I wanted to take sometime to write a blog about my friends here on cherry tap. Jeremy Crow told me about a week ago that my friends suck, not alot of people rate my pics. Has anyone else tried to do those surveys that Cherry Tap advertises to earn Cherry Bucks? It says you can complete only one a day but you will almost never qualify for the surveys they present. There's been times where I'd be disqualified after putting which state I live in and other times I'd be halfway through and then get the message "We're sorry. It appears you don't qualify for this survey. Please try another." The same thing happens when you sign up for websites that offer to pay you money for completing surveys. It's not worth it because you'll almost never be able to complete one.

CherryTap is pretty cool but I'm still getting used to how the message system works. Some of the things I'm having problems with is finding the messages that I have according to the pop-up at the top. While it's going haywire, I can't seem to find what the messages say all the time. Or I go into the Inbox and nothing's there. I thought it might have been my browser (Firefox 2.0.0.4), but it seems to depend on the day. Ok, so her it is, I have just recently started my cherrytap account. I thought at first oh this is just another kind of myspace. I was about to dismiss it all together, when someone shouted at me. It was a nice person, just asking how I was doing, well anyway we started chatting and I didn't want to be rude. 1 - 8oz package cream cheese 1 can eagle's brand milk (*sweetened condensed) 1/2 cup real lemon juice 1 T. vanilla 1 cookie crust (prepared) cherry pie filling (or pie filling of your choice) in large mixing bowl, whip cream cheese by itself. Add condensed milk and blend until smooth. add lemon and stir with a a spoon (or else it splashes) then add vanilla and stir again. pour into crust and refrigerate at least 2 hours. top with pie filling, or can be eaten plain. Ingredients: * 1 15 oz can dark sweet pitted cherries, drained and coarsely chopped * 1/2 cup amaretto * 1 8-oz pkg 1/3-reduced fat cream cheese, softened * 1/2 cup vegetable oil * 3 eggs * 1 tsp almond extract * 1 box Golden Butter recipe cake mix * * Syrup: * 4 tbsp butter * 1/2 cup sugar * 1/2 cup water * 1 tsp almond extract Method Combine cherries and amaretto and let sit for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixer bowl combine cream cheese, eggs, oil and extract; beat well with electric mixer until smooth. Ingredients: * 4 egg whites * 1-1/4 cups sugar * 1/3 cup chopped walnuts * 1/3 cup chopped pitted dates * 1/3 cup chopped candied cherries Directions: Place egg whites in a mixing bowl; let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Beat on medium speed until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, on high until stiff glossy peaks form and the sugar is dissolved. Fold in the walnuts, dates and cherries. 5-7 lb fully cooked ham 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling 1 cup orange marmalade 1/4 Cup sherry flavoring 1/4 cup orange juice Bake Ham. 30 Minutes before the end of baking, remove from oven. Pour drippings from pan, over the top. Score fat surface lightly in a uniformed diamond pattern. Strain pie filling; set cherries aside. Continue baking the remaining 30 minutes until ham is done, basting frequently and generously with glaze. Garnish ham with reserved cherries.
