Getting Caught Up In Talking To People Online
Just a couple days ago, I found out something that I did not like. I was on the site Fubar, and on there they have these lounges which are basically chatrooms online. I was talking to one of the girls that go in there, and maybe it was just on how I was starting to feel about her, but I saw she began to talk to someone quite a bit in her area. Now, honestly I don’t know what really on into me, before I would’ve thought about it’s just someone I am talking from another part of the country. Then, I began to talk to a guy that has relationships with girls online from different parts of the country. I remember him telling me how he does it; he told me he give it two months of getting to know the person and getting up resources up to go and see the person. Makes One Wonder
When someone puts on a few extra pounds it seems that people start to shun them or shy away from them. They somehow forget that the person is still the same inside -their personality remains intact. They in fact sometimes become even more humorous to make up for the fact that those that are shunning them have hurt them. Then let that same person lose the weight and what happens? Today marks the seventh anniversary of the horrific events of September 11, 2001. Do you remember where you were the day we were attacked by terrorists? The day that changed all of our lives forever? I remember exactly where I was. That morning I woke up to a beautiful sunny day. I woke up my son, made breakfast for him, got him ready for school, and watched as he got on the school bus. Just like I did every school day for the past 7 years. After doing some cleaning and wash, I sat down to take a break and turned on the TV. OMG! The first thought that passed through my mind was, "This can't be real!" They were playing replays of the first plane hitting the tower when the second plane hit the second tower "live". The newscasters were having an extremely hard time trying not to freak out, and I thought it was the end of the world when reports came in about a plane hitting the Pentagon and reports of another plane dramatically changing it's flight course and heading for t

My dear friends, I know all too well the mixed emotional roller coaster of this day in history and will never forget. I was on the 74th floor of WTC 2 for a breakfast meeting with my clients at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter at 8:30 AM. Personal photographs I took in the aftermath are in my pictures on my Care2 network site along with some poems, verse and collection of shared materials in my blogs. I have come to the realization that I made it through this atrocity and ordeal for some greater purpose in life and in essence, was reborn to live simply, so that others may simply live. Everything happens for a reason... and even though I mourn the loss of relatives, loved ones, acquaintances, co-workers, comrades, friends and strangers alike - I am blessed to have memories of shared moments and connections to every and all that is, and appreciate each and every waking moment. My son is serving his third tour in Afghanistan and I keep a strong vigil for his and all others safe return

Vacuum Cleaner Junkie..

Today in history, September 17, 1939, the Soviet Union declared that the Polish government no longer existed, and began invading the country under the Hitler-Stalin pact. Germany had previously invaded Poland on September 1, 1939 and World War 11 began just days later. The secret Hitler-Stalin pact had left Poland sandwiched between invaders from the East and the West now, as the German army’s land and air offensive pushed the Polish army into the “arms” of the Soviets. The Germans handed over thousands of Polish troops to the Soviets after having fought their way to the eastern front in a little more than two weeks. Poland had hoped Russia would be an ally and a “blood brother” to help rescue them from the ruthless Germans, unaware of the pact that Stalin and Hitler had agreed upon to partition their country in August of 1939. Ultimately the Soviet Union would dominate and control more than three-fifths of Poland and 13 million people due to the September 17th invasion.

Christ Im A Sick Puppy!
Im an addict, my addiction manifests itself in a rather unhealthy obsession with musical instruments, i collect them like a really crazy person.. If all goes well then tomorrow i will be feeding my disease with yet another musical instrument, in this case a Gibson Flying V guitar, i already have tons of guitars but have managed to convince myself that i really need this one too, i wasnt that hard to convince. Prayers Of Waking
To all those members that know my sister and what she has been threw and also those that don't. My sister had a surgery over a month ago now on her head for a bleed caused from blood thinners from a clot she had in her leg. (After leaving her Fiancee's moms home that night) They relieved the pressure and she was in a coma for a week and wanted her Fiancee of almost five years (Kevin) (which is now Fu-Hubby of Sunfirelab). Yesterday (10-7-08) she underwent another due to infection and has not awakin yet. Please pray for her and her two children that she WILL come back this time. Her chidren moved to their Aunts because this FIANCEE was to move in and marry her but HE lied and is now with this Sunfirelab(LISA),, Please send prayers and help to her and Shunn these two from Fubar as they have caused MUCH grief for her and her children.. I have been having funky dreams ever since that conversation. Then tonight's conversation was ever so going into the shit hole. I just basically dumped online and I had backbone thru out the whole conversation. My Back
OK well after seeing doctors for a few months, I need spinal fusion of the L5-S1 and a flexrod on L5-L3 to help with tension from the fused joint. Right now there is about 1-2mm between my L5-S1 when there should be almost an inch. I causes my left leg to go numb as soon as I stand up. After talking to the doctor, his assistant, and a few people that either had or have siblings that had surgery I've decided to go ahead with the surgery because I cant wait anymore, I want to get back to work. I will be in the hospital for a week then in a brace for 3-12 months. But I will be able to drive a truck again.

