My Louisiana Trip!!
I just had to write! I finally made it to Louisiana! Wow!!! I really had a great time. There were so many firsts for me that I accomplished during my trip. A first ride on a street car, paddle wheel boat (The last of the original steam powered paddle boats), first trip down bourbon street, first hurricane (lol the drink), finally meeting Cindy, her mother, and Joann! Wow! So much to talk about. They had me running from the moment I got there it seemed (well at least a few hours later) The first day I was there, they had planned a super city tour that would tour the Garden Disctrict, a cemetary, a plantation, and show me a general look of New Orleans. The tour was very informative. It wasn't one that showed the majority of the devistation of Katrina, but as we were riding in the bus it was hard not to notice. It is really awesome to see that the rebuilding and the growth is definitely on the way up. After the plantation they decided to take me on the Natches, The original steam powere

Enchanted Forest
The sun slowly rose over the horizon as the men entered the forest, their confident strides taking them deeper into the trees until they could no longer see the world they'd left behind. As they walked, the men observed the lush green of their surroundings and realized that besides the contents of the heavy backpacks they carried, there were no signs of civilization. No car horns to break the peaceful silence, no telephone poles to ruin the awe-inspiring view of the sunrise over the trees, not even a signal for their cell phones. They were alone in nature, and they were content. The feeling didn't last. The men were lumberjacks, assigned to clear a large section of trees near the river by the day's end. Draining
Talk about a mental and emotionally drained. Dealing with my childrens father is just that. He has changed his mind and how he felt about me and our family more times than a girl changes hers about what outfit to wear or about what they want to eat. He is worse about that and takes longer to get ready than any of my friends. I am so glad that I have all the friends and support that I have. I haven't gone back to work yet, but everyone who knows has been there and helping out and letting me vent. Soon I will find a man that has me in his world and actually helps support me and my kids even though they were fathered by some man that can barely take care of himself. I went to see my kids for Thanksgiving and find my wife and her roommate sleeping in the same bed but I was sorta expecting that but her excuse was that some friends from knoxville tn were down and they were sleeping in the living room some why couldnt she sleep in the girls bedroom. and then some comments that i heard didnt make things any better. so what should i do, i still love my wife with all my heart.

LtCmdr.William H. Feyh Caldwell-William H. Feyh, 61, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2005, in Charleston, WV, of a sudden illness. He was born Mar. 20, 1944, in Columbus, OH, the son of the late William M. and Estelle McGinnis Feyh. Mr. Feyh was a Vietnam veteran who received two Purple Hearts and the Bronze Star among numerous other awards. Sickness Part 2
Kelsey is doing much better.recovering nicely with a few minor irritations. but to add to my hell week my 17 yr old son wrecked and totalled his car last night.2 more feet it would have been his driver door.he was coming off the off ramp about to turn left STOPPED at the stop sign, looked right...clear...looked left a truck was coming but had his signal light on and slowed down slightly so he assumed he was turning onto the on ramp.he wasnt. slammed into his drivers side front fender.not a skid mark nothing.so they ticketed Nate with failure to yield.but he DID yield so i don't know how that works. impact was hard enough that it completely obliterated his left headlight and pushed the fender in deep enough that the hood wont open and knocked the right wheel completely off the axle. bottom line is hes lucky to be alive and im grateful for that. But now hes left with no ride and may have to quit his job. when it rains it pours. *sighs* Temptress

Today was my daughters field day at school so I thought I'd play hookie from work and join her for some fun. Now I always knew I was a bit redneck and I always knew I lived in a hick town but I really never knew how redneck it was til today. Yes I follow tractors to work every day. Yes I am lucky if I see five passenger vehicle drive by my house in a day and if I do the majority are road drinkin. Yes I eat my weaties to the wonderful smell of manure. Ok losing scope here sorry. So I am at the school field day and I learn that the school song is International Harvester by Craig Morgan. Here I was watching an entire student body of elementary kids belting out this tune with as much pride and volume as one could expect. It was great. Dad Update 8 28 08
****Noon Update GREAT news Dad's MRI came back with no signs of a Stroke and no Tumors. He had to have 2 pints of blood and 2 bags of Iron. They tested his blood and all is well and after his 3rd and final bag of Iron he will get to go HOME! This time of year is very hard for me. My dad's birthday was August 20th. He would have been 79. On October 5th it will be the 11th anniversary of his death. On November 29th my mom would have turned 69. December 21st was my parents wedding anniversary. It is also the 5th anniversary of my mom's death. How interesting that she died on their anniversary. Also in December is my mother in law's birthday and the 7th anniversary of her death. I try to focus on the positives but it still hard sometimes to celebrate holidays without them.

