Recipes
1 tsp red pepper flakes 1 tsp sesame oil 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced 1 tsp grated ginger 1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions 1/2 cup thinly sliced red peppers 1 Tbsp peanut butter 2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce 2 cups cooked thin spaghetti noodles Directions: In a small saucepan, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour hot peanut-sesame dressing over vegetable and pasta mixture. Can be eaten immediately or chilled and served cold. Week Three
Hey folks; I know I didn’t get back to you last week, but it was a bunch of the same old same old, and besides, I needed some serious sleep. We had some adventures – I’m going East on I-90 in the early AM and I see this shadow shaped like a deer appear for just an instant in my left peripheral. And then I heard a thump thump and saw it bounce off the trailer, I thought, back by the trailer duals. The spring brakes didn’t activate, so I knew he didn’t get an air hose. I suppose it was wishful thinking, but the way he/she bounced off it looked to me like it ran off, so I didn't stop to investigate. When we fueled I told Dan about it, went and checked the dual area, and saw no damage. Well when Dan took over he found that the deer had hit us, only farther up than I had thought. The mid mounted indicator light mount was ripped almost out, breaking two bolt sized rivets, and just dangling – still functioning though, so we were safe with DOT. I am sure, from the hair, etc.,

I have put up with a lot of crap here in fubomber land. Someone tried to run me off & I was ignored by most fubombers. She was supported by Peggy. As The Crow Flies...
The Nifty... I worked. Not much mind you, only two days. My wife was feeling poorly on Tuesday so I stayed home with her. Things went okay and the workdays went by fast, thank God. I picked up an older PC game that I've been meaning to get for a while: Age of Mythology. Its a fun distraction, and breaks up the CoH rut I'd gotten myself into. I upgraded my Discussion Forum on Monday morning, and it went off pretty much without a hitch. About a year ago I'd tried to upgrade it from my version to one of the later versions of phpBB 2, and it didn't work. I was very pleased by the ease of the upgrade from phpBB 2 to phpBB 3. Kudos to the phpBB group for making it painless. I've edited and added a few nice templates for it, and will likely upload a few more. Wasted Thoughts
I feel really shitty right now. i only get to see my boyfriend once week, because he's either too pissy, sleeping/tired, or is spending all his time with his friend Fred. Pissed Off At The School
Well I have been bent out of shape for a couple of days. It pisses me off the more I think about it. As you all know I am going to school to get my funeral directors license. I was going to follow that up with classes to get my embalmers license. I am doing it online. I only have 4 classes left for my FD lic. I am currently taking 2 of those during this summer session. Then I will finish up the last 2 in the fall semester. That means this fall I have 2 slots for classes. So I can start my embalming classes. Well I found out that they are droping the online microbiology classes. I was told I would need to find another school to take that at, either attend class locally. I have been asked, from time to time, why I am still single. My answer is always that no one wants me. Which is not true at all. BEST BUY, MY FOOT Best Buy has some bad policies.... Normally, I would not share this with others, however, since this could happen to you or your friends , I decided to share it. Well, I purchased a GPS for my car, a Tom Tom XL.S from 'Best Buy'. They have a policy that it must be returned within 14 days for a refund! Love And Prayers Are Needed!!
As most of you know that I have been dealing with a lot lately. My grandpa has ALS (lou gehrigs disease) my mother has also been sick. We have been going back and forth to the doctor. For a while they didnt know what was wrong with her. They have finally figured out whats wrong. She has primary biliary cirrhosis. Shes in Phase 3 right now, there are 4 phases of this disease. They say she has about 5 years till she enters phase 4. Phase 4 she goes into liver failure and at that time they can do a liver transplant. From what I understand the transplant will give her a new liver and she will be healthy again, but theres still that chance that it wont help. Even if it does help the new liver can still get it but that will prolong her life. Then on top of that she had a mammogram done last week, they found a mass so now she has to go to OKC to get a biopsy done. If you really know me you know that my mother and I are very close. So its killing me knowing that my mom is hurting