So its been a while since I have posted a blog. First off I am getting married October 17, 2009. I have been busy trying to get things booked and get my dress payed for. Red Cabbage Casserole
Ingredients: * 8 cups shredded red cabbage * 1 medium onion, chopped * 1/4 cup sugar * 1 tablespoon canola oil * 1 teaspoon salt * 1 teaspoon lemon juice * 1 to 2 medium tart apples, chopped * 1/4 cup red currant jelly Directions: In a Dutch oven, combine the first six ingredients. Ok, I’ve been really bad about keeping this up to date. Since I last wrote, I’ve had a lot happen. In September, I went on a 4 mile walk around a wildlife refuge and apparently messed up my foot, as later that night, I noticed my big toe on my right foot was kinda numb. You know, like the feeling you get after getting a shot from the dentist and it starts wearing off… its fuzzy feeling. I ended up going to the podiatrist, and found out that I have a bone spur in my foot, in a really odd spot… it’s mostly about the top of my foot (above the arch) but just to the inside of the foot. The SAME place the nerve from the leg to the big toe runs. So when I went on the walk, the bone spur got inflamed and damaged the nerve. It’s better now, but could happen again at any time. I also was sent to see a rheumatologist, because I’ve started hurting pretty bad in my hips and knees again; mostly my knees. So I went to my primary doctor this morning and she thinks I have internal bleeding =( My iron/hemiglobin is that of a cancer patient. Its supposed to be 12-15 and I'm down at 8. So, I am off work 2 more days, and then Monday I get to go have a *coughs*colonoscopy*coughs* Hopefully they can figure out wtf is wrong with me. You can't imagine how tired I am. Showering this morning took a lot of work, and forget about playing with my kids. "Are you sad that we missed it?" "We didn't miss it. This is it." It's ironic that much of the film revolves around the kids trying to track down the band Where's Fluffy? The answer to that rhetorical question is "Right up there on the screen." Far from being this year's 'Juno', this is just 100% fluff. But it's no less enjoyable for it. The leads are both beyond charming - Cera doing his Juno/Superbad schtick with very little change, Kat Denning being just lovely personified. Very hip soundtrack, as one would hope from the title. So yeah, even if it is just an hour and a half of pretty young kids running around being hip, mooning over each other and listening to hip music, when it's this well done, that's plenty good enough for me.

For those that it may concern, my Grandpa died on Feb. 1st, so I'm not really myself right now. Ok..SO I will not throw my personal political views into this..but I am gettin pissed and wondering if I should call my daughters school and have a talk with the teacher. Yesterday Obama was here in Denver..my daughters teacher took the class outside to see Airforce One...because we are very close to the AF base that he landed at. So after tellin me that she says Ms. T says he is the best president ever and we can have an Obama friday where everyone can wear a t-shirt supporting him. Sooo...I am pissed. What The Hell?
I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but Hollywood really seems to be grasping for movie ideas. It seems that everything that comes out it now is a remake, based on a t.v. show, or a book, or a comic. Seriously, what happened to writing an actual script? I'm not saying I don't like some of these movies, but really, was there a need to remake Texas Chainsaw Massacer? And of course then there is the fact that they want to remake Evil Dead. You can't do that...that's just sick! Anyways, I know that it can be neat to see a book or a comic done up on the big screen...but come, give us some new ideas. Rambo was based on a book, Die Hard was based on a book, and so many movies have been based on Stephen King books that it's redic. The Yupeye Story
This is the story behind the drawing. My friend Lisa and I were out partying one night. Somehow in the course of the evening, after way too many Budweisers and Patron shots, the conversation wandered around to cartoons. She was trying to say "Popeye, the sailor man," but it kept coming out "Yupeye the Paler man." We then proceeded to invent this whole character from just a mispronounced cartoon character. After the night was over, I got out my pad and pencils and the results are what you see in the drawing. That's it. Nothing more profound or deep than that.

It was really good I was shocked... got to spend some time with my aunt and hubby'step mom in the moring and at 3pm got the kids off the bus and took a nap (still sick). At 5pm Den took me and the kids to the park were we had fun feeding the ducks. and around 7 he grills some chicken and made dinner for me. Wedding
I wanted to take sometime out of my busy day to let you know how things are going. I am getting lots of wedding things done. The wedding favor beading is almost all done. Just have to finish putting them together. I have ordered wine with out picture as the label. It should be ready at any point. I also got hersey kiss labels for the bottom of the kisses. We are putting them on the table. I have sent my dress & Kieyah's flower girl dress in for alterations got a great price for all the work tha needed to be done. I am busy getting the last few things done before the big day. Hand delivered the wedding invations to everyone that we could. Mailed the ones that where out of town. J & I also picked out wedding bands there are not what we thought we where going to end up getting but they are perfect. My mom ( Year of the Dragon) is making all the wedding food as well as the wedding cake. I dont think I could have asked for anyone better to make all my food then my mom. I am heading back

People ask me what my after tattoo care is so I thought I'd post it here. This is the after tattoo care that I swear by. I always heal up in 4-5 days and I NEVER scab up. Mind you, this is subject to if your artist has a rough hand and scars you and the way that your body heals.First off, the physiology behind this is fairly sound. I'm having a actual serious iternal debate. I'm thinking of getting a new trailer to pull My race car around in. I want to get one with living quarters in it. Then I don't need to book any more hotels. I can save on food. Since I would bring it all with Me and not have to eat out all the time. Plus, I can hang out at the rack more and see all My friends. Instead of driving back and forth to the track. I figure I can save about 5 monthly payments worth of hotel bills. Another one or two worth of food bills.
