Horrible Weekend
What a weekend. I could use some help. Saturday night i went to the restroom, went to get up and i blacked out and collapsed. I hit my head on what i still havent figured out. I was unconcious for a short time, and when I woke up I couldn't get up and all I saw was blood. So I called my wife into help me up. After she got me up we went to the er and te put 8 staples in my head. I also hurt my shoulder when I fell. So for the help. Does any one know a reason that would cause me to blackout. One famous person that i would like to have breakfast with is Seth Rogen. I just think he is a really cool and funny guy. New Lease On Life
After my knee surgery back in October I wrote this... thought I would share with my Fu friends. Hope this offers some words of advise for someone! Sometimes life hands you more than you think you can handle, but in reality you are only given what you can handle. In the times of despair and uncertainly everyone feels blue, uneasy and disheveled. I have been in that very mood and "mental hole" for about three months now. I have finally pulled myself out of that position after looking at my life and realizing that the little bump in the road I hit was merely a test of myself will and trust me when you are hurt or otherwise unable to do the basic things to care for yourself this humbles a person. I'm not really sure what is wrong with me today. I was woken up this morning with decent sex, was in a good mood and all of a sudden I wanna cry and throw up all at the same time. Ok for those of you that would like to know about my past here goes nothing lol. Well, when i was really young my dad got taken outta of the house because he was physically abusing me and my sisters. For some of my sisters they were even more unlucky they got sexually abused by him. Needless to say he was taken to jail (he's not in jail anymore ugh). My mom divorced him and well she didn't know how to do a lot of things drive, she wasn't working, didn't go to college and what not. So she took it out on me and my 4 sisters. July 11, 1998 I was in a car accident. No i wasn't driving it was my sister she didn't stop at a stop sign on a country road and a truck plowed into her at 60mph. We spun outta control and when the van stopped my 2 sisters that were in the van also looked for me. Dieting
I've now lost 50lb! yeah! I should post new pics since all of mine are from 30 lbs ago....mmmm maybe i just thought of an odd way to spend the evening...taken drunken head pics of me....LOL Last Tuesday I went in and I hit 30lbs gone! Yeah! I got to sign the 30lbd board and I got a new link for my bracelet - a yellow rose! This weekend has been bad for me regarding my diet. I went to a music festival with my family and I just couldn't resist my mom's baking. She isn't a good cook but she can bake! Now that I am home I need to get back on the wagon. I so wanna loose the weight but yet I wanna have fun. I feel its sad that I think I have to eat to have fun. I need to change this thinking. I bought a guitar this weekend for $50. I hope that I can turn it into a hobby. I bought a self teaching book but I think I am going to have to find a teacher here in town. I know of 2 places I can try so I think I will look into that tomorrow. Plus I need to get it tuned since it sounds

Fed Up
This has been a day from hell!!It started at 9:45 this morning, when I got into it with a complete and utter jerk sales rep. Who threatened my jb, if my deptarment didn't place his order. The issue is, he only gave us half the info. It's like buying tires and tellig them (I think they're back?). I mean WTF!!! Then I got into with a branch manager that lost $35,000 in inventory, due to him not receiveing a few truck loads of ice melt. his fault not mine, but her tried to play the teflon game. IE; nothing sticks to me... Only to have my 15 year old shot by a BB gun.... Like I said day from hell.. ARRGHH... *sigh* Tomorrow's another day...

