I been thinking all we ever do is one of us is on the internet while the other is ither watching tv or asleep. We hardly watch movies together, hell we hardly do anything together. Ok, I am 8 days from leaving the land down under to go to the great southern land of Antarctica. I will be spending 27 days on the ship and and then 4 months on the cold ice. Well, there are some basic HTML codes that I was able to find online that helped me personalize my About Me section a bit more - just a few font changes, color, adding in links, etc. I don't really want some big flashy profile. I think those distract and take away from what I really want to read. People don't seem as willing to actually post *real information* about themselves. They'd rather just link to a million sites with big graphics that look terrible in my opinion. Well, that's just another day of learning for me. Well, I have been here a few days now and I am enjoying my time here. I like a lot of aspects about the site, but I do wish it had some of the similar games/ratings/etc. that XuQa has, but at least I don't feel out of place age wise here - since XuQa is meant for the 18-23ish crowd. I just got back from a hella awesome trip to San Antonio. I went to go se my bestest buddies, who I haven't seen in quite a while. We had such a blast. Well I did it. I submitted one of my poems to be judged in a contest and you know what? I am in the semi-finals and a chance at some money. Yeah me! Regardless I will be a published author again - yes I was one once before with a story I wrote way back in the 6th Grade. Anyway the contest is sponsored by the International Library of Poetry and my poem "Two Souls" was the one that was chosen. It will be published in a compilation later on this year. Nice huh? May Need Surgery Again
Well as alot of you know I had my gall bladder removed in July. Every since surgery I have been sick. Well they did some blood work and my liver isn't functioning right for some reason. So my doc sent me back to the surgeon and he thinks its a bile duct that isnt working right. So I have to have a bunch of xrays done and see a specialist, cause they say that if thats it its very rare and will require surgery.YEAH!!!! I will keep ya'll updated. The other night I was at work when it happens, I looked like a complete ass in front of everyone. We were on a roof trying to talk down a suicidal patient. When some other medic decides to call my phone. Well I had my phone set to vibrate earlier and had no clue that it had some how gone to loud mode. Last year at Christmas time, my mom went to my sister's house for the traditional holiday feast. Knowing how gullible my sister is, my mom decided to play a trick. She told my sister that she needed something from the store and asked if my sister wouldn't mind going out to get it. When my sister left the house, my mom took the turkey out of the oven, removed the mixed stuffing, stuffed a Cornish hen, and inserted it into the turkey... then re-stuffed the turkey. She then placed the bird(s) back into the oven. When it was time for dinner, my sister pulled the turkey out of the oven and proceeded to remove the stuffing. 12-07-2007 I'm listening to Christmas songs as I write in here. I sat and watched my favorite Christmas movie last night "A Christmas Carol" with Alistair Sims. i haven't been ignoring anyone lately, i've just been a little busy. i've been spending more time over on myspace lately because i finally have contact again with my youngest daughter. due to her situation i am in full grandma mode right now. her husband hasn't figured out that he is supposed to be taking care of his family even though they are expecting their third child in a very short time. he would rather play pc games. so i found out that the two grandbabies might not even have a christmas and ric and i have been busy making sure they do. i have a pack of paperwork to finish to send to my lawyers about my disability. yuck...paperwork. ric decided he really wants us to work on our relationship and we have been talking. and he has been behaving himself. so we'll see how things go. i hope everyone is having fantastic holiday season so far!!! Going home is there really such a place. Or is it something inside of us. Are we taught to do things without thinking. People seem to change who they are to please others, and in the end lose their selves. that's me I would do any thing to make people happy around me, not really caring about my feelings, my wants, my dreams. They don't ask so I don't tell. Why is it so easy to get lost or left? why does pain come so easy and love so hard? So I guess in a way going home is a way of finding out who you really are and what it is that you want, not what people want for you or from you. A New Family
Ok everybody!!! As most of you know PrincessPaige and I have been married for 8 monthes and were expecting a new addition to the family around Christmas!! Wellll guess what....... our son decided he was tired of being couped up and wanted out!!! So here it is.... We had a very beautiful baby boy born into this world December 5, 2007 at 10:02 am!! His name is Conner James Allan, he was 5 pounds 15 ounces and 20 inches long!!! Paige and Conner are doing great and are expected to be home in the next couple of days!!! Paige and i are very happy and very excited about our new arrival toour home!!!!

I remember growing up, being so poor and the envy I always felt towards others during Christmas time. My father was a dead beat dad! child support interfered with his drinking. My mother left alone with four boys, struggled to make ends meet and did a fair job of it. Eight years old riding the bus after winter break was a living hell for me. Riding The State Of Florida
I started my ride this morning with the intention of riding down the east coast of Florida to Ft. Lauderdale. As soon as I was riding South on US 1 I started asking myself if I really wanted to ride all the way down the coast. I've been down the east coast many times, but never across Alligator Alley. The who purpose of this trip is to ride both coast of the state. Is it really? Based on where I rode to today I think the purpose has changed. I rode south until I got to Mims and turned west following 46 through Sanford and Mt Dora. As Luck would have it I rode through a couple of morning showers before I got to Sanford. I was just wet enough to be a little chilled. Luckily, the only rain I rode through today. Once I hit Mt Dora I was dry. Turned north on 441 to 44 west to Crystal River then rode south from there. I still don't understand the world today, the motto seems to have been perfected to "It's all about me!" To achieve this you first have to award yourself your self-appointed degree in judging others, their intentions, motives, thoughts and social status. So one of my ex-girlfriends is in town and wants to see me. I told her my only available day to hang out is Saturday. Dear friends, I found out this week that my father died over a year ago. I never really knew him, since I was only 2 when we last lived with him. I am trying to find out details on how he died and where he is buried (if he got buried). Me and and my brothers are planning on going to the town where he died for closure. My brothers, our mom (they never got divorced), my wife, my brothers wife's, and I all have been searching the Internet for information. We have found when he died and where he died. We looked in the local obituaries, but they only went back to April 2010. He died in Brewton, AL on February 16, 2010. I am looking for any kind of help that you or any friends can give. New technology can be fun but it can also be a bitch. I know what I want to get from the shots but it's the how. I can't see myself referring to the manual every time I want to set a shot up! Can you imagine asking someone to hold a pose while you go through the manual to work out the best setting to take it? At least I am choosing some non-complaining subjects at the moment so I will probably have worked out what I need to do by the time I get 'live' subjects. And they will be the most fun! Finally made the decision to get myself a decent camera. Spent a good few years on the prosumer side of the fence but being an old 35mm SLR hand it was difficult not having a camera system. I hate it when I see a repost on who is my friend. If you don't repost then you'll be deleted. I have a busy schedule at the moment and can only get here for a few minutes each night. I have found that family does always mean blood ties, that families can be woven together in many ways. In the last year my family has grown quite large and 2 people impaticular I have grown very close to and am proud to say they are a large part of my life these days.
