My job has me going nuts! Last month I drove over 6000 KM's between a few places going to work and back. I managed to have a near record month for sales, and although that makes me happy. Surgery Recovery
Well I had my surgery yesterday and things went well for the most part. I'm in alot of pain and they have me in an abdominal binder. I get to take a shower tomorrow..YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHH and will get to see the incision and take this binder off for a little bit anyways. I can't drive or lift anything for at least a week. I go back and see my doctor Next Friday. But I am headed back to my bed now for a little bit.

Unexplained Virus
Let me tell you they SUCK. My oldest son (9)started out with a headache on Saturday. Unusal but he's a bit of a drama queen, or king whatever. Then Monday he got sent home from school with a fever. Tuesday he stayed home fever spikes to 105 headache no other symptoms but a few random red spots. He thought they were mosquito bites (he's allergic). Wednesday still has fever spots have turned to blisters. He then informs me they're not just on his face but he has some on his head. I know what you're thinking...classic case of Chicken Pox right? It's so hard for me to believe it has been 3 years since my father passed. Some days it feels like I just heard the news. And some days I still expect him to walk through my front door. One of the things I enjoy most about running a long distance is that later, if you see a sign that says an exit is seven miles away you can think to yourself "Oh that? I could get out and run that!" I can't remember the last time I ran seven and half miles, even in the Army I think the longest we did in formation was six miles. Sure it was three times a week, but it wasn't all at once. Finally, I Did The Smart Thing
So today was a chill day... Felt myself getting antsy and cranky.. So instead of eating something I didn't need, or watching tv, or getting online I went for a 2 mile walk/run. I say it like thta because I am training to run. They suggest walk 5 min, run thrity sec, walk 2 min, run thirty sec for the first week. I tried to move up, but I had to keep hitting my inhaler, so I am repeating week 1 until I do not need my inhaler. I feel pretty proud of myself, and damn awesome.

Just want to let everyone know what is going on with me health wise. You probably often see it says im sick. Well, I have been dealing with peritinitis, it sand infection of the lining of the stomach. People have died from it. I almost did. I spent 29 nights in Gi unit in Boston. Had 7 surgical procedures done to fix. I got peritinitis from a mistake made by a surgeon during a sugery. I still have infection in stomach now. Also, my heart has been acting weird, skipping, fluttering, palpitations. CVhest pain, shortness of breath, weak, dizzy. Blood pressure very high. Yes Ive been seeing docs. I have major signs of heart attack lol, but they say its not. But not sure what is going on. I have been accepted in to the LDC Family. So far everyone has been great. I can't believe how much support I have gotten already. Peanut / Ginger Chicken Served With Yam Chips And Apple Butter
1/2 large white onion Fresh Ginger 2/3 cup peanut butter 2/3 cup peach jelly Fresh cracked black pepper 1 egg 1 small can Mandarin Oranges 1 TBSP Fresh chopped Garlic 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, frozen. Using the chopper of your choice, chop the garlic, ginger, onions, and pepper together. Open the can of mandarin oranges and drain the juice into the onion mixture. Continue chopping until everything is small and moves smoothly. It should be a liquid consistency. Add the egg and jelly and blend well. Gradually add the peanut butter, blending as you go so you don't wind up with a mass of peanut butter coated in the sauce. Now you want to add about 1/2 the can of oranges. Reserve the rest for a garnish. After blending thoroughly, lay a long sheet of aluminum foil in a baking dish. (Roasting bags work quite well for this as well.) For my birthday, I took my kids back home....I never felt so happy to be back to a place I have forgotten. I was home back on the Rez. Never have I felt safe and comfortable. I was with family....people who know me and understand. Nothing that I know of could have made me feel like I was back home....back where I belong. When It Rains, It Pours
First I stay in an old hotel. The sink had rust in it and the shower/tub was nasty.... On the way home, it rained so bad that we had to pull the car over twice because we couldn't see the road. I get home and was going to see my boys, but my I can't steer my car A belt is off of it. I now have 3 guys looking at it. I called my boyfriend and he's mad because I didn't call him sooner. Ugh. SUCK(S)! Forgive Me but I just can't seem to even fake good moods anymore near this time of year. My Life (part 5)

An New Update About Manny
Manny will be 6 months old on January 14, 2007, already has two teeth just above his gums, he babbles like there's no tomorrow....lol, he rolls over, grabs for things pretty good now, and is now startin to learn how to crawl and also hates layin on his back for over 5 minutes, he laughs a lot and smiles a lot too, I love him so very much and would never give him up for anything or anyone. He is my everything. Today he only took one nap and that was at 1 pm 10 3pm and he was up until about 9pm, I forgot to call and schedule him a well child check up for his 6 month check up so ill have to do that on the 2nd of January.

This Waiting....
Waiting to have my cycles back to normal to start trying again is like the most excruciating wait ever. On the one hand I want things to return to normal so that we can start trying and on the other hand its like something looming on the horizon...something that scares me as well. I KNOW I wont give up but going through this again would be SOOO hard. I am also taking this time to figure out what I want my game plan to be once I am pregnant again. I am thinking about being diligent about testing my hormones this time around to be sure that none are too low to support the pregnancy. I just woke up after an unusual dream. I was in a room and had to go to the bathroom. Something told me to duck down as 3 guys with automatic weapons walked out an elevator and began to fire. At that moment trying to crawl under the bed with no success I knew i was going to die. I woke up after that before i was killed. Also I decided to get a cell phone. Our New White Dove...
Here is the newest addition to our family. We acquired him/her because a neighbor thought they'd buy him from the pet store and set him free. Well, his wings had been clipped, so my children caught him and brought him home. I was going to take him to the bird sanctuary, but after doing some research, I have found that these birds make for very good pets. I've had birds before, so it's not something 100% new to me. They are basically very clean birds, quite docile and they enjoy human companionship. Now, all I need is a name... Some I am tossing about in the air are Chilaili (Native American for snowbird), Chenoa (Native American for white dove), Chloe, and a few others...

