It Hurts
Hi there everyone. I hope everyone is doing great. I wish i could asay the same. I just have surgery on the 13 of august. and it is really starting to suck. I can't get a decent amount of sleep. I have been up every 3 hours. that is why i'm on right now. And the pain killers they prescribed me are not really working. The take the edge off but it still really hurts, so, i have to call my doctor when they open up and see if they can do anything. It really hurts to move. On top of it i am the only one here. Oh well. i'll manage. Hopefully it gets better soon. I have to go back to work tuesday and my kids come home Saturday. And i start school on the 20th. I can't wait.

About Myself

Family Problems
Been stressing since friday, my grandfathers lips and fingers were turning blue; the doctors had to put him in the hospital. He is having problems breathing and getting enough oxgen in his body. we found out he has emphasima and a bleeding ulser, a mass under one of his kidneys and some water in his lungs. The doctors finally said he would need an oxygen tank with him the rest of his life. My grandmother an I are stressing neither of us want to loose him. We are happy however that they're going to be giving him medication that should help a bit and that he can home home soon, then maybe we can start resting a bit better at night cause theese 3-4 hrs a night is tiresome. I hurt a lot and wish I was smoking some weed right now.... I could use a stress relieaver... It always helps me sleep at night, makes sure i remeber to eat and helps relax my nerves.

Once again, my weekend has come to an end. Unlike most weekends, this one was pretty productive. I got my transcripts sent for college and I managed to take the Accuplacer test. The test is quite formidable for someone who hasn't been in college for a while. Who remembers how to "complete the square" or what the Cosine of theta is? Great, now wait 14 years and try to remember how to complete the square. The test took me 6.5 hours to complete and consisted of parts. You have to write a 300 word essay. There's a sentence structure and reading comprehension section. There's a College Math portion and Elementary Algebra section. My advisor was quite impressed by my scores and I won't have to take remedial courses (YaY). After she looked at my transcripts, she said I probably shouldn't have taken the test because my grades are already decent (ugggh). Happy Weekend
Well this weekend was a special one for me. On Saturday my daughters and I headed to Vegas so my oldest could get her first tattoo. You may wounder why Vegas, because California doesn't allow anyone under 18 to get a tattoo. My daught is 16 and in Vegas she could get one with my conscent, which I was very happy to do. A Night In The Life Of A Cab Driver

Well i finally decided that i would start one of these things. I haven't really ever done one. Cleaning!
Cleaning sucks! You always start out thinking it will only take you a short time, and then 6 hours later you are only half way done. Tax Time
Hi there just wanted to rant about taxes on simple IRA's. My husband took out a simple IRA through Morgan Stanley. The company that he works for would take out 3% of his earnings and place it into an account, and Morgan Stanley would match the 3% that we put in there....... Now it seems that the company didn't show that the taxes taken out of it and neither has Morgan Stanley, so it looks like we might have to pay taxes on that 3% which will totally suck....... we are supposed to get a credit on that not having to pay taxes on it, so i am hoping and praying that Mike(CPA friend) can figure this out and that way we won't have to pay taxes on it, but if we do i hope it's not that much...... I will keep you all posted on what happens next.

Superbowl Champs

I'm sitting here listening to music, letting my mind wander. I have had my trials in life as we all have, but overall, my life is going pretty well. I have a family that I adore, I love my classes in college and am very excited about starting a new chapter in my life. It hopes to be new and exciting with some similar experiences to be enjoyed as well as some new adventures to be had. These new experiences are going to involve some travel, but that part of it is also very inticing to me, for I will be traveling to destinations that I have yet to experience firsthand. A good friend of mine from Cherry Tap lost her love on Wednesday. Menndebi's boyfriend Jerry lost his battle with lung cancer. I hope all my friends, fans and family will send her condolences and love. She needs our support right now. Thanks to all that will do this for me and for her. In 2004 I had heart cath with two stints put in. Now because of alot of stress and heartbreak in the past few months, I had another attack on Jan 17th. Since then everyday seems to be a struggle with chest pains and other things. CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THOSE WHO WERE BORN IN THE 1940's, 50's, 60's and 70's !! First, we survived being born to mothers who smoked and/or drank while they carried us. They took aspirin, ate blue cheese dressing, tuna from a tin, and didn't get tested for diabetes. Then after that trauma, our baby cots were covered with bright coloured lead-based paints. We had no childproof lids on medicine bottles, doors or cabinets and when we rode our bikes, we had no helmets, not to mention, the risks we took hitchhiking. My dad was one of a kind. No matter how tired he was when he came home from work he would play ball with my brother and I. Saturdays we woudl go to my granmothers and help her in her yard. I don't understand the youth today. Some say that the problem with todays kids is that there is to much influence of tv and games on young impressionable minds.
