The Drunk And The Cop
One night a police officer was staking out a particularly rowdy bar for possible DUI violations. At closing time, he saw a fellow stumble out of the bar, trip on the curb and try his keys on five different cars before he found his. The man sat in the front seat fumbling around with his keys for several minutes. Meanwhile, all the other patrons left the bar and drove off. Finally he started his engine and began to pull away. The police officer was waiting for him. As soon as he pulled onto the street, the officer stopped him, read him his rights and administered the breathalyzer test to determine his blood-alcohol content. The results showed a reading of 0.0. The puzzled officer demanded to know how that could be. The driver replied, "Tonight I'm the designated decoy."

The Piss Test

Tonight I went to Jeff's Bucket Shop with a couple of friends to see Innerbound. They totally rocked but that's not what this bulletin is about. I got a bug bite on my knee but that not what this bulletin is about either. Bessie and I went upstairs to leave, said our goodbyes, and went to unlock the car we borrowed from another friend. Bessie pointed out that our friend said the door was often hard to unlock, so we thought nothing of it when we tried to unlock the door for twenty minutes to no avail. Bessie's sister comes out and sent another five minutes trying to unlock the door. Finally she looks up and says, "It would help if you had the right car," at which point we came close to falling out laughing. Yes we are a bright bunch and no that was not our car!!! A friend of mine, in a private discussion, gave me a very very gentle reminder that I have a fully diagnosed mental illness / personality disorder. It’s no big deal, lots of people have Borderline Personality Disorder. There are treatment options available and I’m not any more or less ashamed of it than I was of my diabetes or would be of my high blood pressure now. If anything, this makes me less embarrassed about the state of my emotional flux. Not that I’m using the disorder as a crutch or anything. An Interesting Conversation…
I don’t even remember all the aspects of it, but I do remember communicating that I’m feeling a little confused on which social situations I’m allowed to be the girlfriend in, and which I’m not. I can tell he’s getting a little fed up with my issues. Perfectly normal under the circumstances. He’s got a lot on his mind too and dealing with a girlfriend who is on Meltdown Alert a vast majority of the time is not reducing his stress level any. It’s increasing it. But he was good to me. He stayed calm. He stayed gentle. He told me that if we’re ever in a social situation where it’s not ok, he will let me know long before the fact. So I was at this music store that sells records, and by that I mean 45's and the like and this guy was talking to his friend about this chick he started talking to from Fubar. Yesterday morning, my cousin died in his sleep. His heart gave out from all the drugs he was doing. The same rock that he chose over a family that was willing to help him and love him. I've been in Wisconsin and when you want hot sausage, ya gotta have it... Ingredients 1 pound ground beef or pork 3 tbsp Paprika 1 1/2 tbsp Tony Chachere's seasoning 1/2 tsp chili powder 2 tbsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp crushed peppers 1 tbsp each - garlic powder and onion powder 1/3 cup cooking oil Directions For more "heat" add more crushed peppers and cayenne pepper). Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix by hand until everything is well mixed together. Form into "hamburger" patties and fry, as you would fry a hamburger. Our Trip To Charleston
Hello all my friends.We had a great time on our trip,it was a blast.We got into Charleston around 5pm sunday and ending up getting a hotel in Mt. Pleasant where hotels werent $100+ dollars,even though I bet they were nice and all,I didnt want to blow half our money on a hotel, when we got a nice hotel for a decent price.Time we found a good hotel and grabbed a bite to eat it was getting to dark to do alot of sightseeing that night,we did find some nice graveyards though and decided to take pics on monday.Did some sightseeing of downtown charelston though that night.Monday came and I only got like 5hours of sleep but I was to excited to worry about being tired lol.So we left the hotel about 10am and then decided to go check out the Boone Hall Plantation,it was beautiful, got some pictures of that and then grabbed some lunch, also went around to a few graveyards and took some pics there as well.The only thing that was annoying about Charleston that you had to pay for almost every parking

