My favorite place to be, FUBAR, I was supposed to be DEAD last Christmas, so the doctor's said, sickle cell,went from 256lbs to 139 in 4 weeks, couldn't stand up my Harley, Elvira. Lost everything i worked for all my life, to doctor bills in 5 weeks, double rounds of kemo,cried for 2 days because I didn't recognize myself in the mirror. I got pissed, im going to keep moving so it can't catch me,forced myself to walk, run, exercise, research, read about my friend in my body, no medicine because I couldn't afford it,but today I run 5 Miles every morning at 4am. Don't miss,600 sit ups before bed,never miss, cancer doesn't like active people, it want you to lay back in a hospital and let it thrive. Im 50 got 6 pack abs, I found the chink in cancer armour! New Year
As 2016 comes to a close I am heading into 2017 happier than I've ever been. My father is healthy after suffer a really bad stroke. There was a lot of tragedy in our family this year but has brought us even closer and stronger. My son will be healthy ringing in the new year. I got through a serious back injury which unfortunately cost me my firefighting job. But I have accepted that. Do not want to put anyone in jeopardy if I had a flare up in a burning structure. And to my fu friends and family, I treasure each and every one of you. I hope everyone finds there happiness. You all deserve it.

I'm not sure what to think about the most recent national protest " a day without immigrants". I'm all for legal immigration in which people go through the proper channels to obtain legal status. What I am against is illegal immigration.

Happy Hours
When people run Happy Hours, they usually run PowerUp blings at the same time. A lot of people will just run all the powerups they have at the beginning and just let them ride. There are a few things that can be taken into consideration so as to get the most benefits for them. I categorize the Powerups into three categories. 1. Those that affect LIKES2. Those that affect RATES3. Miscellaneous I'll start with the likes. Rock Stars and Likenados both reset the ability for people to LIKE you, but when both are running, you get more points. SO, for this purpose, if POINTS are what you want (including fubucks), then simply start both when your Happy Hour starts. If the number of LIKES is more important, then start the STAR first (Night or Rock), then start a Likenado half way through. Either way, you do get 2 hours with both running and the extra points, but the second way will get you more likes, but only 30 minutes of this will be during your Happy Hour. Carefully weigh the difference.

Ok enough is enough...been up and down all night worries sick...Mom had to be taken to the hospital for chest pains and dizzyness. now they have her hooked up with all kinds of tubes and wires monitoring heart, breathing and such..Dad passed away February 16th and now mom is barely concious. Being Held Hostage
Being hostage by your heart.... something I understand all too well... never thought I'd register that pain in someone else's eyes. My Trip To The White House
This will be a very long story and I might write part at a time and save as I go. A year and a half ago, I was talking with the Wounded Warrior Project people about things I could do with them. Since I wasn't working, I would have the time to be able to dedicate five days to be flown to whatever site to do a Soldier Ride. I signed up November 2015. January 2016, literally the same day I started that short lived job, I was contacted with 3 options, Charlotte NC, Jacksonville FL, Montgomery AL. At the moment, I'm about five days into my new diet/lifestyle. And at this exact moment, I could eat a pound and a half of chocolate. Stress makes me want sweets in the worse way. Search For Soulmate
How many people go through life alone. Lets just say its a lot. Not many men search for "The One". Well I am and this is what I have to say for my Soulmate. A Hard Time Of It.
Well these past few months have been very hard for me. First my little dog who I had for many years died from old age. She was much older than most of her breed when she died. Which had left me quite depressed about. Even though I have been suffering from depression for most of my life it had gotten worse since she died. About a month after that I heard that my father was very ill and could die at any moment but thankfully he pulled through. He went through that twice more and received the last rights three times but unfortunately on the tenth of May he passed away. Although it wasn't until his wake that I found out that he had been in a coma for a week before he died. He died on the Wednesday morning at 1am and he was buried on the Friday at 1p.m.. I will miss him terribly even though we were not as close as I would have liked to be. But he was not the kind of man to hug his children. So, I had a conversation with someone yesterday and it's really been weighing on my mind. They said they didn't feel like they weren't a good enough wife/husband to their spouse because they don't see each other a lot due to work. Hug them, kiss them, spend time & cuddle with them, make love as often as time allows. Look into their eyes and tell them just how much they mean to you. How I Deal With Depression
Three years ago I was depressed. I couldn’t stop crying over the mistakes I had made, and I was trying to dig myself out of a dark hole. I couldn’t breathe, I couldn’t go back and the only way I saw out was through death. I wanted it to be over, and I couldn’t see how I was going to live with myself. Motherhood
Being a Mom isn’t easy. It’s not always pretty, it’s messy, loud, defeating, stressful….but worth it all. My daughter will be young for a very short period of time, in the blink of the eye she will be an adult and I’m sure I’ll be missing these times. My Mom always tells me that I was just like my daughter is and she never seems to focus upon my bad behaviors as a child. There’s wisdom in this, I know I’ll remember mainly the wonderful moments of love…..and try to focus upon those daily. Even if it’s for just one minute in a day that I get a smile from my saucy 3-year-old, I’ll consider that day a success! My point here is that my life as a Mom isn’t always simple, my daughter helps to ensure it isn’t.
