The Fight For Justice Continues
Yesterday was interesting. First of all, due to the resignation of Joel Silverman, Indiana BMV Commissioner, I was contacted again (via e-mail) by Pam Elliot at Channel 8 news to come in and do another interview. I definitely want to do another interview. I feel that my wrongful termination by the BMV has basically ruined my life. The personal and financial problems that have happened as a result of my firing are devastating. Losing my job there has cost me and my two children a lot of pain and suffering in a HUGE way. I shared with Pam that it seems the timing of Mr. Silverman's resignation is interesting. My attorney filed suit against them on September 12. The fact that this is an election year really poses a huge problem for the Republicans in that they may end up losing control over state government to the Democrats. The fact that all of this pain and heartache I'm experiencing is due to fallout from decisions from the Republican Governor's staff could be a big problem

Each year I take my kids to the lake. We rent a cabin, play a lot of golf, swim and do whatever we feel like. The days are great and filled with activities but the nights are a different story. The Doc
I go back to the doctors tomorrow for a check up and then the dentist so I can get my thing checked. If the swelling in my face went down then I will be able to get a new mouth piece which is good cause this one is hurting my mouth alittle. its poking the top of my mouth. Its official .. I don't understand it. Why do 16 & 17 year olds believe that the only way to overcome a situation is by fighting? I volunteered to be a bouncer at a youth dance tonight .. and I had to get in the middle of 3 fights in the span of an hour. I think its safe to say that while I was busting this shit up .. I was hit at least 5 times. well my life doesn't change much from day to day..... i work and then i come home go on the comp for a while and talk to friends on here... then i go to bed..... wake up spend time with the kids and then go back to work again.... i work night shift in a nursing home taking care of 40 ppl.... at work when i am there i do the same thing over and over again 5 nights a week and 1 lone dayshift i do something different!!! so basically i work 6 shifts in 5 days.... i have met some really awesome ppl on here and they have become like another part of my life only this part changes from day to day.... sometimes it is in a good way and some times not, but i have learned that if you are willing to listen most ppl will share a part of themselves with you..... i know that when a friend needs me i want them to know never hesitate just call me, txt me, pm me, shout at me, or email me and i will be there for them.... and i have to thank cherry for that gift to me of so many awesome ppl.....

Why Do So Many Good People Die?
Well, it's another real sad week for me this week. A dear friend of mine that I used to date was lost to the sea. He was a ships' pilot and fell into the bay and the Coast Guard didn't find him. We had dated for a while and he was a really nice man. We just didn't want the same thing, but remained friends. I hadn't heard from him recently. Imagine my shock when I came home from work the other day and turned on the tv and there on the news was the report about what had happened to him. I couldn't believe it! I prayed that maybe it was a mistake somehow or if it was him, that they would find him alive. But realistically I knew that would not be the case. It was during the coldest time of the winter, the water was 39 degrees, six foot seas and 20-25 knot winds. He leaves behind a Daughter, Son and some Grandchildren. Bless his soul and I hope that he's lookin down on me from that great big ship in the sky and smiling that familiar smile and callin me kiddo like he always did. RIP LynnD.

Admitting.. I Need...help
I have come to the conclution thanks to some very good friends, that um that i need help and i am best to seek it. Night 1
It doesn't matter how many people I talk to my heart still hurts. I miss adam like I can't even put into words. I hurt so bad. I got so use to having his sweet voice being there for me. Tonight is the first night I have to go to sleep without having him on the phone. Part of me just wants to run and hide and forget how much I love him, but he asked me not to forget him not to push him out of my heart. I worry about him, his first night away from his family. My biological mother, Terry, has lung cancer. She lives in another state, and most of our relationship is via telephone or e-mail. Here’s the thing…. She’s a little crazy. She eventually alienates everyone in her life. Mostly, I deal with her just fine because I don’t take anything personally or allow myself to be guilt-tripped or manipulated. I realize now that I was a little smug about my ability to deal with her, whereas nobody else could. I will not subject you to my account of the myriad of attempted and successful emotional manipulations because, long-winded as I might be, I do have a tattered little “that’s not necessary information” filter.