I have read that if flies are placed in a jar with air holes in the lid, they will fly around frantically, banging into the lid, desperately trying to escape from their prison. Somehow they have been conditioned "to feel and believe" that there is no escape. They just keep circling in the cramped jar. Many people are like this. I'm Commin Home!!!
We'll for those who don't know I'm commin home today. This past Thursday I was injured in Iraq. The lead truck (The one i was in) hit an IED and the whole front of the Hum v was blown off. From what My Srgt.s say everyone who was in the truck is lucky to be alive. One of the guys who was with me got hit in the head and now has some memory loss, the other two has some cuts and burns and they returned back to work a few days later. Quit Smoking Update :-)
Haven't had a cigarette since 11:20am yesterday. It's 3:04am 8/30/07. I've definitely had cravings. Purely psychological since I'm using Snus... No spitting required. This is the "Frost" version. It's great! It smells and tastes just like spearmint! Wonderful!! No gross taste at all! As the afternoon wore on the cravings for a cig waned. Occasionally I'd get up without thinking and slip my birks on and then it'd hit me. "What am I doing??" LOL I don't smoke anymore. It is a bit weird. Adjusting to not smoking. Already I'm breathing better. Haven't had any asthma today. It's wonderful! I used to deal with asthma almost 80% of the day/night. I always had it at night. No exceptions. Nope. Not tonight! Amazing what 16 hours without a cigarette can do!! I am proud of myself. Yes I am fighting only a small portion of the battle right now. But to me, it feels like a HUGE portion. So Estatic!
So I have set up a photo shoot with a photographer for the 15th of September to model and get a start on my portfolio. Wardrobe and what not is still being discussed, and hair and make-up, well I've got to figure something out for that. I'm really nervous and excited at the same time because I don't know what i'm doing and it is a bit unnerving. On the other hand this could possibly pose to be a GOOD thing! Plus it's getting me into that whole photographer/model clique so that I can learn how the industry works. I'll get my foot in there somehow even if I have to do the modeling first to see how this goes. I think the few people that inspired me really have me a bit intimidated, but they are awesome, and they have the beauty and skill for it. I hope that maybe someday I might be able to have that experience and the knack for it. Life Is Too Precious
The emotions you experience when you have Cancer are intense... You can go from Blissfully happy to horribly sad in a matter of minutes. But as long as you try to stay positive through out regardless of what else is going on you always appreciate things so much more. There are days when I just sit and observe the things that go on around me. I watch the wind blow through the trees, listen to birds and crickets more intently, enjoy the smiles and giggles from my kids. Today is the day for closure. On March 3, 2006 my daughters grandmother was gunned down and killed while she was working. I will never forget going to the hospital and my daughter, Fallon ,5 at the time, ran up to me and said "My nana is dead". From that point on life stood still while we were all left to pick up the pieces and try to understand why this happened. Our lives have never been the same and never will be. We have cried, fought and not been able to come together as a family. Our hearts have been tormented from the loss and confusion. They caught the 2 people a year later and a year later we were in and out of court, having to listen to a "defense" to why they should be found innocent. Why I Am No Longer A Pharmacy Technician.
I was a retail pharmacy technician for two years, certified by the state of NJ for two years, as well. The whole time I'd have to listen to retoric about how "we're all one big happy family" and "smile for the customers!". I'm busting my ass for about a dollar above minimum wage, doing a job that if I don't do correctly has the potential to kill someone, all for some white corporate male in an office I've never even seen can get his bonus???? That's why I quit. Even though I was one of the best techs they've ever seen, when it came to dealing with the customers. EVERYONE liked me. You know how hard that is to do when you work in a pharmacy?? All you do all day is deal with bitchy sick people!! And don't even get me started on health insurance companies. I am SO glad I decided never to become a pharmacist, because the whole entire pharmaceutical industry, as well as US health insurance companies, make me want to retch.

