Flight (2012)
Wasn't sure what to expect from this movie because all I really got from the previews was that a captain saved a bunch of lives by landing a plane. Not a huge drama fan but since I am a Denzel Washington fan I watched it anyways. Basically the film focuses more on the alcoholism of the main character and his struggles, all the while being the captain of a plane that landed a plane in a spectacular way. A hero that people didn't really know until everything finally comes to head. Overall the movie is good and interesting but the focus on the alcoholism drove me nuts at times. 3 out of 5, but if you like drama it would probably be a 5 out of 5.

Weight Loss

Holy fuck i just got back from dallas! last night I went to see Goatwhore, THE RED ChORD, and Mutha fucking Black Dahlia MURDER!!!! and cannibal corpse.... There was a fire just recently that erupted and went live on the tv news stations because of the event associated with it being one of the larger events in Austin's Music Scene -- the Austin City Limits!!! Fortunately, the ongoers there this morning weren't packed in and there was no mania. It is unclear what exactly exploded at the scene and caused the fire, but Austin Fire Department's finest put out the fire very quickly. Fortunately, it was on the perimeter of the site. Okay... now it was announced that it was some propane tanks in an area not visited by concert ongoers and behind the stage set up area of one of the stages.... It could have been much worse, if the area was packed as it would surely be tonight. Whew!! They are already letting people back into the area, which is a good sign. I am sure that they are going to be monitoring the embers of the fire burst.... So far, they are saying everything is a "GO!!!" for the concert goers to the Austin City Limit

Unexpected Tragedy....
You just never know when life is going to take a tragic turn. Last week, after thinking to myself "thank heavens the kids are going back to school after Thanksgiving break!", I got a phone call. I was told that my 18yr old step son died in a car accident moments before. I still feel like I am in a dream and at any moment someone will wake me up. He died in Oklahoma, so my husband had to go out there and take care of all the arrangements. Now our son sits in a wooden container in our hutch in the living room. Each day I take him out and give him a hug, wishing I could have giving him one last hug and kiss before they cremated him. just getting back from errands i have to say this rant covers both things do not drive ny car bigger than you can handle i was watching this i would say tenager driving a freaking 1980's caddy and could not drive for crap she almost hits me and i was parked in a parking lot and here she was on a freaking cell phone jacked to her ear so now part two of my rant if your driving used a headset i know some states require you to do this by law and i think it is a good idea but the worsed i seen was a teeneage tribing on the interstate weaving back and forth because she was text messaging on her freaking side kick andhad this ticked off look because she had to drive and not text the rant is over for now

well here it is 2 weeks since I been able to put weight on my ankle doing really good, still just a lil slow but making very good progress. I am able to walk more & more every day without the help of the walker/crutches...

My Father.
Well, life is full of shit, And it seems like it never gets better, My dad has a heart condition and I went and spent the weekend, down at my parents, only to learn that My dad is going to have surgery on Oct. 9 and Of course I have a million things going on.. around that time I will be taking my state exam for what I have been going to school for a year and a half.. The dr's are telling him and they are not sure if he will make it thur and that he needs to get things all ready just incase he does not make it. He has 3 wonderful grandchildern that would.. well Im not sure what would/will happen.. So like I said life is full of shit.

Stepping Back
Last night I stepped down from SER Management and Dj'ing. I think that is one of the hardest things I have ever done in my life. Everyone was very supportive of my reasons, and thankfully it is that way...I had a few ppl that thought I was doing it for attention...but what the hell let ppl think what they want, I love my SER family and will still support them, I just needed to do this for my own personal health..sometimes it is so easy to get wrapped up in the Drama on Fubar you forget to take care of what matters most. Everyone takes things on this site to seriously sometimes and forgets that it is an escape. I started to do that and it caused me some serious health problems. So by stepping back from everything I was doing I am hoping to just get back to what I joined this site for and maybe even get some of my passion back for other things...

