This meditation is to show you how to activate the DNA within you. Breathe deeply. Check your breathing. Are you breathing from both your chest and your diaphragm? Fill not only your chest but your belly too. Take deep breaths. When you exhale, push out as much of the air as you can. Push out so much air that you have no choice but to inhale in reflex. Bring in so much air that you have no more room to put it. You might begin to feel a little lightheaded. Don't worry about that.
Bring the energy into the crown of your head. Ask specifically for the highest vibration of light that your physical body can handle. I want you to know that you are surrounded by angels right now. Their wings are outstretched, surrounding and protecting you as you breathe in this tremendous energy. Breathe in this light deeply again, activating the prana in the air you are taking in.
Feel the additional oxygen in your blood going throughout your body. Feel your circulation increasing. Feel your cells beginning to vibrate. Be aware of the energy coming into your crown, down your spine and into the center of the planet. Now command, using these or similar words: "All of my chakras, major and minor, open. All of my subchakras, major and minor, open."
Breathe. Feel the light energy mingling with your breath, going into your chakras and cells. Now, dear ones, you are ready. Repeat after me, out loud: "I call forth my genetic code. I call you forth in the fullness of your beingness." Feel it pop forth. Feel it, see it, sense it vibrating in front of you. Feel the pure love that it is.
Because your genetic code is pure love, it responds to pure love. Your genetic code is interdimensional. Some of you have images swirling, spiraling and vibrating. Some are seeing this and then do not see it. When you don't see this, that is when it goes interdimensional. You will see aspects of the code that are not in this dimension — your genetic code goes to the thirty-second dimension.
Feel the beingness of your genetic code, the pure love energy that it is. That which you have called forth is not your physical genetic code; it is the spirit of your genetic code. Just as your body is not who you are; it is your spirit within your body that is who you are. You are now speaking to the beingness of your genetic code.
Breathe your breath onto it, the breath you have mingled with the light. Offer to it now the deepest gratitude and appreciation that you can bring. Mingle that energy of gratefulness with the light that you have brought in and your breath. Take a deep breath. Mingle all together. Breathe it all out.
Now say to the beingness of your genetic code, "I choose to activate all of your elements. I ask you to teach me. I thank you. I give you my breath, my light, my deepest gratitude." Integrate that into your genetic code. Watch it. Feel it. You might hear it responding. Keep breathing. Ask your genetic code to come back into yourself to activate the physicality of itself. You might experience some sensations. When you are ready, open your eyes.