I have recently found out that I have been diagnosed with thyroid cancer.My cancer has spread to my lymph nodes and to my esophagus. At first I was like please just take me out now please,but then came back to real life and was like hell no this is not going to stop me,there is way to much fight left in me to go away this easily.I have been going to the doctors almost everyday since then and have been having lots an lots of test I have become a guinee pig but its all good as long as it helps me and anyone else that is suffering threw the same thing. My Pregnancy Update 9-9-07
9/9/2007 STILL PREGNANT!!!!! when i went to the doctor last wed. im dialated to a 3 and 70% effaced now. i really wish she would hurry up and make her intrance. well i took my first dose of castor oil lastnight around 11, i took 2 tsp. 4 hours later.. nothing.. so i took some more...this morning i was having small contractions... so i went to walmart and walked around, contractions got a bit stronger and a little diarreah but nothing bad, came home and was tired so i went to sleep. woke up and contractions were gone. :( went to longhorn for dinner and came home felt like i had to use the bathroom again and contractions have started up again. i took a little more oil mixed with coke so hopefully this time will make her come out.she needs to hurry up! p.s. i cannot have sex. i have noone to have sex with and no i dont want to have sex with any of you.

I May Have Cancer!!
Well on Tue. morning I finally got my tests results back from my OB doc and it wasn't good. With what my aunt brenda is going through it down right scares the hell out of me. I found out I have the virus that causes cancer and other abnormalities. Right now my aunt has had one ovary removed and in two weeks will have the other one removed as well and maybe her uterus as well. They still don't have all the results back but so far can not tell if there is cancer. Now with that said I am scared to death with why my pap came back the way it did. I go back in a month for more tests. I know it could be just about anything minor wrong but the scarriest is cancer. I also know freaking out about this now won't help but its hard not to when dealing with a posiblity of having cancer. I have some of the best friends ever here that have helped a ton already and I so love them all for being here for me!! I can never thank them enough for being here when I broke down and cried after

Breath
Being a mom is wonderful..it becomes heart breaking when your child cannot be as active as they wish due to asthma :( My daughter (4) has asthma, everynight breathing treatments and everyday the inhaler..all she wants to do is run, dance and play. Then I have to tell her to stop and rest, because of her breathing ...My son (7) I wish would be active and move..but he doesn't..not for health reasons..for laziness. what's going on? where is everybody? I just bought some shoes on line. They're Dr. Marten ballet flats. I didn't know Dr. Marten made ballet flats but they do and I just got them for $30 bucks through Amazon. Hooray. Just some observations I've made by rotting my brain while watching tv: Why would men want to dye their facial hair? Just For Men has a beard dye..really?? In the commercial it shows a man with a graying beard being shot down by a 30 or 40 year old woman. Are women at that age really that picky about graying facial hair?? Vanity makes me laugh; just shave the damn thing off! These are the same men who think the 'comb over' looks good and no one can notice. (I just want to shave Donald Trumps head while he sleeps. Perfume Fiasco
I went shopping with my mom today up at this huge outlet mall to try to find her some new red wine goblets that I had promised her ages and ages ago. We found them after hours and hours of searching, yay! But of course no woman can go shopping and just look in the dish stores... ;) (Okay, okay, ladies don't yell at me, we're not aaalll the same, I know.) So we did the rounds and at one point ended up in a cosmetics store. As my mom bought the lipstick she found I perused the perfume section. Now, I am not a big perfume girl. When I was younger my dad was very into cologne and would often buy me perfume, but at some point along the way I just lost interest. I bathe regularly, I use a lot of products that have scent so I just don't want to cloud the issue. I do have an Aqua De Gio that I love (smells clean) and use for special occaisions, and also this lovely lavendar spray from my favorite store, L'Occitane en Provence. But usually it's just me and my deoderant. =) I

Day 5
Well this is the start of day 5 of no fags, still feeling a bit strange, have weird severe dreams. Dreamt I was a surfer the other night, which is bizarre cos I cant even swim, but it was a bit mental as I was in a place with no waves. Dont know whether its the patches playing fuck with my mind. I was even in bed early last night which is not like me at all, so thats why I am awake at 6ish in the morning. its okay cos I have to work up my flexi time at work, I got told off because I was hours down, so doing me best to make that right. Anyway hardest time for me with this is the weekend as I never managed to get past them, so its going to be a bit of a struggle. well i have managed to get to three weeks without a cigarette, and I have noticed I don't have as much patience as I used to, my sarcasm is getting worse, I am eating more but at least I can breathe properly now. In another three weeks I will probably be the size of a three bedroom house.

Since sitting at home nervous as piss is not going to help me out one iota I have decided to go to work early. Chicken in Wine Sauce This is elegant and easy. One of my all-time favorite bands is The Moody Blues. The band was at their creative peak over a 7 album stretch (Days of Future Passed up through Seventh Sojourn) with each member contributing strong songs to the album mixes. Yesterday my child met her father for the very first time. It's been 6 years myself since I had seen him. The past 6 years I have been trying to contact him so he can be a part of her life.