Good Or Bad??
Well you read about my daughter. It was a really great trip. The thing was that was the first time we have seen each other since she was a baby. Even though we have been talking on the phone, e-mails and chatting online, you would expect that first meeting after so many years to be akward. but it wasn't we clicked, It was fantastic. It was like we had been together almost every day of her life. That was really amazing, I wasn't expecting that, but sure glad it worked out that way. The guilt I have felt all those years for not being in my kids lives was gone for a while (I know it wasn't my fault I wasn't in their lives but I felt guilty all the same). Now here is the problem. Singing and sweets are on tap today at Christ Chapel in Warner Robins to help the family of Robert M.L. “Li’l Man” Davis Jr. with medical expenses. Robert, who will turn 4 years old Nov. 5, was born with pulmonary atresia, a congenital heart condition where no pulmonary valve exists to pump blood to his lungs. He has been through a series of operations in Atlanta and at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital in Stanford, Calif., in attempts to stabilize his condition. Li’l Man and his grandmother and guardian Catherine Holland returned from California in September from their most recent visit, and the family is in need of help with the expenses from the trip and medical procedures. So today is nov 15. Not much of a day to some. Today would of been my and Ray Jay's 6 month ani..but due to the recent bullshit with he dumping me and says we will work it out later...but thats old news. Honey Glazed Ham
Ingredients: * 5-6 lb. fully cooked ham * 1/4 cup whole cloves * 1/4 cup dark corn syrup * 2 cups honey * 2/3 cup butter * 1/8 tsp. white pepper Preparation: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place ham cut side down in a foil-lined roasting pan. Using a sharp knife, score the surface of the ham in a diamong pattern. Place the whole cloves in the scored intersections. Combine corn syrup, honey, butter, and pepper in the top half of a double boiler, and heat until the butter melts and mixture is smooth, stirring occasionally. Keep this glaze in the top of a double boiler, over hot water, while baking ham. Brush glaze over ham, then cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325 degrees, basting ham every 10 to 15 minutes with the warm honey glaze. During the last 5 minutes of baking time, remove the foil and turn on broiler to caramelize the glaze. Watch the ham carefully during the broiling time! Remove ham from oven, cover with foil, and l

I was on the potty this morning passing my morning toffee, and I was thinking about how much crap we give Internet DJs, those folks who are all like "Yo I am a DJ" and we are like "Yo shut up" and we make fun of them. Well, it occured to me that actually what they do is a thing, it's not like it's all pretend. They provide music in a place online where people listen to music, and actually there's nothing inherently stupid about that. It seems most of the objections arise from the fact that there is an associated skillset that is central to the concept of a 'DJ' that picking some songs for your computer to play on an internet doesn't require. It's the self-aggrandisement of calling yourself a 'DJ' that rankles. Getting Closer
OK....it's been really hectic lately...Quit my job of 13 years to go work for a very large farm. The same farm that has employed me for the last 15 years in their Halloween Festival. I started out as an actress in the hayride....now I manage it. It is so much fun but so much work. I have 5 people who lead the 5 zones of the hayride, I also audition people to work for those 5 people. It is a lot of people running around the woods at night scaring the tractor drawn wagons. I have a very broad spectrum of individuals working for me.....from military men and women to punk rock kids.... They each bring something special to the production. We have 3 attractions...1-The Village of the Dead, run by my girlfriend Rhonda..2-The field of Screams, run by my friend Russ...3- The Haunted Hayride, run by me. So this has quite possibly been one of the worst months or so I have ever had in my life or at least close to it. In the last 30 days I have had my A/C quit working (and I live in Arizona) It cost me a small forture to replace. I was hit on the freeway not once but twice, the day after I refinanced my house to pay the car off and purchase a new A/C and the person that caused the accident was an uninsured illegal alien. I will be without my car for at least the next 30 days. I was seeing a guy who ran from hot to cold in a heartbeat, but I finally cut ties and am trying to move on, but it has been breaking my heart. All of that and my biggest problem right now is my 11 year old son. I am just beside myself as to how to handle him anymore. So I went to chat with my Capitan today and he walked with me to the financial aid office today. Vacation Is Over
Well til sunday then it's back to work...I had a great time hanging with my good friend..posted some pics not all of em bc there are too many stalkers out there...I guess thats what ya get when your a rockstar lol. It was annoying going out to places with people hounding him but all in all it was a great time! We had a delay for 3 hours but thank god it ended up being only a 1 1/2 delay bc of the fog in Phila..it was sad to see all the flights cancelled and the people sleeping on the floors. A New Post
Another year bites the dust! I hope everyone has had a great holiday!We are definately on a roll in rehearsal. The band sounds as tight as ever and the new songs have come together nicely. We need a bridge on one of them, and then we are ready for the lyrics. Its a good feeling to be writing and rehearsing new songs.......just wanna get out there and play!! Patience was never my strong point. I seem to have been in various studios for ages now - I love it - dont get me wrong - but I also live for being on the road.
