Sick Bay!
"Mono man" does indeed have atypical mono. Makes sense, he likes to be different! Mono test is negative, but all the other blood work is positive for mono. All I know is I don't want to get it, neither do I want the other guys to come down with it! His girlfriend has been re-exposed to it multiple times this week. Hope she has a good immune system! She'll need it! I'm building up my nerve to post some of my poetry and ramblings! I have so many friends here that write truly mind-blowing poetry and lyrics. I had to get some printer cartridges at Staples, so I ended up spending the morning at Wal~Mart, reuniting, circling the store, getting hugs and all that good stuff. Their situation is dire, and they're desperate for "good workers like myself". I told everyone that my return is a good possibility. The store manager AND District Manager said there's absolutely no problem - because I'm eligible for re-hire, they still have my file - I can pick up where exactly I left off - benefits included. I even got my discount when I had coffee at McDonald's with my friend. Yesterday,Christmas Eve, My car was stolen.It was not a new car but it was paid for and it was mine.I'm really upset because now I have to figure out what to do and how to do it.If my car is by chance not found,what am I to do?I am a single mother of 4 children and live not so comfortably.It bothered me when my 5 year old asked me how I was going to get her to school.She was so worried that she was going to get in trouble for not bringing her backpack with her school folder in it,which she had left in the car. I've Reached My Limits Of Patience
OK - for once I am going to be pathetic and show just how human I am... I've just about had it... If you are reading this, then you already know that I am the sole caregiver of an 84 almost 85 year old woman with Alzheimer's a pacemaker, a brain shunt and on a walker (when she feels she needs or remembers it or else there are hand prints and wash swirls wiping them off the walls and doorways or falling when least expected, or in a wheelchair when necessary) that is the mother of my past love who died in my arms in April. Well, it seems the dementia has hit a new level and I feel I am about to break. This evening while doing dishes I had a feeling to go check on her while she was in the bathroom (mind you - she is incontinent and continues to attempt to go about 20 times a day flushing the toilet at least 3 times each attempt and always wets the bed so laundry is a 3 load minimum daily routine). Competition Stuff, Other Random Crap
So...got a competition coming up in March, for bodybuilding that is. For the most part, I'm always very confident when going in because of training and whatnot but to tell ya the truth, after the holidays, I'm a bit nervous. 11 Months Old Today
Today my lil guy turns 11months old ....i can't believe how time has flown it seems like just yesterday i was bringing him home from the hospital & saying i can't believe i'm a mom lol...Now he's learned soo much & seems to have become sooo independent even @ 11months old.....He has 4 teeth now,is standing on his own,pulling up on things & cruising around the room while holding onto things as he goes....next thing i know he will be walking & getting into EVERYTHING HAHA.....I gotta say though i thougt motherhood was gonna be tough but our angel is just that an angel...He is a wonderful happy sweet loving baby we couldn't ask for better we are sooo lucky to be blessed with our angel....we love him with all our hearts

I Don't Know Anymore.

Moggy Is 1 Year Old!!!!
Since my marriage we decided against having children of our own and now view the 3 kitties we have aquired over time as our babies(along with my son of course), and we celebrate their births as any human would, since again, to us they are our children until the day we die. Many of you may not understand it but if you do, send comments that I can show to our baby boy. Although it may seem redundant to many, I am just so happy our kitty Moggy, our little boy, has had his first birthday! Yay!! When we got him he was so flea ridden and skinny, he needed to be nursed back to health, just like our two older girls. He is now such a strong, friendly but silly kitty and I thank God we got to him in time. Happy 1st Birthday Moggy! Mommy and Daddy love you so much! Isn't he just adorable?

R.i.p. Roxy ( My Black Lab)
As of today, Aug 1st, 2007 at 6:30pm, We had to put my black lab down to sleep. I had taken her into the vet cause she wasnt looking well.. I took her in and she got some blood work and turned out she had acute kidney failure.. Her kidneys stop workin and her red blood cell count was very low... It was the toughest decision but the right decision seeing how the vet said that chance of her living was slim.. So as of right, both me and my husband are doing okie.. We both got it with a brick from all that had happened today... My dog was a great dog. She was well trained and did everything right.. So That is what happened today... Sorry if this is depressing but i rather tell it then hold it in..

The Loneliness Of Being On The Road
I finally got a promotion with my company after trying for 11 years and I love my new position, but have been on the road almost for 2 months since I started this position in July of this year. The only downside on it is I am by myself and miss my family and wish they could enjoy seeing some of the things I have seen over the last two months. I have driven to Los Angeles twice now and getting ready to make the drive again on Monday, if anyone ever gets the chance to make that drive down I70 from Denver to LA I recommend doing it cause the sites are amazing all the mountains, rivers and valleys you get to see are just incredible. The one thing that impressed me the most was coming into Las Vegas around 10 at night and popping up on top of this ridge and then just seeing the lights of the city as it stretchs across the valley for miles is something to see.
