Been A Long Time. . .
Well. . . It's been a long time since I put something on here. . . I'm not sure what to put up, today. I read a few books on the origins of life in the universe. . . One of 'em was tryin' to talk me into bein' an atheist. Richard Dawkins wrote it, and he was recently chewed a new one on South Park. It's a good book, though. And I got in an argument with a guy at work about whether or not evolution and natural selection happens at random or not. . . The dude said it wasn't random and that there is a cause and effect relationship between an organism's environment and the way it evolves. . . He's totally backwards about it. I also bought a huge TV/PC monitor, yesterday. . . Well, it's not huge, but it's big. 37". I feel like Batman when I'm at the 'puter!! Or like it's NORAD or something. OH!! And I saw Rocky Balboa, and it rocked! I would recommend it, if anyone cares about my opinion. Besides that stuff, it's just been workin' and having some beers from time to time.

Music In Our Soul
I have had music in my life from the time I was a tiny girl. Dad's guitar was never put away. We always had the Friday or Saturday night neighbour parties. If they weren't pulling into our yard, we were pulling into theirs. Everyone could sing... even those of us who couldn't! :) Country and old time gospel were the mainstay of the prairies but throw in Christian Worship, bluegrass, good old rock, bit of folk and the eclectic selection made it impossible for anyone to be left out. My fingers are tender this week (2007 mission to get back to playing!). It felt strange to pick up a guitar again. People say that trust is the key to a relationship. Cold Case Observance
Last night I arrived at my hotel early and decided to watch some TV before going to bed. During the show, I happened to notice the clock in a particular scene. The time on the clock was 9:27. I don't know about other people, but when I see a clock I have to know what time it is. So I checked the time on my cell phone, and it was also 9:27. I wonder if this was just a coincidence or, was this something staged? Chances are it is staged, but I did notice that the camera started at the top of the set and panned slowly down past the clock. I got the feeling that the director wanted to focus attention on the clock. As I sit here and think about it I am starting to realize something else. Holidays
I hope that eveyone had a great time over the holidays. I had a blast while it lasted. I went to Cherokee Casino with my family and friends. First Day Of Retirement
Well, today was the first day of my retirement, overall it went pretty well. Of course what do you do with a workaholic that's used to working 12-14 hours a day who is told to stop working all of a sudden like. I did sleep alot today. I didn't get up til about 5:30pm(of course I didn't go to bed til around 7am). I got up, made coffee, discovered that there's not a whole lot on tv at 5:30pm, then re-organized my entire kitchen, cleaned everything-walls, floors, etc. and cooked dinner. After dinner, watched csi on spiketv and rolled about 5 packs of cigarettes. Then I typed up a grocery list check sheet and worked out a new budget on the computer-now that our family income just got cut in half. Checked email-then gave up (i have about 200 emails). If you can't tell, it's only the first day and I'm already bored out of my freakin' mind!! Anyone that has any suggestions to help me combat boredom for a total type-A personality, give me a shout.

well, it's tuesday of my second week of work. i have one complaint. What is it? See below the photo.... This statue currently stands outside the Iraqi palace, now home to the 4th Infantry division. It will eventually be shipped home and put in the memorial museum in Fort Hood , TX. Work Rant(need A New Job!)
Is everyone on the planet a fucking moron?! Or is it just the people in this town? I’m not sure about the rest of the world but stupidity is pretty common here where I’m from. I work in a bakery. I have to be up at one am to be to work at 2 in the morning.. In order to do this I have to be in bed by 5 or 6 in the evening. I was having a real problem with this. So they were going to work it out so I would be going in around ten at night and getting done around one or three in the morning. (its only a crappy part time job) I thought .. Ok this will be great! It will be a lot easier to just go to bed at 3am than to go to bed in the middle of the day and get up that early. So there it is.. The story behind the big chain and big rock is basicly that the town down below was afraid that if the rock came loose it would devastate them, so they put a big chain on it to hold it on the mountain. Hello to all my family, friends, and fans.. I am so sorry I ahve been slacking lately.. I vowed that after the New Year I would get back to my Cherry Family.. I miss you all SO SO SO much but A LOT has happened over the holidays and with work. My dad is in critical condition at the moment and has been in the hospital for about 2 weeks now so that is where I have been spending most of my time. I am also trying to plan a trip to Texas to go see the Love of My Life as soon as all this blows over. I am very lonely and need some companionship really bad and he is the only one who can give it too me so as soon as I can I am leaving to go see him. New Years And The Gym
Separately they are fun and enjoyable things, but when you combine them it's a pain. I am sure everyone knows why... You have all these people who have made new year's resolutions to "get in shape" and "lose weight" so this is what happens you go to the gym and it's packed you have to wait like 20 mins to get on a treadmill then you have to weight like another 40 to get in a fucking tanning bed. So I've been going back to school, or, going to school however you chose to look at it, for the better part of a year now. 8 years after I really should've done all this shit, I've learned a few things, besides how to paraphrase or Arizona's government structure. 1: At 26, I'm still not 100% on the direction I'm going to take. Chicken breasts are cooked with sesame seeds, butter, Parmesan cheese, and spices then served with optional orange sauce. INGREDIENTS: * 3/4 cup bread crumbs * 1/3 cup sesame seeds * 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese * 1/4 teaspoon ginger * 1/4 teaspoon salt * 1/8 teaspoon pepper * 6 chicken breast halves * 1/3 cup melted butter PREPARATION: In a shallow dish or pie plate, put bread crumbs, sesame seeds, Parmesan cheese, ginger, salt, and pepper. Well, thanks to a blessing from the Daughter of Hell, I have been able to manifest a virtual place where people of a Viking mind can come to talk and learn. This one was really weird. I was with matt but we had a baby and we were teaching him to swim at this really different place. All my old friends from school were there. but towards the end of the dream Matt wasn't anywhere to be found, I don't even remember thinking about him. Our baby wasn't around either. These past few days really have been some of the worst days for me in recent time. Just one piece of bad news after the other again and again, and I know how Emo this sounds but atleast for right now it feels like life has no intention of throwing me anything good my way.
