Road Trip!
I am heading out to a retreat for a few weeks. Need to recharge my spirit and be closer to where my husband is working in Mississippi. I have been in a funk without him being around and it's almost a month now we have not seen each other. CHRISTMAS PUNCH 1-cup sugar 1-cup water 1 cinnamon stick 1-teaspoon whole cloves Dash salt 1-quart cranapple juice 2 cups burgundy wine Place sugar in small saucepan and add water gradually. One person on Fubar knows what goes on in my life. Well, mostly. A few weeks ago, my grandfather(my moms dad) passed away leaving me with no grandparents on my mother's side of the family. Well, I was fortunate enough to score passes to a special screening of "ZOMBIELAND" tonight. I have to admit, I originally had no desire to see this film... ...but hey, it's FREE so why not? Well as of yesterday Kyle is back in the ICU, to add to his injuries he now has pneumonia, sepsis, his brain swelling is increasing, and renal production is slowing down. They aren't giving us much hope at this point. He's not responding to stimuli at all now. I'm just asking for prayers, this has consumed my mom, I had to take her to the doctors today and have her medicated, I honestly don't know how much more I can take before I crack. nope, i didnt go to laughlin... seems like anytime i want to do something for myself or fun it never works out. oh well being a loser, havin no fun, no friends/social life is easy to get used to these days... so anyway, we waited for the bus and they sent the wrong one. it was not wheel chair accesible. so the driver left to get the right bus n that took over an hour.. almost 2 hours. all the time im sitting in the lodge and there are all these photos of past events and such and i see Everett in a lot of them... started to hate being their.... when the bus does arrive all these other people started to get on, we had a few seats short of a full bus... most of these idiots brought coolers of beer n crap which took up room.. people scrambling to just sit down n be comfy... the birthday girl who created this havoc really didnt have a battle plan for things.. im not blaming Kelly but way to many beers coolers and no real seating assignment for her and her family was put together

It occurred to me today that opening doors brings a lot of pleasure to a lot of people. What I mean is, it makes one feel good to open a door for someone or hold a door open. There's an almost impercetible feeling of well being gleaned from the process... a little smile, a thank you. A moment shared between two people that have maybe never even spoken before. It works the other way too. If a door is held open for you it gives you a warm feeling that a person took the trouble. The point of my story is: In the 23rd or the 24th century in Star Trek, all doors seem to be automatic, opening in front of anyone who draws near. This is possibly a generation of people who have never experienced the joy of door opening. It must be a somehow more hollow world.

You know, i'm sick of shit that's other people's fault being pushed on me. I worked 9-5 today, and my PU works until ten, leaving five hours between, presumably to screw around. However, I've clocked out and i'm checkin my phone. Apparently, someone's coming to get me. Okay, fine. I head out with Xmas gifts in a bag toward one of the side doors. And I wait. I walk around the parking lot trying to find the person who's giving me a ride. I wait and look for 45 minutes, and no one comes. finally a good friend of mine pulls up and offers me a ride. I think about it, and finally get in. I call the gas station and let them know I'm riding home. Then they tell me not to get a ride with anyone else, and that the person will be there any minute. Considering the fact that i'm on the outskirts of the town preceding HTown, and getting closer to H-Town, that's not an option. So the PU comes on, I tell them the situation, and they say, "Dead." i make sure i've heard them clearly and they hang up.

Seven Months After My Accident
Well its been about seven months after my accident..& the outcome of it all is that I cannot feel my ring finger or my pinkie..I will never be able to feel my elbow again for the rest of my life..I also have this 12 inch scar that runs from about an inch from my armpit all the way down past my elbow..They say my full recovery is 2 years but Idk we will have to see..I get cramps, spasms and my hand will lock up to were I cannot move it for a time..I get that about 1 - 2 times a day..the pain is unimaginable, I wouldn't wish this upon anyone..Losing 4 pints of blood & having 2 pints to live on is a scary thought..& the fact you know that you were just minutes from death..makes you think..scares you when everything is happening so fast..I'm also restricted on what I lift..I cannot lift more than 10 - 20 pounds I can;t use anything that vibrates to hard twist or pull.. My uncle John Edward Williams, the last survivor of my parent's generation in all of my family, just passed away. He was my mother's brother. The sibling to whom she was closest. He and his family lived in Seattle when I was growing up, and my grandmother lived in the "mother-in-law" apartment in the basement of their house. We spent nearly every holiday with my uncle's family when I was growing up. He and Aunt Millie moved to Sacramento quite a few years ago, after he retired from the post office. She passed away about twelve years ago. He served in the US Army for fifteen years, and was a veteran of WWII and the Korean War, I believe. Goodbye, Uncle Johnny.

Bombay Chicken with Apples 'Tis the season for juicy apples, and this Indian-inspired chicken dish puts them to great use. Use your favorite variety, or mix and match red and green! We put Mom in Hospice today. The lung cancer is too far along and there is nothing that can be done. This really sucks in that Dad has only been gone for 3 years coming up in April. Too soon!!!! ok a little info on current events. This is just some info for my friends... With my cousin passing it bought some harship on to my aunt an her taking care of my cousins kids. I had a WONDERFUL nightmare last night. You ever chewed glass and really just... roll it around in your mouth? God... and it just kept STICKING in my mouth, like it dug itself in. It is the most dreaded, expected, feared, and welcomed experience in a comedian's career. It happens in comedy. My x husband decided to give me a present this year for christmas......I guess u can call it a pre post holiday present....I am off to court again...So my Christmas presents to my children will be put off this year.....So that I can pay an attorney fee. My son is now 16 1/2. 1 and a half more years till he is 18......math done correctly....now my x's wife I guess needs more money...so they are taking me to court for 2 things... 1) child support. 2) to remove my visitation lets go over them. 1) Its not that I mind paying child support for my son.....So noone get upset telling me I should pay.
