Being True To Oneself
I have spent my life trying to please the world, it is who I am, I please everyone around me except for one person, myself. Time For A New Car
As much as I hate to do it.. and as much as I can't afford to do it.. I think it is time for the old car to be put to rest. It's a 1999, so not THAT old. But it has over 205,000 miles on it. This month has been expensive though. The compressor on the AC went. Estimated cost on that is $700. That was bad enough and had me thinking of looking for something else. BUT... last night as I was leaving to take David home, I went to put the window up a little when my phone rang, and there was a loud crack. The wondow fell down into the door. So I take it to the garage today. Parts will be over $400 and with labor around $600. It didn't help that it poured last night while I was driving. The good news is the garage did put the window back in place though its just taped there. And they did not charge me anything.

I Am A Quitter!
On sunday I decided to quit smoking. Since then I have had 4 nicotine patches, 4 pills of wellbutrin, and 1 ciggarette. I knew it was going to be hard to quit, but for some reason I decided to anyway. I think that quitting smoking is one of the most challenging things that I have ever had to do in my whole life. I work in a hospital so people are constantly preaching to me the benefits of quitting and how bad smoking is for you. I get tired of it sometimes. This time I am determined to quit. Hard To Take
Well, today my father called me at 7:30 am and told me that my daughter had a siezure. I asked him what had happened and he told me that supposedly she had an inner ear infection that they didn't know about. First of all I want to know how in the hell you don't know if a child has an inner ear infection? Anyways, so he called me agian while I was at work and told me that on the way to the hospital the parametics lost her twice. I ask him if she is ok and he tells me that she has had 2 more seizures and the are flying her out to Denver Childrens hospital to take more test to determine what exactly is going on with her. I am really hoping that all it is is the inner ear infection and nothing any worse than that. But I just wanted to get all this out... and hofully get some good feed back for everyone. Thanx...

Sometimes I like to think that the life we live has more of an intended purpose than what we may perceive it to be. Science 3 pronged interpretative metaphysics 1. Scientism-the belief that science is the arbiter of all truths. Rejection of metaphysics, inherently rejecting itself in such a way. 2. A Little Update
HMM So where has my life been the past god who knows. It has been a roller coaster. Not a 100% bad roller coaster because there are a lot of good things that have happened, and with good things you have bad things. August 9th, I went to see Terry Fator the guy who wont Americas Got Talent last season. Which was amazing. He was so damn funny and super sweet.