I was in the middle of posting a bulletin comment (hit send) and I got this error message... "I_really_fucking hate you error" Um. I saw that and immediately my stomach felt like it was in my throat. A Night In The Great Outdoors
God, I love the great outdoors! I love the smells, the wind in my hair, fish guts, worms, you name it. Diane? Not so much the guts and worms... We took my tent and a sleeping bag and headed to a spot I know far away from the crowds - it was after work on a Friday, so it was nearly dark by the time we pitched camp. It took a while to get a fire going, mostly because Diane kept making Smokey Bear jokes and laughing while I worked at getting a spark, spinning a stick like in Boy Scouts. Finally: "Here, Smokey, why don't you use my Bic?" My goddamn marshmallow fell into the fire, but she let me pick the little bits of leftovers off her stick while she ate my candy bar. I didn't want a fucking s'more anyway. "Mmmm, I'm full, Smokey, I'm gonna turn in." I should tell you that I have a big tent, a big sleeping bag - plenty of room for two so I wasn't worried about that - and when we slid into our comfy set-up, she felt warm and damn nice next to me.

I as a little girl growing up can remenber when ice cream cones coast only a nickle for 1 very large scoop! And going to see a moive was only a quarter.That was back in the 50's. The coast then went up in the 60's to .75 cents. But of course my Aunt was running the palce at that time.Then I saw the price of gas . It was not all that bad then. As time went on and I got older. The prices just seem to have more than doubled. More like tripled!!! It just seem funny that all the fun times slowed down not just me . But for everyone. Less and less people had been going to go out. Things got a little tight for everyone. There was a year that we call the depreshion. That I think was the hardest year that as a child could have been. Working At Labinal Now
I figured Id give you all a job update. I am quit Kum N Go for a few reasons but mainly poor management at the store I was located at. But now I am working at Labinal in Pryor out at the Industrial Park. I am helping build harnessess for the Boeing BCA Airplane. My schedule is Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm unless we have mandatory overtime like we do next week so my schedule is 6am-3:30pm fun uh? I was dicharged from the USAF the day before.The earliest flight home to Washington was at 7:35pm est from Raleigh/Durnam,N.C. with a 1 hour layover in Chicago.It was as I was getting off the plane that I found out that the 2 towers had been hit.5 minutes later as I was calling home,that is when the Pentagon was hit.I didn't leave Chicago until that Friday on an Amtrak train for a 42 hour ride home.Now when I think of 9/11,I realize that I could have been on a plane that could have been hijacked and flown into a building of some sort.I scares me still to think of that.

Nephews And Fishing
My brother and I took two of my nephews out fishing Saturday. They stayed with us on the boat for about an hour and a half, very good for 3 & 4 years old I'd say. It wasn't the easiest day to fish with the boys because the wind had the water a little choppy, so their bobber looked for all the world like it was on the move. But TC caught the first fish: a huge (6") bluegill. Now you have to understand, these two brothers are very competitive! Jackson immediately started to get upset. HE wanted a fish too! I think it was in a Robert Ringer book that I once read only ten percent of Americans have a library card. The sad thing is that might even be an exaggeration. I look at it this way; why spend hundreds, potentially thousands of dollars buying books that you think will interest you and after the first read you might never look at again? My Most Vivid Memory From The Explosion
I do not remember everything that happened the day that the IED exploded ripping up the humvee we were riding in and injuring Andy, Mac and myself. There are periods of time that I was blacked out from the pain and a small bleed in my brain. I have come to remember more and more of that day and the most vivid memory I have is of Roger Briggsman and what he did for me. Accused Mugger Licks Woman's Toes Sep 11, 3:45 AM (ET) ST. PAUL (AP) - Police said a man who robbed a woman of her keys and cell phone then took off her shoes and licked her toes. Commander Kevin Casper said the attack was "weird sexual behavior." The 24-year-old woman was leaving work around 1 a.m. Saturday when the 27-year-old man approached her and demanded her keys and phone. After that he removed her shoes. Police say the woman was not hurt. Police arrested the man a few minutes later about four blocks away. The woman identified the suspect and police were able to recover her keys and phone. The man is in custody and has not yet been formally charged.
