Words flow while wearing a frown
A muse in misery, I guess I’ve found

I mean something’s got to get you down,
Otherwise nothing can lift you up
Like a bass line that sets in just right
Kick drum beat heavy and tight
Anything, that travels up your spine,
Standing your hair on end
A singer wailing, like on it their life
did depend
A bolt flashing illuminating the sky
The feeling I get when I look in her eyes
That’s where I need to dwell
that’s where I belong
