A Few Thoughts
There seems to be an concensus among a lot of women, I have talked to on Fubar. It keeps coming back, your too nice to be a perv. Have things reached such a low, where once the standard is now just the exception? Just look at what most women put into thier profiles. Why is that really needed? Because this online forum allows people to be more open and not care about what they say or do. Well not all of us are that way, I am not as shy online as I am in person, but that doesn't mean I don't try to keep my manners. Crazy Mixed Up Life
So I have not put a blog on here in 3 years. I figure it is about time I update a little. So much has changed in my life. After the fiasco living in Kentucky I moved back to Maine. I had planned on getting my life back on track there and making things better for myself because I knew that I needed it. While I was living there I got to talking to Sweetdreams (Heather) on a more personal level than we had before. As things turned out we had almost NOTHING in common. Alright everyone, I don't know what to say except to tell it like it is. Shit in my personal life is piling up faster than yesterdays gossip. Due to events I can not control or, even foresee. The roommate from hell got 2 birthday presents today. I was nice to him and had stuff for lunch. and he got the dispatchers job at AAA. He will be working 4 10hr days. He Is Deployed
Its finally happening , in about 20 minutes Chris will be leaving K-Bay in Hawaii and heading to where ever they deployed his group. Changes
Just about the time I think I have it figured out, something else changes. A few months ago my last kid moved out. I packed up her stuff and put it in the garage and drug in my stuff. Sick Of Life Lately!!!!
I'm nearing my breaking point lately... I feel as though all I do is planned around what others need me to do, want me to do, or expect me to do... Here is my typical day.. I wake up at 7AM usually because there are 3 crazy kids upstairs with obviously no adult supervision jumping off the couches, or dumping canisters of blocks onto the floor.. mind you I'm living in an unfinished basement right now.. right below the living room and hallway, with paper thin ceilings apparently.. I get my clothes out.. get dressed.. and then wake up my 8 month old son, Micah.. I try to feed him but he usually needs an hour orso to wake up.. I leave arounf 745am to bring my Mom to work.. it's a 30 minute drive.. so we get there by 820.. then I drive around and wait for 830.. to drop off my brother at school. he cant be dropped of until the teacher is outside.. and she obviously doesnt leave her room til 830 to meet the kids and let them in.. so I drop him of and then head home.. Beach Vacation
Well folks, we had a great time. Spent 4 days in Bethany at the National Guard Training Site. Compliments of the the US ARMY. Thank You. We had a trailer to ourselves. We had a couple of socials with the bosses they were great. We played poker, horseshoes, drank like fishes and had a great time. It was a bit different partying with the Colonel. He was actually very cool. We spent a few hours on the beach, I love the beach! Walked the boardwalk, drove to Ocean city did the boardwalk, and we ate at Phillips the all you can eat seafood place. Its great! On the way home we stopped at Dover Air Force base, at the PX i picked up new sneakers, a pair of jeans and cigs. We had a great time.

An Effin Broken Ankle!
My husband and I are 37 years old. This January we will be celbrating our 19th Annivesary. We have 2 children. Our daughter will be 9 on the 27th, and our son turned 4 in September. On Wednesday morning, at 1AM my husband fractured his Left Distal Fibula (ankle). It is the first broken bone he has ever had. Sure, there have been some illnesses, but nothing that has lasted longer than a week. The doctor says it will be 6 to 8 weeks before my hubby can walk without crutches. It's Saturday morning, now and I am tired. I have dark circles under my eyes, my skin is dry, and my hair seems a little limp. This injury has made me a single parent, and given me an extra person to take care of. I don't know how I am going to make it through this, but I know I can do it. Question is, will I do it with grace, or by the skin of my teeth? I am blessed with a "mother hen" instinct, but I have only been left to do everything myself a few times, and never longer than 5 days.

