the bird(s) back in the oven. When it was time for dinner, my sister pulled the turkey out of the oven and proceeded to remove the stuffing. Us Men Have Feelings Too
Everyday, I see blogs from people talking about how people are visiting there sites and not raying them. I'd say 90% are woman. I had a freaking awesome time last night. Is It Really Lost?
I got home last night, logged into this site to see it's name had been changed to CherryTap and quite frankly didn't blink. In my opinion the name is pretty wimpy compared to LostCherry, but it's not my website; I just have fun here. Then I saw some people were not happy with the change and again it just rolled off my back. Again, a change of name is of little importance in the big scheme of things, but then I started reading. One of my pet peeves is people who read what they want, or half of what's there, and make judgements. That's a very dangerous thing. I found out today, during my lunch break at work...that my Godfather, a man who was a huge part of my life growing up...passed away yesterday of a heartattack and stroke. It was so difficult to go back to work and listen to people complaining about their banking issues...sighs. But, then I walked outside and saw such a beautiful sky before me. I stared and stared, not moving. I stood there looking like a moron, because I couldn't get over how beautiful this place can really be. I hope that while I am here, I remember to look at the Earth's beauty, the beauty in others...as much as I possibly can. He lived to be 84 years old...a long, wonderfully happy, active life (the man was mowing his own lawn for crying out loud). I hope that when I pass on, someone can say the same of me.

Five-cheese Chicken Breasts
Preparation time: 25 minutes. Baking time: 20 minutes. Oven temperature: 350 degrees. Serves: 4. 2 whole chicken breasts, about 1 1/4 lbs. skinned, boned, split 4 thin slices each Mozzarella & Swiss cheese 1/2 c. ricotta cheese 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 1 egg yolk All-purpose flour 1 egg, well beaten 1/4 to 1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs 1 tbsp. each oil & butter Cheese Sauce, recipe follows 1. Place chicken halves between pieces of plastic wrap. Flatten with mallet to form thin cutlets. 2. Place a slice each of Mozzarella and Swiss cheese on each cutlet. 3. Mix ricotta and Parmesan cheeses with egg yolk. Divide among cutlets, placing a spoonful at wide end of each cutlet. 4. Roll up from wide end. Roll eahc in flour, dip in egg and coat with crumbs. Secure with toothpicks. 5. Brown chicken on both sides in hot oil and butter. Arrange in shallow 1 1/2 quart bakign dish. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minute.s 7. Transfer rolls to hot serving dish, rem

Cheesy Chicken And Noodles
Garlic 2 tbsp. olive oil 4 - 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Salt, pepper, lemon juice, poultry seasonings 8 - 12 oz. cooked egg noodles 1/2 c. chicken broth 15 oz. low fat ricotta cheese 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese Mozzarella cheese (low fat) 15 oz. canned crushed tomatoes 2 tsp. Italian seasoning Pound chicken breast with garlic. Saute over medium heat until both sides are brown, when done, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Lay noodles in glass pan, pour chicken broth over noodles, then lay chicken pieces over noodles. Put dabs of ricotta cheese on top of chicken breasts, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Next put slices of mozzarella cheese over ricotta cheese. Pour crushed tomatoes over this and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until bubbling.

1/2 c. cream style cottage cheese or ricotta cheese 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. sour cream 10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 4 oz. can diced green chili peppers 3 c. cooked rice 1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese 2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped 1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe olives 1 c. coarsely crushed corn chips In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, soup, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth. Add chili peppers, chicken, rice, cheese, tomatoes, and olives. Stir until combined., Pour into 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with crushed chips. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.

German chocolate cake mix 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/2 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 1/2 jar caramel sauce 12 oz. carton frozen whipped topping, thawed 3 Heath bars, crushed Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Actually, not really. They don't kid when they say once you hit a certain age birthdays really don't matter anymore. I have really felt that way about my birthday the past few years. Not Sure
Yesterday, I went to my mom's grave site with a dead cell phone, backpack full of pills and a 64 ounce soda. I was going to die. I took some pills, just enough to get me going. My prescription for courage. Then, a little later, I shit my pants and my family rolled up to my mom's grave site. I left them there, because I had shit my pants. So, yesterday's attempt to die ended horribly. It kind of makes me wonder. I went home, took 2 days worth of my medication and woke up this evening to a nudge by my husband asking me if I was still alive. Now, I am left with the question of 'to die' or 'not to die.' I really wanted to die at my mom's grave site, but I have a feeling she made me shit my pants and called my family in. So, she is out. Where in the world would be a good place to die. I have already tried my shrink's office. That almost worked, but they found out and called 911. I can't die at home. I have 2 kids there. That would be the most selfish thing I could ever do,

When People Ask Stupid Questions...
I have 2 Border Collies & I was buying a large bag of Purina at Wal-Mart and was in line to check out. A woman behind me asked if I had a dog. On impulse, I told her that no, I was starting The Purina Diet again, although I probably shouldn't because I'd ended up in the hospital last time, but that I'd lost 50 pounds before I awakened in an intensive care ward with tubes coming out of most of my orifices and IVs in both arms. I told her that it was essentially a perfect diet and that the way that it works is to load your pants pockets with Purina nuggets and simply eat one or two every time you feel hungry & that the food is nutritionally complete so I was going to try it again. BAKE 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool; cut into squares. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

In short, we are policemen (and women). Our beat is totally inhabited by convicted felons who, by definition, are people who tend to break laws, rules, and regulations.

I Saw My Grandmother

so anyways, just wanted to let ya guys know...if you've sent me a message and havent got any response its because theyre piled up at least 60 deep all week no matter how hard i try to get thru them...shit, im takin a break-- but i'm not trying to ignore anyone on purpose....

Heart And Soul
Music is a big part of my life... it can relax me, make me cry, make me angry, make me happy, and best of all..make me get up and shake this big ol' ass of mine!!! I rely a lot on music. It's my therapy. Whether it's songs about pain, love, loss, or sex.... it reaches into the heart and soul of me. There is a point to all that rambling... everyday I'm gonna post lyrics to a song. It might be how I feel for the day, it might just be something that I love to get up and dance to.... but none the less.. I'll be posting lyrics...and if you don't know the song.. it will also be playing in my music player. Why am I doing this? hhhmm... could be cause I'm bored to hell... and also.. I want to share something that means a lot to me... with all my cherry friends. So.. tomorrow... let the lyrics begin :)
