Same Shit Just A Differnt Day
Man these last couple of days have been a rough one late saturday night the apartment complex right next to my work set fire killing several and leaving a hundred residents homeless. Including several of my friends from work I went into work the next day they couldnt even get the people out of the building. I went to work Sunday morning only to stand there and watch as the pulled body of body out of the rebel . I was so scared several of my friends lived in the aprtment complex. They had the body bags laid out right in the ally behind my work. I was filled with relief when my friends showed up. They may now be homeless but iwas releived to see that was safe. They are going back today and diggin through the rubble agian to see if they can find any more bodies. Man you I have learned to expect the unexpected. We were riding along a road at approx 65mph when a car pulled out on us, Dave had to break hard very suddenly, My arse left the seat to go over Daves shoulder, cause what car drivers dont understand is that the pillion will still travel at same speed, but I managed to grab Daves shoulders and pull myself down, at the same time the bike started tank slapping, so Dave let go of the bars, and we used our body weight to keep bike upright and at the same time I was shouting at the driver of the car to F@$k off as he was still in our path, there was a mini bus full of kids screaming cause they though we'd had it! This is a post that I just finished reading on Dogster.com. It is really somthing for people to think about (I changed it to be gender specific for myself).. So tonight it happened. Ate lunch today with President Bush. I was one of 175 people on base that got to eat with him. I will say I was extremely impressed. X-fest Pros And Cons
ok X fest yesturday was bad ass. Nothingface started it all off followed up by Black Stone Cherry. Now those guys picked up the pace of things. I never thought that me Katesa would ever have been the financial situation I was in I had personal loans and bills out the wazzu and a house payment well everything was good at my job there and i loved the people I worked for but the in and out days of crazy people calling and cussing u out over a magazine subscription got to me and Christmas was coming up and I made it through Christmas but right after I left the day before my bday which is Dec 28th. hey guess what i did. lol My vacume cleaner. well i realized i needed a bag bc its full. Since i dont drive and mindy couldn't take me to walmart tonight. so I actually did a experiment. i have come to find out that in my 12 years of dating that there are ALOT of men that like to play games with women. yes guys i know that not all of you are like that. and yes i know that women play games too but i aint interested in them. In the early morning hours of January 10th, 2008, while sleeping peacefully, Maila Nurmi suffered a cardiac arrest and passed away. Maila had recently turned 86 and was in seemingly good health and spirits. I've recently had the pleasure of interacting with a very decent guy who also happens to be a Bouncer. A friend of mine who has had some trouble navigating fubar and understanding some of it's requirements spoke to me this morning. She raved about a very nice man, Sgt. Tex, who went out of his way to answer her questions and make her feel welcome here. He didn't have to go out of his way. He could have answered whatever question she had and moved on, but he took the time to recognize that she is a person and made her feel special because he truly made her his only priority at that point in time. I've held a similar job on a different site and all too often you get slammed for the bad aspects of the job and never acknowledged for the good that you do. The bouncers are easy to make fun of and pick on, but if you can then the next time you see a bouncer take a second, say hello and thank them for the great job they do in keeping fubar a fun and enjoyable place to be. My Mom Is In Hospice..
Hello to all my Friends and Family, here on Fubar!! It's been 5 months since I have had a good chance to come here. Mom is dying from uteran cancer and is in Hospice. She has been sick for a couple of years but has taken a turn for the worst and me and my kids have been spending as much time that we can with her in the nursing home she is in.It's really hard because she is all I have left except my kids and my grandsons. I am grateful I have kids and grandsons, but having a tuff time with the feelings for Mom. I am sober and I don't want to drink...but when that day comes I am going to need support. I know I am reaching out for help here from my Friends here. I will try and get here as much as possible and let everyone know whats going on with my Mom. I thought i'd share our afternoon! as its so near to easter break Bex's school put on their traditional concert ... most of you know that Bex goes to a special school so its nice when you go to a school show and every child takes part! its always a lovely time and often moving. This years play was called Uncle Crumbles mad machine... its about a mad scientist who builds a time machine (loosely based on Doctor Who) and 4 very spoilt children that dont want to have a party but are bored and their uncle builds this machine and while he is gone they play with it and then they end up in different time zones ... there was lots of singing ... they landed in the future where school is on 12 hours a day, with no breaks, no school holidays and the teacher is a robot. Then they ended up in roman times ... plenty of acrobats, lions and some gladiators! one played by Bex was very menacing and did her lines all on her own .. i knew she was nervous cause she was the night before but i was so

Random Thoughts
I am finding life is one big series of conundrums. You make decisions, have questions, and provide answers, it is all part of the pathway of understanding but what do we need to understand? My guess is it is not the world we need to understand but rather ourselves. When you have a clear understanding of yourself, you tend to understand the people and things around you. You sympathize with them and when you sympathize, you have a connection of understanding. The question I have is, where are we headed and what is the point of all this? It is as if I am on a rollercoaster ride and I only have two questions. How the hell did I get on this thing and when is going to end? I would like to think that there is more to all this, something more than love and war, something more than random thoughts and random coincidences or are we just a bunch of bouncing balls colliding into each other. With no direction or path, no beginning or end? I seek clarity, clarity to understand the process.

Carson, Cameron & Caleigh
Saturday morning, my 3 young cousins were in a car accident. Cameron, 8 years old, was in the front passenger seat of the car. She was in front of her 6 year old brother, Carson. Caleigh, just 2 months shy of turning 5, was in the back seat behind the driver in her carseat. The car they were in was hit on the passenger side... head on to Cameron and Carson. They got the blunt of the hit. The driver of the car with my cousins, is currently in jail pending charges. Cameron, is in critical condition. She has a fractured skull, swelling of the brain, seizures as a result. She is bleeding internally and in the lungs. They cannot do anything for her at this time as they can't sedate her because of the seizures. They were finally able to send her for the CT Scan about 2 hours ago. Results aren't back yet from that. There is not any change in her condition as of then. She had flatlined in the hospital in Sumter and was Life Flighted to the Regional Childrens Trauma Center in C

So about 9am my mom called and woke me up to tell me that Blue Boy had got out and got in a fight with 2 dogs and has some good size cuts on his face. So i went over there and checked it out and the cuts will heal but we dont know what to do to keep this from happening again. He is dog aggressive towards a few dogs but we have always been able to control him and he has never gotten out of the house to go after a dog before and we dont want this to continue. I Got Hurt..
woke up this morning... picked up my head a lil to the right to see what time it was and got this really sharp pain in my neck all the way to my shoulder..down my arm just a lil bit. since than haven't been able to move my neck to the right. every time i move it the wrong way..i get that sharp agonizing pain. it was really bad at first but now it's not as bad. i can move it lil by lil to the right. still get that pain. it hurts but i'm dealing with it. tryin to make it where i can move my head freely. i know don't over due it..might do something worse. no worries i'm being careful. and handling the pain. no pain no gain. right. i mean if i don't i might as well stay this way. also taking some tylenol(sp?) yea idk what that's doing. lol can't see a doctor till 2 days. and by than it might be gone. so i'm jus dealing with it. just letting ya'll know since i haven't been on today till now. been laying down all day. it sucks just laying there. if i sleep to much i get headach
