Ya know what made me so mad earlier? I was at the local fireworks with a friend of mine and she was on her cell phone when the national anthem came on- the live band asked everyone to please stand for the national anthem... My Daughter
so last night around 11:30 at night i was woke up by my daughter having a seizure...so up i go and get the meds to inject her with to help her come out of the seizure...but had to call 911 because she couldnt come out of the seizure...so the mets and fire rescue come here and because this is a monthly thing they know shelbie and were very wonderful with her and she finally came out of the seizure... i am very tired today with no sleep ... but you know the thing that just makes me smile so very much is all that is "wrong" with my little girl you would never know it... she smiles all the time and laughs and is a miracle....

Hmmm
Well after speaking to my mom, I can stay out there. Thats not a problem. The only thing is, her internet connection is dial up so that will blow for me. I wont be able to work where I am currently, but can possibly find another job. My boyfriend, as wonderful as he is told me that I do not deserve to be treated like my sister is treating me, and if it came down to it he would pay my complete way back to Germany. I didnt want that at all, but once again just goes to show that I have an angel!

Belonging And Other Rambles.
Alot of people wish to belong.. I'm not much different. I want to feel part of the clique, one with the crowd.. but I cant, I grew up as an outsider. Lived on a farm away from everyone.. then when i got to school, i didnt really care for the other kids much. Then when family broke up, moved ot the city and became a true outsider, a lone wolf in the extreme. Losing Weight
Hey, when I had my 4th and 5th child, I weighed more than 200 lbs with each one. I'm only 5'6" and normally weigh about 135, 140. Still losing but all I do is walk...(i.e. to the kitchen to make food for them, to the bathroom to get them out of the toilet, to the store with them, etc, get the picture?), What is a really good exercise routine or activity besides swimming, that I can do to firm and tone up abs, legs, butt, etc? I hate the thought of going to a gym cause I have 5 kids. Well, and who has $100/child per week to do anything? Out here, daycare is expensive.

Bird Feeder
I bought a bird feeder. I hung it on my back porch and filled it with seed. Within a week we had hundreds of birds taking advantage of the continuous flow of free and easily accessible food. But then the birds started building nests in the boards of the patio, above the table, and next to the barbecue. Then came the poop. It was everywhere: on the patio tile, the chairs, the table...everywhere. Then some of the birds turned mean: They would dive bomb me and try to peck me even though I had fed them out of my own pocket. And others birds were boisterous and loud: They sat on the feeder and squawked and screamed at all hours of the day and night and demanded that I fill it when it got low on food. After a while, I couldn't even sit on my own back porch anymore. I took down the bird feeder and in three days the birds were gone. Well, just another day in the life of a mother with 5 animals--I mean, kids. School is just about a week away for pretty much everyone--except the 2yr old. Boy is she sick of everybody. She's the youngest and gets no respect it seems, but she can take names, and whatever else she can when it comes to her 4 older siblings. Today my 10yr old autistic son was banging his hand on a plastic toy bin and my 2yr old kept coming to me in the kitchen saying, "mommy patrick won't stop, will you tell him stop?"...so I said, "Patrick, stop making that noise".I was trying to wash the dishes and so then my 2yr old went back in the living room and started plugging her ears, and going, "la, la, la, nah, nah, I can't hear you..blah,blah,blah,". And this evening, after a night of bowling and talking to my friend from NYC on the phone, I spent entirely too much time at the bar and am now home... by myself... and crying. It's stupid. I get tired of people always saying that there's no such thing as "normal." I happen to disagree. I think normal is all based on perspective (one's own). Midevil Love Letters Recipe (?)
Midevil Love Letters recipe (?) 125g rice flour 35g plain flour 155g granulated sugar 1 1/2 cups coconut milk (from 1 coconut) 2 eggs 2 egg yolks Sift rice and plain flour into a mixing bowl. Add in sugar and slowly add the coconut milk. Stir until smooth then add the eggs and egg yolks. Whisk until well blended. Strain the batter. Lightly grease love letter moulds with a piece of muslin cloth dipped in oil. Heat mould over charcoal fire. When heated, place the moulds open over a bowl of batter and pour a ladelful of batter onto the mould. Close the mould tightly and bake over charcoal fire for about half a minute on each side. When golden in colour, remove and immediately fold into a quarter. Press lightly with a tin cover to level the surface. Cool and store in an air-tight container or tin. mould means you mold it with your hands. Please, let us know if you try this and how it turnd out. why or why not? TY. ok?

