A dear friend of mine informed me that her and her husband who is recently back from Iraq just lost their expected child after just 12 weeks and I have been consoling her with something I have kept after my own losses in the past. It is a sad day that another new beginning has already come to an end but I hope this helps others who have suffered as such... In this time of loss I call upon my spirit within to guide me to my strength so that I may find peace and completion. Pound each piece until flattened. Unwrap plastic and sprinkle each breast on both sides with garlic powder, paprika and pepper. I saw the surgeon today. I've lost 18 pounds since surgery 2 weeks ago. People have been telling me the last couple to few days that they are seeing a difference. Apparently its most noticeable in my face. It dawned on me today that from my highest weight of almost 440 (I was like 438 or 439, not sure if I gained any after that but I don't think I did). Anyway it dawned on me that I am getting very close to having lost 100 pounds total. I am allowed to go back to normal activity (as tolerated type thing). I can even start back to work tomorrow (the 4th). I'm going to call work tho and see if they will let me take the next 2 days off and then use 1 week vacation and then for 2 weeks after that use a week vacation as 4 hours a day. i have darier's i didnt find out what i even had intill i was around 14-15. it start appearing on my forehead and neck and scalp when i was 7 years old. i went to id have to say over 50 or so doctors and to atleast 100 differnt kind of meds. but when was around 15 i found out what it was and got medication for it. it worked really well and almost complelty got ride of it. sad part is even with meds that work it will never be completly gone its in treatable. it had to be the biggest relief i always held my head down and had bangs to cover it up. then after around 3years i started getting really sick they thought it could be the pills because they could cause horiable side effects. in because around the time the pills already stoped working its i think the doctor said because my body is getting used to it so it wasnt having the same effect she even tried up the dose nothing. i havent been able to get the pills for this in that reason. now my rash is coming back full force and its at i

Last Couple Weeks

Got some good news for a change today! Kelly is coming back home to her family tomorrow! She should be home by 4 PM. They have adjusted her insulin & she will be on antibiotics thru IV for some time and she still has to wait to see if what they did takes and then find out how they are going to close it up. Ok 1st off I have a few friends are here that are great. However, this is supposed to be an online bar. How is when I go to a real bar I see real people that will talk to others. It seems like that you have to act like whore or be a gangster to make new friends on here. Hell there is lounge on here that I have real life friends that DJ and Greet for them. Caught Between Lives
A little over a month ago i had open heart surgery and a pacemaker. Now, as the final hurdle to getting disability, the Social Security doctors want to do a MRI and internal cardiac exam, u are NOT supposed to do this with someone with a pacemaker and 2 heart attacks already. I feel old enough already these days, but it seems like i have to jump through hoops for these people. So if i dont make it through these tests, ive had a good life full of fun and worshipping the Lord.