Newest Updates For Cameron And Carson And Caleigh!!!
Newest Update!! Cameron was taken out of ICU and put in the room with her brother Carson in a private room for the two of them. They are still a long way from recovering fully, but out of immediate danger. Thankfully!!! I know the prayers of all have been with them and have helped them heal as much as they have from all of this. There are some sad parts to this story still and much prayer is still needed for them. Truth I am sitting here late tonight just thinking about things that have passed and those who use to care, or at least acted like they did. I have had a really rough time lately and almost everyone knows about my daughter and what happen. I have found myself kinda trapped or so thats how it feels. Those that once cared or acted like it I guess have stopped. I think a lot of people have been done wrong and or forgotten . Seems as long as you are giving they remember you, but the minute you are unable to give they forget you. Update On Mom
Haven't been on in awhile. My mom has been in the hospital for about a month now. She was in Johnstown but after two botched surgeries & almost dying from infection we were finally able to get her out of there. She first went to Altoona but they said she was too serious so they recommended sending her to Pittsburgh, PA. My dad & I were driving two hours there & two back everyday while she was in ICU. Last week she was moved to a regular room so dad & I have been taking turns staying over night w/ her. Hopefully she will be transferred to a rehab place closer to home tomorrow. She will be on IV antibiotics for at least 8 more weeks & after will more than likely have to have a 3rd surgery. All that from a surgery that was to have been an over night stay, a few days of bed rest & possibly some physical therapy. Needless to say I'm completely drained, not to mention moody as hell. The Waiting Is Over...at Least Until The Next Step
THE WAITING IS OVER....AT LEAST UNTIL THE NEXT STEP I mine as well just be blunt and get it over with. There really isn't any other way to ease into it. My doctor called me last evening to inform me that I do have the C word. Cancer...yes I was actually not that shocked. I knew in my mind for 3 weeks now that I had it. I just needed to hear the doctor confirm what I have been thinking all along. So, the waiting of the unknowing is over. Am over that hurdle. Next hurdle is a private consultation with her to discuss and educate me on what kind I have, stage, treatment, all options etc. This will happen either tomorrow or Friday depending on scheduling and gettting the written report back from the Pathologist. (The call from my doctor was actually pre-mature without the written report in her hand but she knew I was going outta of mind not knowing so she called me with the only finding of ...that is was cancer.) Just So Tired
I've been working as a CNA for the last 14 years...It wasn't my intention to stay in it so long...I wanted to go on and become a nurse...Being single...and the kids small at the time...I put it off...Having to work full time and go to school full time..when would I be home with my kids...Yeah..that's the excuse I've always used...Just no time... I worked psych for 10 yrs of that...I loved it...I believe that those patients brought me out of my shell that I was comfortable in...Let's just say I was a doormat to most anyone that came in contact with me...But with psych patients..you can't be that way...They are a tough bunch of people...Whether it be physical or mental...either way...they came at you full force... Now..I'm back in geriatrics...And it's quite the change...I like it...It's ok...A little bit more slower paced and the residents aren't ready to kill you every time you turn your back...In fact..they're grateful for any kind of help that you give them... But with both.

