How come you have to be a size 0 to be beautiful? I would love to have a good self esteam. It's not too bad, but it could be better. What should I do? I dont sit around and eat all day. So here's the deal. I have a pre-paid phone. This is currently my only steady means of communication with the outside world. I didn't miss having a phone while I still had internet at home. Now that its gone, I'm burning through minutes like wild fire. I'm hoping to find a way to get some minutes and possibly provide a service (wink wink) at the same time. Why is it so hard to keep a promise?? I won't say any names or what the promise was that was broken, but I will say it hurts for that promise to be broken!!!! I think that if a person promises not to do something ever again then that person should stay to his/her word. This person knows how it makes me feel when this is done but yet continues to do this act. Am I over reacting? NO, I don't think I am. Am I being childish, NO I am not. My Pet Peeve
Being an Army Veteran and proud of the fact, it gives me great pride when I see other people take pride in their country in dispalying our Flag. It does however sadden me that many of these people do not know the proper way to display the flag and in doing so inproperly it is a disgrace. It has become one of my biggest pet peeves. I have even gone so far as in my hometown to knock on one of the city councilmen's door and ask him if he could not afford a new flag since the one he was displaying was torn to shreds. I see many people having their picture taken in front of flag, trying to show they are patriotic ( and I applaud them for the effort) but the flag will be backwards, and this in intself irks me. Wow 2008 has been a bad year for me. I sure hope 2009 goes better. My son has had Crohns disease really bad the entire year of 08' since then he had surgery. He is gaining weight again which is great. He was down to 110lbs. at one time and for a 6' tall kid thats not good. He now weighs about 155lbs. I have also had marriage problems...I think my asshole of a husband is cheating on me... So just trying to get thru that mess. I'm also looking for a job...I know a lot of people are. I Feel Good. (kinda Diary Of My Dieting)
Well past year or so I have packed on weight..that I didn't want to do. 10yrs ago after my oldest boy..I did weight watchers..and lost 50lbs. You might actually see few of my skinny pics on my page evven. lol. Anyways..I have slowly gained almost all of it back..over time. I have tried few times on and off to go back into dieting but just not been motivated enough like back then. Anyways..thursday I went back to a weight watchers meeting and joined again. ...it bugs me that it costs more to live where I recently moved to, but it is much nicer here. The drawback is I spend all my time working and now I don't have time to do the things I used to love to do. Feeling Good
I know I haven't been on as much lately. I will try to start..but been busy working..and exercising..and just bunch of running around. Today I did my first week weight in at weight watchers. I lost 6.8lbs. I know I can do it on my own..I have in the past..but I need a little incentive..or inspiration I guess. This way,, I know I am spending 12 a week.. I will want to do it LOL. I did 3 1/2 hrs of exercise on my wii this week. I am starting to really enjoy it. With all been going on though..by this time at night..I am usually extremely tired. Food Recipe
Ingredients: - 2 pounds of Shrimp - 1 Green Bell pepper - 1 Orange bell pepper - 1 Yellow bell pepper - 2 Roma Tomatoes - 1/2 of a big Onion - 8oz of Mushrooms - 1 bottle of Samuel Adams (Boston Ale) - Salt - Medley Peppercorn - Butter - Olive Oil Take off the shell of the Shrimp and take off the puppy of the shrimp out!!! Wash shrimp well.. Put olive Oil and Butter to melt in a Medium High Heat let butter melt.. Cut Bell pepper (all of them) in strips same as the Roma Tomatoes, wait till shrimp is nicely Cook and red!Give it about 20 min let the olive oil and butter consume down add Onions and mushrooms 1st then the peppers and for last the Tomatoes.. let them get caramelize (get Golden) when this is done add the Samuel Adams and let it cook for 5 mins and is done Have some rice and Broccoli for side and you have a nice dinner!!! SDMF you dont just put that by your tag on fubar or anyother site, its not a fucking fad..I no longer will have that on my tag because I know what I am..