Hello.I havent been on here much at all in the last month or so.I have been so freakin busy.I work all the time now it seems.I work so much that my son told me sunday that he likes his Daddy more then me,I work to much.Talk about heart break. But I told him that I have to work so he can have things and be taken care of.Dave and I have both been sick off and on we just take turns lol Last month was our 4 yr anniv. I love him so much.We both have changed and grown so much in 4 yrs.Dave has become an amazing father.And thanks to have I have become a stronger person.We have went thru alot together and it has been worth it.The crap made us closer and stronger.Not bad for a couple that some said wouldnt last a week! On the 23rd I am getting a new tattoo!!! I am so freakin looking forward to it and I just cant wait.Its going to be huge, covering my whole upper back from neck to the middle of my back and side to side.We are thinking it will take 6 to maybe 8 hours or more.

Counting Down The Days Now
The economic times are tough and many a tale is going around about the woes facing us all. Lost jobs, lost wages, lost benefits and the reduction of hours to which my brother and I are not immune. Albert Einstein once was quoted as saying that it has become appalling clear our technology has surpassed our humanity and I agree. RIP humanity. Barring a miracle, my brother and I are going to be moving into a 19'camper trailer by November 20th as he is disabled and lost his SSI disability. I have been paying all the bills but my job has cut back my hours to the point I can no longer meet the monthly budget. One result of this will be that I will be leaving Fubar for a long time, if not forever. I appreciate all my family, friends and fans here and I will remember you always. I hope that I have touched your lives and brought a smile to your face.

I watched a special on Showtime about Tommy Chung and how he was arrested for selling his glass bongs. Later in that special there was a clip of a speach done by President George W Bush. Bush said in that speach "that people who do drugs support Terrorism. Now I will addmit I do smoke marijuana and I have never become violent. I for one do not support Terrorism. My Own Hell , Why I'm Not Around
I haven't been on since Friday and here's why I'm in a bad place right now. I found out on Friday I'm diabetic and on top of it I have tendinitis, On my left hand . I'm told I can never use that hand to write w/, since I'm a lefty I curve my wrist when I write. So from that is why I have it.. I have to wear and brace and I'm hoping that will help me to be able to teach myself how to write w/ out curving the wrist.. Not being able to write handicaps me from finding a job big time... Folks, I've spent almost 20 years of my life looking for your houses. It's amazing when you get to a certain age and realization kicks in, I'm 48 and 60 is really not that far away, Over half of my life is over. My preference is CSS all the way... this really makes your website shine, has better maintence value, it runs 6 times faster, and you great endles div tages to do complex tasks. just answer all the questions at one time when you call them about something?? Why is it when you are separated from the one that you love and care for the most, you miss them so much it actually hurts? In today's world of mobile phones, computers and webcams, distance can still cause such a loss. I know this aggrevation well, many times deployed and the like, I still do not cope well with being physically separated from the ones that I love. However the one thing that I have learned in my life, at the time of reunion with your loved one, everything is clear and nothing can hurt. Packing For Vegas . . .
Well, it's that time of the year again . . . AVN Convention time 2008! This year should prove to be better than ever. My studio partner and I have rented a 6 Bed Room, 5,500 sq. ft. loft with a game room, hot tub, wet bar, and all the extras. It's only three blocks east of the middle of The Strip. My partner, others, and I packed the van over the weekend with enough lights, gear, and equipment for us to produce some major content over the four days of the Convention. He left today, Monday with the van and I fly in tomorrow afternoon, Tuesday. AVN starts Wednesday at 9:00 with a huge opening day party that night and runs through Saturday. Saturday night is the big AVN Awards dinner followed by a closing party from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM Sunday. What I'm really excited about, besides the huge crowds and all of the Studio's Contract Girls is being able to use the new 1080i HD cams that we've just bought to shoot video with while we're there (that's what the big loft's for . . lol)

Back From Hell And Not The Nice One.

This was coming up before I was interrupted by someone else's blog that made me smile. Most people judge people from their age, their appearance, etc. When I was growing up (years back in those dinosaur days, lol), children were to be seen and not heard and God never listen to a child for intelligence. Well, in my long life, I have did not treat my children this way nor teach them that. As a matter of fact, everyone can learn something from anyone at any giving time, because we are not all knowing, even if some of us (yes, lol, me included) claim to be a know it all.