I shook it off ....waited till the initial pain went away... then went back to work. I worked the rest of Friday with just the usual discomfort from smacking your shin on something sharp. Went home that night feeling ok. I woke up at 2 am Saturday with a great deal of pain in my right shin. I took a look at it and it was swollen to the size of my lower thigh...about 2x's more it's normal size. Went to emergency room and found out that the germs and filth on the flatbed got under my skin and created Cellulosis in my lower leg.It is avery painful cell infestion under your skin..Am taking very high doses of antibiotics and anti-Inflamatories to help the infection and the swelling. But..was told also that once you gfet this..it will nebver go completely away...Will flair up

Life is not that complicated if people would just be honest. Gellatin Eyeballs
GELLATIN EYEBALLS INGREDIENTS 3 oz lemon gelatin 1 cup hot water 1/2 cup minature marshmallows 1 cup pineapple juice 1 8-0z. pkg cream cheese 1 cup heavy cream, whipped 1 cup mayonnaise DIRECTIONS Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup water in double boiler, add marshmallows and stir to melt. Remove from heat. Add pineapple juice and cream cheese. Beat until well blended. Cool slightly. Fold in whipped cream and mayo. Chill until thickened or firm for scooping into eyeballs. Using a melonballer, scoop full balls of the mixture and set aside for decoration. To decorate, use food coloring and an old paintbrush and get creative. You will need black food coloring for the pupils. Also, if you are in a hurry, instead of painting the colored irises, you can dip the ball in a small pool of food coloring to approximate the iris, but still paint on the pupils. For 1999, I found rubber ice cube trays that worked beautifully with much less waste than the melonballer technique

We just got home from the doctors office and it looks like the biopsy came back that Winter does NOT have MDS at this time. There were a few things off but nothing to worry about. No football for me today. Nope none at all. I got up early as shit and went to Wally World. I got home and hung some pictures up which was cool as shit. I have some nice new art work hanging including pics of my High School and Frostburg State. Two of the placest hat really formed me. Then we went to The most awesome chink chow restaraunt ever to get some mongolian buffet. Then to Cold Stone. Now sitting at home drinking some good itailian wine with Dawn. Overall an awesome night. BTW I now like Wine, that sucks cause i can drink too much. It costs the same as a fifth of SoCo and has less affect.

Grant Programs
I found a business I really want to buy. but thanks to a bad marriage and an even worse divorce my credit is shot. I am very warry of some of the grant programs out there. One that I did try I almost lost $400 but I caught on before the time limit expired and the bank helped me get my money back. Does anyone know of a good ligit program? Stuff I Will Be Doin In Feb.
So far I will be going to the ProBowl on Feb 3rd, having my birthday later that week, on Feb 13th I will be at the Blazedale watching WWE (the road to wrestlemania or something) then there is Valentines day. At some pint in there I will need to get a new drivers license and can't renew by mail, so I may make a quick jaunt over to Cali if I can manage it.... sneaky 'ol me :)

