Schedule for tomorrow: I have... 5 stores to do tomorrow, technically. Big store in the morning, then the rest are small shit. Costs which don't take more than two hours per, and two photo labs, one is with one of the costs. Biggest bummer? Having around 4 hours between the morning and the photolabs/costs. Bleh. Will make phone calls tomorrow to find out if I'm gonna drive all the way home or not. Had to do this conference call bullshit today. Apparently some people are complete and utter morons at my job... I do inventories for a few different medical supplies and apparently some have gone so badly that they had to be re done (not mine! in other offices/districts!) Starting Something New
I have started this year with a new out-look. I have decided, whether the past brought laughs or tears that it is the past.. and now I must create and live for the future. I have awesome people around me, I am always happy. I have created some goals to which I would like to accomplish in time. The each goal has a certain time limit and I am doing well with conquering each one successfully. Setting smaller goals, makes the larger ones so much easier to reach and not so far fetched. One day a farmer's donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway; it just wasn't worth it to retrieve the donkey. He invited all his neighbors to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone's amazement he quieted down. A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well. He was astonished at what he saw. With each shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. He would shake it off and take a step up. As the farmer's neighbors continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up. How Cancer Destroys Lives.
This October will be three years to the day cancer took my heart. I have not been the same since that time. I havent been able to love life like I should or even live it like I should. I did not get cancer but cancer took my mother away. Viciuosly and violently. The cancer came without warning and executed the heart of my family. She was diagnosed with gall blader carcinoma that spread to the liver and kidneys. She had no chance at survival in fact she died from the cancer in two weeks. In three days she went from being able to talk and comprehend to going into a coma never to wake up. On Friday we were woken up at 6 in the morning telling us to get down to the hospital when we were told she had six months to live. So after a day of getting her prept for chemo we left her at midnight. Feeling devistated we were getting ready to fight this with her. Iced Coffee Made At Home
i have started drinking iced coffee at first i didn't think that i would like it. Well i tried the McDonalds' coffee and it was good. Starbucks hot/cold coffee is good but costly so this is what i have done. Begin Rant.. I was on the phone with a friend of mine today. He was complaining about his ex girlfrind. Apparently she is trying to get money from him for child support. He is telling his ex's that he isn't working in order to skip out on the child support payments. This is the match that lit my fire. Now, he works. He works in exchange for rent and also gets about $150-300 a week, depending. He says he can't afford to pay for the kids right now so he is saying he isn't working. This added fuel to my fire. I told him that I was sorry, but I had to side with the ex's. He chose to get his dick wet, he needs to take responsibility for it. I told him that something was better than nothing and that I didn't see him trying to get a better job so he could take care of the kids. I really got upset and really started thinking. I have a bad habit of hooking up with the asshole guys. All of them have been abusive either mental or physically or both. I just got to the point where I don't want to have a man in my life anymore. At Home Feels Odd
Well I'm starting my third day at home and I must say it feels a little odd. I'm loving being with my roomies again. I'm thinking about going out exploring again before I head back to Charlotte. It seems like forever since I've been in Durham. Sometimes I feel like my life is spinning out of control. There's no telling where Ill be from day to day anymore. I'm not even close to sure where I stand anymore but I know what I want. I'm confused about so many things right now. I came home to hide from the world and so far it's helping. Well on saturday night I went with my friends out and about the itty bitty town I live in. I was having a good time and enjoying the drunken conversation. My Weekend
Well the weekend went way to fast as always..but wow what a good one it was. I was home early again on Friday...started my weekend off just right. The Dell guy came Saturday to repair our laptop..and well there two more parts coming this week..so then we will practically have a new one..damn thing better work! Hubby had to work and I dropped our son off to my parents. We went out with a couple friends of ours..dinner and back to hang out at there place...played some high stakes poker ...I was the third to get naked lol guess i knew more about poker than what i thought! Sadest Day Of My Life
Today was the sadest and hardest day of my entire life, my almost 3 year old niece was buried today, after a tragic drowning incident that took her life on Thursday August 2nd, 2007. Sometimes I cry out of no where, other times, I'm as strong as I can possibly be, but most of the time, I'm just numb, I am trying really hard to hold myself together for my 5 year old nephew (her brother) and for the most part I do it very well, and when i feel myself about to cry, I just go lock myself in the bathroom, until I can collect myself for him again. My Sanity
Last week was the worse week of my life. Friday night I went to a concert and got whiplash from people being thrown on my head. Sunday I got stung by a yellow jacket on the cheekbone and my eye swelled up, looked like someone beat the shit out of me Monday I woke up sick as a dog Thursday they turned my gas off because of some stupid bank mistake I made and it cost me 125.00 + the 59.00 bill I owed to get it back on Thursday night I went to 378 and my car started acting up. For at least two days of every month I turn into a psychotic bitch. There is really no getting around this issue. I suppose I could eat more soy, take Adavan, or shackle myself in a padded room until the full moon passes. Weight Loss

Why is it that everyone on Fubar, is just interested in the pictures of people and not on what they type out of themselves. Is our society only a society built on images and not of thought? You need to push your boundaries a bit today, if only to stave off boredom. It's a great time to explore new possibilities in your love life or home situation, but go only as far as you're willing to go. Right now I'm looking at my life as having possibilities right now. Ok, here's the thing. This has been driving me crazy for about a week now and I figured since I (nor the immediate people around me) can figure it out....I would put it out in FUland. There is a song that was done in the early 90s (I think) that has what sounds like the same melody as the breakdown part (that starts on minute 1:45 of the below video) of Three Days Grace's "Scared." The Soft Part Of Bread
Why the title? I don't know really, just sort of came to me that I really like the soft part of bread, even though I don't eat much bread these days. It's nearly 2 a.m. and I am in so much pain I cannot sleep. When I lay down, I feel like my skin is being ripped off in sheets. I went home to bring the car to my wife today. On the way, I listened to NPR. I learned a very important lesson Thursday. Don't ever take someone you love for granted. It only takes a second and that person could be gone forever.