Life
I have had a burden fall upon me, in the recent days. It is saddening and most of all tragic. A few days back, my Aunt and I were having a conversation on the phone, about life in general. My uncle has been sick for sometime now and in and out of the hospital. His illness is caused from a path he had chosen to take back when he was younger (Alcoholism), his WBC is extremely high and has caused for serious alarm. He is slowly dying. His wife (My Aunt) says she cannot do this anymore and is thinking about leaving him. Mind you My uncle has been sober for over 2 years now. He has accepted that he will most likely not make it through the end of this year. The rest of the family including his own mother (My grandmother) refuses to even consider with the cost of funeral costs when it comes to that. So that is how the burden came to fall on me. I think I'm going crazy. Sleep is nonexistent. I lay awake at night, heart pounding, head spinning..it takes forever to fall asleep. And once I do, I find it almost impossible to wake up. OK everyone has been asking HOW the move went welllllllllllll where do I start lol. First of all we had planned to leave Wed. afternoon it was FINALLY Thurs. morning at 12:15 am before we finally were loaded and left. We stopped at 4:30 am to the surprise that the tarp over the bed of the truck was totally shredded. Once we got up stopped and bought another tarp. THOUGHT we had it tied down perfectly BUT guess what within just a few miles it was totally shredded too. Stopped and bought duct tape but that didn't work either. Eventually bought 2 tie downs and yes once again ANOTHER tarp. FINALLY we had everything tarped and tied down properly and were actually able to drive on the expressway and shock AT the speed limit. What a birthday present :(. It took us as long as whole trip should have been JUST to get out of the state of IL :(. Our total driving time was about 23 hours :(. Today, we're going to learn how to prepare a " croques-monsieurs " Type of dish: entry Nb of covers: 4 Preparation: 10 mn Cooking: 10 mn Budget: Economic Origin: Europe Difficulty: Easy Ingredients: 8 sandwich bread sections 8 sections of swiss cheese 0.22 lb of cheese grated 2 large sections of boiled ham butter 0.11 lb Pepper of the mill Nutmeg 4 milk teaspoons Receipt: Cut the ham sections to the same size as the bread. Made in the same way with the Swiss cheese sections. Butter the bread sections. On the bread section, lay out a section of ham and a cheese section. Pepper between each section. Hello all! I am requesting help. I am trying to find an old friend of mine. We were best friends back in 1985. We did everything together, including fought about her then (shortlived) relationship with Michael Roberts. Her name is (or was, depending on if she got married) Tanya Price. We went to East Primary School, in Kermit, Texas during our second grade year. And then transferred to Purple Sage Elementary for third. But, I moved to Odessa, Texas half way through the school year. The last thing I remember of her was her dad picking her up at the school playground where we said our goodbyes so long ago. So last Monday night me, my two sisters, and my friends, Hollie and Manda, all went to stay at my uncles house. We didn't make it because there was wreck blocking all the lanes on I-5. So we got off the highway and went to look for a motel to stay in for the night. Fog Vs, People
Because i'm really bored i thought i would share something that happened yesterday. A woman on the fu that i've never seen before came to my page and started rating my pictures. I didn't really pay attention at first, but then i saw a 9, then another one...and another. I moved my cursor over the photo she just rated and it was of me of course. So I Started paying closer attention. A 10 would come up, then a few 9's, then another 10. Every picture of mine with my face in them she rated a 9. Just Some Thoughts!
I find myself wondering these days if love really exists anymore. I thought it did once, now I'm not so sure. I gave my heart to someone very special once, and no matter how hard I try, I can't get it back from him. He has moved on to someone else, but still has the key to my heart. After almost a year I still can't get him out of my head and out of my heart. I have tried to move on with someone else, and it just doesn't seem to have worked. I feel so much guilt for someone else having fallen in love with me, when I am still so much in love with someone that doesn't want me anymore. I am searching for a way to get these feelings of love out of my heart and out of my head, but it just won't leave me alone. Maybe it isn't even love at all, maybe it is just wishful thinking that there really is such a thing called love.

Two California Highway Patrol Officers were conducting speeding enforcement on I-15, just north of the Marine Corps Air Station at Miramar?. I have been kinda down as of late. Down, because it seems no matter how much effort, care, and trust I put into my romantic interests, nothing seems to pan out. It's Life.

Lupus
I was diagnosed with lupus (SLE) in March of this year. I'm 24, I've never had any major illnesses in my life... I had a crappy immune system, but I think part of that is growing up where I did, being so close to a bunch of major chemical factories (Cleburne, Midlothian, Commanche...). I never got majorly sick though... until earlier this year. Lupus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease. There's no cure. It can affect your whole body (mine does) or just specific organs. I go ditzy... they call it brain fog. I get tired walking from my desk at work to my car. I sleep like 16 hours a day now. I eat like I've never seen food before, but I still can't gain much weight. I'm sore all over my body. My joints keep swelling up, making it hard for me to function like a normal person... but the absolute worst is knowing that you have to deal with this for the rest of your life. I'll have to live with knowing that I can't have another child... knowing that this pain that I'm in will come back.

I had one of the longest days in my life yesterday! My girlfriend that was here for her father's memorial was supposed to stay through the weekend but had been having headaches every night from the stress she has been under with dealing with her Dad's death. So her husband was up North and was hoping we would bring their son to him so he could go riding with him before heading back to Washington. So I told her I would drive them up there. She also decided to just drive back home with her husband instead of flying home Sunday. Sad because that meant our trip to the city was canceled but I totally understood her just wanting to go home. So I drove to Colousa and then over to Stonyford to drop off Kellen to his Dad and then to Willows and Tricia and I waited in the Hotel room for them to get back from the riding. It was a log day.
