People Choices In Life.
I do not get some of the choices that people make in life. People make a choice to have 30 minutes of unprotected sex, and then if a pregnancy occurs they do not want to deal with that. You made the choice to have the unprotected sex. That is making a choice of possibly getting pregnant, or getting someone pregnant. So, it's ok to have the sex, but you don't want to own up to your 30 minute decision afterwards. Then there's the people who get pregnant and put their child up for adoption, giving up their rights to the child. Then two years later they change their mind and go and kidnap the child. WTF is that? You gave up your right to that child. People make me want to throw up.

Ebay Rant Again
Just another rant about ebay. I am sadly having to get very irked with the seller I am attempting to purchase this keyboard replacement from. I was told that I could send a money order to the seller so I did so and mailed it certified mail. I was polite and even messaged the seller to inform them it was on the way. Being certified mail and going to a PO Box it will leave a notification that the seller needs to come and sign for it. This notification was left in the PO Box Monday and yet the seller denies it is there. I have spoken with the post there and am still being told the same thing by the seller despite what the tracking information says.So is the seller just being lazy, or do they just not want my money? I'm sure they would be bitching and complaining if a buyer had not sent payment so why are they giving me so many problems to simply accept payment? Momma has finished her radiation, and hasnt had her follow up mri to check the size of her tumor. She continues to be very guarded and very difficult at times still...the stress is so high right now, she is continuing to profess her disdain for not being able to drive; and still thinking about getting a new car just so she can have keys..LOL. She is in pretty good spirit otherwise, I noticed that she is losing more of her hair, though she got a new wig yesterday that looks really good on her. Lots of company still comes by to check on her which is good. I dunno whats gonna happen, time will tell...I just wish that things would geet better.

Casper/Mills/Evansville, WY... The coolest things about it (so far) are that my friend RyotGrrl lives out here and that I noticed a sign that said "NERD" as I was coming into the airport. The job is ok, but I'm lacking some skills with one of the welding processes and it's holding me back in pay. The living situation is a wholly different story. In the week plus days that I've been here, My crew has been to four different hotels: Shilo Inn, Ramada Inn, Showboat, and Westside. At the Ramada, they booked me and two others in the suite under MY name, and then one of the others spent $200 on long-distance calls. I get nothing back. In fact, the flight, hotel, $100 advance and tools ALL come out of my checks at a max of $300/wk. Mind you the pay is good, if I can get the overtime, but still.. Yesterday, September 12, 2008 I received a letter in tha mail that has invited me to fight for Team USA in Cancun Mexico on March 14th 2009. It'll be Team USA vs Team Mexico. If I choose to accept this invitation I'll leave for Cancun March 12th 2009. update the squirrel is doing just fine,I have a vet appointment for her tomorrow, looks like I just adopted a new pet :D well until she is good enough to make it on her own (more than likely through winter)...so just thought I'd let all of ya know.. :D Update 3.... Dropped the little Bean off at the vet today to get some steroid shots and have some work done needless to say had to drop her off:( but hopefully she will be back up and running around here soon :D ....:( after a nights stay at the vets office little Bean was x-rayed and it was found that he had suffered from a broken pelvic bone and a broken back :(..which would never recover from and if was to live would be in pain the rest of it's life :( so the vet put her down....I really don't like this year :(

Last weekend went on last lake outing of the year. It was the latest I had ever fished for muskies. His competition is really showing today. He is already done with his homework with his speech therapy he received yesterday. He walked around the block once and he is beginning to do handwriting therapy. His typing is getting almost fast like it used to be. But he still making alot of typos when he tries to type on the computer. One thing is for sure - he is getting better. In a few weeks you will not be able to tell he had a stroke in his brain stem.

My Husband
I just got back from my husband's speech therapy session and he is progressing excellently. My husband inquired a support group for stroke survivors at the hospital and found out there is none from what the speech therapist said. My husband wants to start a support group and he highly recommended the Wii Fit be used in physical therapy at the rehab center and they have been trying to get one for several weeks. But, they cannot find them anywhere. My husband said we had one in layaway at KMart for weeks before Christmas and bought the Wii Fit at Walmart when they came in and they had not put out on the floor yet. They hope to find one soon. He did say that my husband is progressing very fast and he is one of his most exciting patients for he is doing so well and his brain is getting along so fast so quick. My husband is going to check into creating a support group for stroke survivors at the hospital real soon. He would be good at that.