First Elimination Game
Well my boy played his first game lastnight. They do eliminations in the beginning. Of course we played one of the best teams around..so we lost. The boys did not do good. I have to be thankful in a way..that my boy is not the only one this year. He even got to play the whole game. Of course not sure he will rest of year..but I was happy. More he plays more he learns. He striked out each time he batted though..which was twice. He wasn't the only boy striking out. I did get frustrated though that he striked out because he didn't swing. Why Trusting People Is So Hard
I have never hid the fact I don't trust many people. I can attribute that to the fucked up way I was raised. I was physically, emotionally, and sexually abused by my father. The one person in this world who was supposed to protect me at all costs. I've been through counseling and am dealing with that. What amazes me is people who claim to be your friends, who say I'll be there anytime you need me, are not there when you really need them. McMurdo a little city of 1,500 people (there are about 200 hundred people there during the winter - Feb. thru October). There is much to do here at McMurdo: bowling, cross-country skiiing, hiking, drinking, etc. Quick Tips: There is 24 hour daylight during the summer months, so bring your sunscreen and sunglasses. Sandals actually are nice addition for inside the dorm rooms. Best Way To Get Around: We flew into McMurdo Station by airplane from Christchurch (airfare to New Zealand included in the contract), a C-5 Galaxy that landed on 5 feet of frozen sea ice. This sea ice melted away which brought in resupply vessels. There are many different types of land vehicles that run between some sights. Walking is the best choice however, although it turns into a run if a cold wind starts to nip at you. Everyone has to share it with a roommate. My father recently got a facebook account, so i've had to sensor myself on there. Yesterday, however, something happened that made me extremely angry. So I reset my status. My status was something along the lines of an asshole needs to go fuck himself and die or something like that. The point is, I cursed or cussed or how ever you want to say it. I was chastised by him for saying the words fuck and ass....I'm almost 21, I don't live at home, and I am an adult. I think my time has come to where I can say whatever the hell I want. Personal Experiences...
What a great day Thanksgiving can be. Spending the day just relaxing and eating all kinds of great food. Seeing family members that I havent seen in almost 13 years. I must say that being here in Downey, Idaho is turning out to be one hell of a great time. My mother cooked an entire Thanksgiving meal with ALL the kinds of food you could ever want. We had a Turkey and a Ham, Apple and Pumpkin Pies, Plus so much more. I ate so much that I think I can go the whole day tomorrow without eating anything at all. Although I will most likely dive into those left-overs and make a ridiculous sandwich at some point during the day. My uncle Paul and a couple of my cousins stopped by for dinner. It was great seeing them again. And after we ate, we went out to the mountains to fire off a few hundred rounds while our food settled in our bellies. Crazy Lately
well this is a blog to help people get too know me better, I work way too hard but know its only going to better myself in the long run. I love my job and Im passionate about it which Im really lucky I could find a job like that so early in life. I love my friends most of them Ive known from elementry and high school when I first moved here from michigan... I never dreamed of people getting so rude! I posted a follow up mumm to my first one about change my hair color. Come to find out after talking to my sister she told me she had some boxs of hair color I decided to try it out. Well time is getting closer to the bg day of moving back to Houston...I'm packing and getting everything boxed up....The boys are busy running around being teenagers.........They're off to the mall today to hang out and have some fun.... OK, well today started off as a really crappy day. I stopped in Prinn NV to scope out the casinos a lil bit, and take a little nap, before driving the last 4 hours to make my delivery in Riverside CA. Injury Updates: Terrell Owens Is The Latest Casualty Last night's 20-13 victory over the Carolina Panthers was bittersweet for the Dallas Cowboys. The Cowboys went into the game with numerous injuries already, including those to Pro Bowl center Andre Gurode, free safety Pat Watkins, and running back Tyson Thompson. Additionally the team had Tony Romo, Chris Canty and Sal Fasano who were each recovering from injuries sustained in the loss against the Eagles the week prior. Alright If This Ain't Some Crazy...

End Of 2007 And 2008 In Review
Well... This is my 2008 in review... Well little bit of 2007 too. Things since August 2007 have really shaken my life up and brought me to where I am now. August 2007 both my grandpa's ended up in the hospital. My Grandpa Mathies for congestive heart failure and needing a pace maker. And at the very same time my Grandpa Hogan because everything pretty much shut down. He had been in chronic liver failure for years. I left La Grande to be with my Grandpa Hogan. It wasn't looking good, my mom even flew back from Florida after being there for less than 24 hours to be at the hospital. Me and about 13 family members were with my Grandpa when he passed away. My uncle was just saying the Rosary prayer when he said the last line, my Grandpa took his last breath. Through all of that and the things followed the next few days was really rough. Tried to be strong for mom and stick up for her with something going on. I begged my husband at the time to be there with me and he chose to go back to

Climbing Trees...

Drinking
As you may know some of us have been known to have brushes with the authorities from time to time on the way home after a "social session" out with friends. Well two days ago I was out for an evening with friends and had several cocktails followed by some rather nice red wine. Life
I helped raise my sister, I was an only child till I was almost 14. Shes turns 15 on Christmas Eve. Its hard to have a normal brother sister relationship with her with our age gap. I end up lecturing her instead of trying to see her point of view. She single handedly saved my life, just by being born. I dont think she will ever know that. The Pickle Jar
The Pickle Jar The pickle jar as far back as I can remember sat on the floor beside the dresser in my parents' bedroom. When he got ready for bed, Dad would empty his pockets and toss his coins into the jar. As a small boy I was always fascinated at the sounds the coins made as they were dropped into the jar. They landed with a merry jingle when the jar was almost empty. Then the tones gradually muted to a dull thud as the jar was filled. I used to squat on the floor in front of the jar and admire the copper and silver circles that glinted like a pirate's treasure when the sun poured through the bedroom window. When the jar was filled, Dad would sit at the kitchen table and roll the coins before taking t hem to the bank. Taking the coins to the bank was always a big production. Stacked neatly in a small cardboard box, the coins were placed between Dad and me on the seat of his old truck. Each and every time, as we drove to the bank, Dad would look at me hopefully. "T

Holiday Love
As we reach another holiday everyone begins to stress out once again. This is the big one - so everyone says. I think they're more than a few who have lost touch with what it's all about. Like so many others today I find myself not really able to do Christmas at all this year. I have my children who understand this. But how do you explain it to your your grandbabies? From the time my daughter was 3 she insisted wrapping Christams presents in birthday paper. She always said is was to celebrate a birth and we should always let him know we remember. With this she said a prayer and sang a song every Christmas morning. She is now 23 and does it with her own children. It is this precious memory that always gets me through. This year I am spending more quality time with all my family as we make our gifts and honor one wish for each. Tristens First Day
So today was Tristens first day of preschool. I sent my alarm on my cell but forgot to turn the alarm on so I woke up at 7:35am instead of 7am. Got on the bus and when to the preschool at the YMCA. We walked in the door and this little girl was talking to him and she said lets go play toys. He wouldnt even say bye to me. So I came home till I had to go pick him up when I get there and he sees me he comes running gives me a big hug and says "I stay here" there was no fight to get him to come home with me. I didnt cry like I thought I would I was kinda happy to see him go. They said he was really good. So tomorrow and Wednesday he gets to swim. Well just wanted to update everyone.