Lake Tahoe
Well, this weekend was my annual Lake Tahoe ski trip. Arrived on Thursday and had a grand opening special on a room in the new Tuscany Tower at the Peppermill Reno . These rooms are incredible. When you walk into the new tower its like you have gone to a completely different hotel. just a few video poker machines at one of the new bars would let you know that its a casino. There is a new circular bar with large glass doors that will open to an atrium during the summer months. And a new cafe has opened, Biscottis, with the fancy coffees and gelatos on the main floor. Wifi was expensive ($11 a day), but really nice king size beds, marble bathrooms with oversized whirlpool tubs and large showers with dual heads. Skied on Friday at Northstar. Sunshine, blue skies and beautiful ski conditions for that friday. A far cry from last year's sub zero weather. so its been a while since i did this. so heres kinda an update on things...i moved back in with my sister...had my share of bad nights...and bad relationships...but their over now and im enjoying the single life...i havent been feeling good lately but thats okay i will be better...right now i feel really clamy and my heart is racing. not sure why. i wrote my dad a letter and told him about how he has affected me. some of it good but the memories were short lived...i think hes drinking again. im worried. but i have no room to talk because im still drinking although its not as bad as before. im really calming down now and its not an everyday thing its only every now and then...but im gonna go for now i'll try to keep up on this shit

RESCUE NEWS! We have had a rare opportunity to assist a local breeder by taking in their ferrets after their decision surrender them to a shelter. Tuesday, March 4th, we received 70 ferrets, the majority of which are in excellent condition. They are fat and healthy with their winter weight. They ALL have thick, gorgeous coats. There are 16 males and 54 females. Surprisingly, they are all socialized with other ferrets. A few of the females were scared and attempted to bite but I'm sure they will calm down quickly when the stress of the move to our shelter is forgotten. All the males were "love bugs" and gave us no trouble when we bathed them, cleaned/treated their ears, and trimmed their nails. The few ferrets that needed medical care were seen by our vet for ear mites, 2 females had vaginal infections, and one little girl that seemed very lethargic was sub-q'd and put on antibiotics. Okay..as pretty much everyone knows I've lost a considerable amount of weight in the last 22 months. I feel 100x better than I ever did. But something that really bugs me is when people tell me I was just as cute at 365 as I am at 235. It doesn't make sense to me?? At 365 lbs I was enormous, uncomfortable and had no confidence. It's an Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Simply put, it's a social disorder. Causes the person (namely me), to react inappropriately, in public situations. Through no control of my own. Slight twitches, noises, "acting out", speaking out of term, fidgeting, AS WELL AS, paranoia, low self confidence, low self esteem, panic disorders, amongst a TON of other things.... This makes it impossible (nearly) to keep friends.. I laugh at the silliest things, things that ppl should NOT laugh about.. but, I do. I get angry, rather easily. This is an email I sent my family on Sept 24, 2005. The hurricane hit on Aug 29. Easy Lemon Dessert
2 eggs, beaten juice of 1 1/2 lemons 1 cup sugar 1 cup whipping cream 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs Combine ingredients and cook in a double boiler until thick. Allow to cool. Whip 1 cup cream. Fold into the lemon mixture. Cover a shallow square glass pan with graham cracker crumbs, or alternatively, use a glass pie dish. Spread the lemon custard mixture on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into squares if a square pan was used, or wedges if served from a pie dish. This recipe has been a Summertime favorite which has been in our family for over 60 years. Variation: These can be served in custard cups for individual servings.

Salmonella In Dry Pet Food?
CDC links earlier Salmonella outbreak to dry dog food. Now we can add dog food to the list of foods that can harbor Salmonella, a common cause of serious food poisoning. The Centers for Disease Control for the first time has attributed a large Salmonella outbreak to contaminated dry dog food. The link was discovered through an investigation of a large multi-state Salmonella outbreak that occurred between 2006-2007. The outbreak affected at least 70 people across 19 states. Many suffered serious illness and some were even hospitalized. It's not clear how many of the cases were caused by eating the food and how many involved contamination of human food associated with handling the dog food. In any case, the incidents point to a need for greater pet food safety that goes beyond pet welfare alone. So the police stopped over at the shelving community today, to let them all know the results of the investi9gation. Well it turns out it was a real actual home invasion those poor dears!!!
