A Hard Time Of It.
Well these past few months have been very hard for me. First my little dog who I had for many years died from old age. She was much older than most of her breed when she died. Which had left me quite depressed about. Even though I have been suffering from depression for most of my life it had gotten worse since she died. About a month after that I heard that my father was very ill and could die at any moment but thankfully he pulled through. He went through that twice more and received the last rights three times but unfortunately on the tenth of May he passed away. Although it wasn't until his wake that I found out that he had been in a coma for a week before he died. He died on the Wednesday morning at 1am and he was buried on the Friday at 1p.m.. I will miss him terribly even though we were not as close as I would have liked to be. But he was not the kind of man to hug his children. What upset me the most at his funeral was that many people his friends and others did not know that I

In my efforts to get my blood pressure down a little, the natural way with diet and exercise I set out to up my intake of Omega-3, but to avoid Omega-6 and Omega-9. I'm trying to see if 6 months of fish oil, salmon, fortified milk and raw walnuts will have an effect. The Omega-6 and Omega-9 cause inflammation. Omega-3 counters inflammation. Good for protecting your heart, blood pressure, all that good stuff. As I found out, you can get a little too much and for me that's meant heart burn. Before I could check my account his Sister calls & says, "Don’t give him any money because he’s lying.” his Sister proceeds to tell me that he wants to use that $500 to get his girlfriend out of jail because he wants to be under the same roof with her for his birthday!!! So I thought about it for a minute, & decided to go ahead & give him the $500 cause we all need help at times. So I called him back & said, "I got you." A couple hours later, I got a call from the Titus County Jail, & it was him. I say hello & he starts screaming & asking, “Why did you give me counterfeit money?!" I replied: " so you & your girlfriend would be under the same roof for your birthday!!!" ???? You’re welcome Re-post if you laughed.