I was thinking today about life and how I am trying to get out there and really start living my life again. I admit, it does scare me sometimes when I think about venturing out there and making a new life for myself. A Day In The Life Of...
Here it is.. less than a week away and I am so nervous. It's been 20yrs since I’ve seem most of those people. Some i can only imagine where life has taken them. Others, quite frankly, I could care less. No matter what, I'm going to have fun and enjoy myself. I took Greyhound for my trip and I have to say it really wasn't that bad. The ride was somehwat comfortable but my biggest beef is that they can't keep a schedule to save their lives. That & the on-board toilet was absolutly horrific. I felt really bad for those poor souls that had to sit back by it. The smell was awful. I ended up holding it for 200 miles. In the end, you get what you pay for. I can't say that I would never again use the services of Greyhound but it certainly would be my last resort.

We all have them...Just some are a bit higher than others... Be careful with these guys at www.woot.com. I purchased an pinnacle HDTV USB stick from them and it came missing key parts to make it work. I followed there instructions and contacted the manufacturer but after 5 emails to them they told me to contact woot. I contacted woot and they wanted me to send the item back at my expense for a refund of the purchase price only. They will make you pay for their mistakes. I will never shop here again. If you have issues with them I would suggest that you do what I'm doing and at a minimum contact the Better Business Bureau and pass the word that these people do not care about their customers. I do A LOT of shopping online and these guys are by far the most unethical people I have come across.

so its like 9 pm and my child is in bed and i have not a thing to do. the internet is boring, no ones on, i'm not tired the house is clean so what the hell am i supposed to do. May Not Be On For Awhile
Well my friends and family, I am running out of time to find a job. The bills will be piling up soon and I will have to sell my laptop to cover expenses. But as soon as I can get into a decent job I will be back on. We convince ourselves that life will be better after we get married, have a baby, then another. Then we are frustrated that the kids aren't old enough and we'll be more content when they are. My Pool
so we got the pool drained. well as far as it will drain. and got the sides cleaned. i have to go patch a hole in the liner before i fill it tho. there is still some stuff left in the bottom of the pool tho. since it will only drain so far. i figured i would just vacum the rest when it fills, and i have chemicals that kill algea. question is, should i dump the chemicals in now, while it's low that way it's right on the algea? or should i wait til i fill the pool up and turn the pump on the put the aleacide in?

Well I am so disapointed by all the hard work that I have been working on now for a year getting ready to be placed on the National Kidney Transplant List. I have been rung thru the the ringer and back, proded and poked and picked on anyway one could think of. Passing all the medical test and pshyc evaluation, getting my dental done, which hurt like hell, but Im thankfull for the dentist, Dr. Russell Coad, that I now dont fear smiling and it also had to be completed before the acceptance on the list. I knew they would run a drug screen, I wasnt worried about them finding cannibus in me, seeing that I have been open and honest about why I smoke and thats for medical reasons, not to just get high!!! FROM DAY ONE they knew I smoked, they were worried about the cocaine which I have not touched in years. Today was my daughters field day at school so I thought I'd play hookie from work and join her for some fun. Now I always knew I was a bit redneck and I always knew I lived in a hick town but I really never knew how redneck it was til today. Yes I follow tractors to work every day. Here I was watching an entire student body of elementary kids belting out this tune with as much pride and volume as one could expect. It was great. After the kids rallied to their theme song we enjoyed watchin the kids smash the teachers and staff with creme pies, tug of war and the biggest water balloon fight I have ever participated in. last night someone got my information and made an unauthorized VERY LARGE purchase through my paypal account. the only place i use paypal is on fubar, go figure. soon as u read this go change ur password on paypal and every time you use your account on fubar i suggest u change your password. i am having to deal with all the phone calls, cancelled cards, etc and the fact that now my account is overdrawn. they will return my money but could take several weeks, that is bs, i am a single mom and i need my money. paypal is suppose to be so secure then how in the hell did this happen tell me that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