Where I've Been And What I Have Been Up To.
Okay, some of you have been wondering where I've been the last two years and what I have been up to. I began attending the state university in the fall of 2009. I attended class (mostly seated) full-time for a degree in Management. My first semester went well. It went much better than I expected. I joined Phi Beta Lambda that semester as well. The second semester was rough because I spent a month out of class because I was hospitalized. I somehow managed to get caught up and I even earned a 4.0 that semester. I was asked to join Phi Theta Kappa and I was inducted that spring. The third semester went very well as did my summer classes. My last semester was a very busy one. I took six classes, completed an internship, and worked part-time. I graduated Cum Laude on May 09, 2011. I was just a hair away from graduating Magna Cum Laude. Now What???
Ok, great now she is home.... but she is sooooooo tired that she doesn't do anything at all... she sleeps 20+ hours a day, doesn't do any thing herself. She has not changed her clothes or bathed in any way in at least 4 days, and she expects me to help her with all of that. Law Advice
So I'm having issues with my dead beat of a father ex husband. He does NOTHING with our children. He's living with his parents and even when the boys are there, he stays in his room and his parents watch them. He pays for nothing for the boys...I have to pay for it all. Instead of having shcool uniforms, why not have shcool costumes instead? Everyone could be required to wear their whole costume when they came to school, and that way everyone would look exactly the same. And no one would get picked on, or be distracted by those who looked different. No more not being able to concentrate in class cuz some fat girl is there so it's distracting, or someone with a pretty face is there, or all the annoying people with different hair colors as you are around, so you just can't foucus on what the teacher is saying, or concentrate on reading your book and answereing you questions. There are few feelings more satisfying in the world than doing something people think you can't do. Case in point: last October. My girlfriend just broke up with me and I lost my job in the span of a week. While I was looking for a job in the newspaper, my ex told me I'm better off just giving up. And you know something, I listened. I threw in the towel more or less, packed my stuff, and moved in with my first ex for about ten days. Then I moved back home to Baltimore, down and depressed. I was out of work until January (when my parents were about to kick me out) when I finally got me a job as an office clerk. OK First Columbine in 1999, then the next major shooting was in Colorado again at a high school where a guy walked in and had a gun and a bomb. One female student was shot and killed. Then we get Virginia Tech, 32 killed plus one gunman. Now in Denver we've had several things happen yesterday and today. Morlie Middle School had two students walk in today carrying semi-automatic handguns. We also had a small explosive device go off in Ponderosa High School near Castle Rock, CO in Douglas County. Yesterday we had 4 different Denver area schools receive either bomb threats or students carrying weapons onto campus. All 4 were middle or high school campuses. WTF is going on with our god***n kids?!?!? Following my blogs we all know I have been very poor in the relationships area...well I think some other areas have now caught up. I moved from one place I was at for 4 years to a friends 2 weeks ago. I was supposed to move into a new place May 1st. I got a call that the plumbing was so bad it is unliveable for a few months...draw back..I admit, tears were rolling down my cheeks earlier today. I said..ok..not a livable place for my child and myself right? Well....one of my friends has been mysteriously absent for some time now. I loved him and he was so dear to me as a friend. He lived far away and would have loved to have been with him, just had to see how things went. Well, an email I just received blew me the FUCK away. He was a fireman in Florida and was in an accident. He was in a coma and just died. My Nerdy Reading Goal
Okay, so I can't remember if I mentioned this in my past blogs or not, so if I have and you're tired of it, go ahead and scream at me. Anyway, Last year I set a goal for myself of reading at least 10,000 pages. I set this when I began keeping a log of all the books I read, just for my own amusement. Being the nerd that I am, I made an excel spreadsheet, so it became relatively easy to tally up the total pages and whatnot, and being obsessed with numbers, I set the said goal for myself. (I think this was in March and I'd already gone through 2000 pages so I thought what the hey) In any case, I finished the year with 10,591 total. So I thought for 2007 I should double it, and see if I can get to 20,000 pages....which quickly changed to well, let's see if I can average about 2000 pages a month, or 24,000 for the year. Fever Dreams
I've been sick for almost a week, some bacterial infection that I can't seem to kick. I've been feverish and have these wicked headaches. I don't sleep for very long periods even though I desperately want too. When I am sleeping I keep having these crazy dreams...a girl at my work called them fever dreams. In the latest one I'm running through the hospital, I know that Wes is there and he's alive. Someone brings his body out from a back room and lays him on a nearby couch. He's nearly unconcious, murmuring things like I love you and take care of the boys. I keep touching his face, crying, kissing him, running my fingers through his hair. Next Day Ole Turkey Salad Why wait till the next day? You may be ready to start digging into the leftovers tonight. Happy Thanksgiving! Credit: The Hellman's Kitchen Servings: 4 Ingredients: * 1/2 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise * 1/2 cup prepared salsa * 6 cups torn romaine lettuce leaves * 2 cups diced cooked turkey * 4 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled * Salad fixin's* Directions: In medium bowl, combine Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise and salsa; set aside. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Just before serving, toss with mayonnaise mixture. *Salad fixin's: Use chopped tomatoes, black beans, shredded cheese, sliced pitted ripe olives, sliced green onions and/or tortilla chips. Brownie Mounds
Ingredients: * 1/3 cup butter, softened * 3/4 cup sugar * 1/3 cup light corn syrup * 1 egg * 3 squares (1 ounce each) unsweetened chocolate, melted * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract * 1-2/3 cups all-purpose flour * 1/2 teaspoon baking powder * 1/4 teaspoon salt * 1/2 cup chopped walnuts Directions: In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add corn syrup and egg; beat well. Stir in chocolate and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; add to chocolate mixture; beat well. Stir in walnuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until edges are firm. Remove to wire racks to cool. Yield: 3 dozen.

Childhood Cartoons
I miss the days of waking up early every Saturday to watch cartoons while eating donuts or a big bowl of lucky charms. Cartoons aren't the same these days. Now there only seem to be 2 or 3 goods ones, if that many. It's amazing that I still remember the words to the intros of all these cartoons. I do miss those days though. Todays Shocker!
Today I got the ultimate shock from someone that I let become my whole world practically. Yep, I'm single again and not by choice and for what reasons I'm not completely sure of. I'm not looking to get set up with anyone new right now...time heals all so they say. I'm a pretty strong girl and hopefully I can bounce back but for the momment things dont looks so good. Choice Theory
A couple of semesters ago I had to take a class for my Major called "Choice Theory". Mind you that my idea about this class was less than to be desired but once the semester moved on I learned alot and opefully pass the idea around for other to think about. Choice Theory is an idea (a very true and insiteful idea) that was written by William Glasser,M.D. A psychiatrist that has been known world wide. In his book "Choice Theory" Dr. Glasser states; "for all practical purposes, we choose everything we do, including the misery we feel". Which means that all we can get from other people is the information that they give - it is how we act upon that information is what we choose. What I am saying is if you don't like something about yourself then only you can make up your mind to change it. It can be done. to many times I see people complaining about auctions, for that those who bid never follow through on it yadda yadda yadda ... well I have come across a situation being on the other end of that. I followed through on my bids, payed a lot of fubux yet the person(s) I purchased haven't fulfilled their claims. To me this is most aggravating ... maybe I will do a blog/bully and warn people of these people. I notice at least one of them are in numerous auctions. Bad Times
Well it looks like I will be just another number standing in the unemployment line soon. My position at my store is being eliminated. If there is an opening at another location I can interview for a position at that location. However, the closest location is 45 minutes away in light traffic. Or I can resign my position, lose $3 an hour and get anywhere from 5-37 hours a week. Yay me. I will get the final word on any open positions or if I have to step down within the next four weeks. So Friday night I went out to the bar and met up with one of my oldest friends I haven't seen in forever. While I was waiting, I was sexually harassing my bartender (you would too, trust me), and having some shots of SoCo. So at some time during the night of sexually harassing Kevin (YUM!) and dancing with my friend's husband (who can pop it like a stripper), I met this guy and gave him my number. WELCOME TO BIZZARO WORLD!! Following is a short list of my observations - JUST TODAY - of things that make no sense to me.