Cop Killer Pistol
Some time ago information was disseminated regarding a pistol that can defeat body armor. The pistol is the FHN Five-Seven. The US media has nicknamed this pistol the "cop killer" pistol because of its danger to police. In mid-November, one of these pistols was confiscated during a traffic stop on a signal 30 in Colerain Township (Cincinnati Ohio area). The gun was found after the suspect resisted the pat down. Attached is a picture of the confiscated weapon and the rounds that were loaded into it. As you can see, they appear to be small rifle rounds. Prep Time: 5 Minutes. Serves 4 What you need: 2 LARGE frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts, each cut in half. 2 cups instant mashed potato flakes 1 small can of cream of chicken soup 2 cups of EITHER berries or veggies. (Either is good, they both cook the same, but VERY different flavors.) Use frozen or fresh.. NOT canned. i cookie sheet 1long piece of HEAVY DUTY (not the flimsy shit) Aluminum Foil Ok so here's what you do....1: Take a cookie sheet.... pull out a strip of heavy duty aluminum foil about 6" longer than the pan.. lay it on the pan and fold up all the long sides about an inch2: Take two big boneless skinless chicken breasts (still frozen), cut them in half and put all 4 pieces on there3: Open a small can of cream of chicken soup, mix it with about 1/2 can of water, and pour half of that over the chicken....4: Take about 2 cups of mashed potato flakes and pour it over the soup mixture.....5: let that sit for a couple minutes to get somewhat soggy, pour the

July 25, 2011 Well, got back to my apartment yesterday after having been gone for a little over a week. For those of you that know me you know I had a doctor appointment. I went and found out that I have a pre-op appointment on September 2, 2011. I am not quite sure when my surgery is going to be but to be honest I am a little scared. Yes I have had numerous surgeries in the past but I am afraid because this is a major surgery I just wish the pain would go away. I hate the fact that I have to wait over a month just for my pre-op appointment and the fact that they don't even know when surgery will be yet. The day before my actual surgery I will be admitted into the hospital. They will place a catheder through my back into my kidney. The day of surgery they will put me to sleep, put a larger tube in my back, go in with a scope. break up all the kidney stones and scoop them out. and test them to see why i am producing mass quantities of stones. War On Chickens!
As part of my diet strategy, I am switching to more high protein choices rather than the typical carbohydrate laden goods. This got me to thinking, I am basically declaring a war on chickens. This Year
This year has really not been nice to me at all. I am going to make this long story as short as possiable. I was going to get a divorce early part of this yr.He and I got back together to try and work it out,things werent working out after two months and I was going to leave again, he had no idea of my plans.A week before I was planning to leave,he was told by his doctor to get to the hospital because he might have a blood clot in his lungs, so we went to the hospital, he was admitted in June. Not only did he have a blood clot we also found out he had a huge tumor growing on his Right kidney, it took the doctors 2 weeks to figuar out what they planed to do about it.They all decited surgery was best.They removed his right kidney, both his adrenal glands and his spleem. He came through the surgery just great, all seemedto be going well. In August the chemo doctor was suppose to start him on chemo or radation but decited to give it 2 more months,said he had a spot on his 7th rib on h

Kindness
Sometimes I feel as if my hands are tied. Others emotional states effect me when they constantly lash out at me. The Drama breaks my heart but sitting back taking the anger and abuse no longer is healthy for me. Kindness often gets confused for Weakness. I found myself talking to someone who is absolutely beautiful. He has been facing something way beyond my comprehension and funny...he let me just "blab" on the phone like a silly High School girl. I then realized after the conversation was over, that sweating the small shit is just a waste of energy, emotions and time for me. The courage and kindness of this person made me truley respect him as a beautiful human being.... Randomness of my thoughts, emotions and details of my life now have become not as important to me as just the simple things in my life..such as my daughters smile..and the voice of a wonerful friend...

WTH is up with the label "BBW"? I know to a lot of women it is a term that is used symbolize the acceptance of themselves as being beautiful despite their heftier proportions, a show of self-esteem, and a show of defiance to those who deem being a "plus-sized" woman unattractive, but to me it also confirms the general idea that fat women are unattractive. When I first became aware of the term, I thought it was cute. A Sensitive Man

Chicken Curry and Vegetables This simple curry, courtesy of the Poor Chef, is a fantastic one-dish meal. If you like, you can use new potatoes -- three or so of them -- instead of a baking potato. I Am Taking A Vacation

A couple of days ago an 11 yr old boy lost his life while trying to save his cousin. In my opinion, thats a real hero. If we had more people in this world that is willing to risk their life for someone elses this world would be a better place. My heart goes out to this family. Losing any memnber of ur family is a tragedy but losing a I am sure it is much worse. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I think this lil boy should be honored in some way for risking his life for another.

Why I Won't Stay "down" On Myself For Too Long...
I guess I'm feelin' a bit bloggy, so I'll write one. I was sittin' here on one of my unexpected days off (gotta love the job market, eh?), starting to feel a bit down, pessimistic about my life and all that. Why I'm not at the "place" I expected to be at my age, why I find myself associating with the same deadbeats and ne'er-do-wells I have been since college. And then it hit me. After the last two days my hat goes off to anyone who decides to make a career out of working with troubled children/youths (mostly on the high school aged scale). Being only a substitute paraeducator I was so not prepared for the last two days, lack of experience and only previously working with preschool and a bit of middle school threw me into a sink or swim situation.
