Man, when it rains, it pours! It seems that a lot of things have been breaking around me. We bought a Sony high definition television in Sept of 06 so it is only a little over a year old. It decided to break. The manufacturer's warranty is only a year and we didn't get an extended warranty from the store because we have in the past and never used them so it was a waste of money. So we called Sony because everything we tried didn't work. They charged us $100 just to even come out and had to have it paid before the appointment. Okay. They will be here Wednesday to "fix" it. Baby, Oh Baby
Well, on Friday my oldest son had to bring home from school his brand new, "baby" daughter, which he named, Sabrina. For his sex-ed class, he is required to bring home a fully automated doll that cries and needs to be fed, and changed, etc. So far, things are not going well for Chris. The baby is crying every 10-15 minutes and has wanted to be fed or changed each of these times. LOL...this has greatly upset Chris. I'm glad that he is getting this experience. Although I know that it's nothing like having an actual baby, it does show him that he needs to be constantly responsible for something other than himself. Even if it's only for a good grade right now. Hopefully it helps him to make better decisions for himself when faced with being intimate with someone and using protection. Winter Weather
We are under a winter storm watch and ice storm watch at least until tomorrow morning. How wonderful is that?! Right now the temp is 33 degrees and supposed to drop down to 26 tonight. It's been raining ALL day and supposed to rain through the night, turning into freezing rain. With the temp. dropping, it'll turn into ice. I was lucky enough to have missed the last ice storm that Springfield got last winter. I was still in NC, but I called here every week. People were without power over a week long. Trust is a huge issue with me. I don't give it out often, but when I do, it's 100%. Lately I've noticed that trust is traded freely as if it were a dime stock on the exchange. There was a time when someone's word meant something, but that time is long gone. It makes me sick when someone acts one way in private and tells you things they swear are just between the two of you and you find out that everyone else knows. They act one way with you, then another with everyone else. Some say that's not lieing, but I think it is. IF you make someone feel special, only to let them later find out that they are one of many interacting with you in the exact same way, you're a liar. You're not doing that person any favors. It makes you wonder how many secrets you told that person that have been spread around like wildfire. Recently I was reading some of the mumms that people post here on FUBAR. I find myself at a loss realizing how much value that grown adults place on the opinion of someone that they have never met outside of this site. If your self worth is so low that you have to try obtain the opinions of complete strangers that quite possibly aren't who they say they are, than you bigger issues at hand. Maybe you should look at your life a little closer and deal with your problems where they originate. Don't take what people say or heaven forbid, rate you as a value of what you are worth. Chef”s Recipes
Chef’s Chocolaty Peanut butter Rice Krispies Treats 1 large bag of marshmallows 1 bag of rice krispies cereal 1 bag chocolate chips 1 1/2 cups of peanut butter Tsp vanilla 1 can chocolate icing 1 Tbs butter 1. Line a large cookie sheet with wax paper or apply small amount of butter 2. In a large metal pot add butter and vanilla melt over med heat 3. Add marshmallows’ stirring constantly using a wooden spoon is best. Lower heat as marshmallows melt. Be sure to mix all the way to the bottom. Don’t allow burning. 4. Remove from heat 5. Immediately add Rice krispies(it may not take the whole thing add half mix add more until desired thickness), peanut butter and ¾ bag of chocolate chips 6. Mix thoroughly using hands (it’s the best way) 7. Dump into pan and spread evenly pressing down hard 8. Place in freezer for 20 min remove 7. Just Me Thinking
Well here it is saturday , last night at 3 am I got violently ill in my own home from carbon monoxide . My mom came and picked up the kids and took them to her house . I dialed 911 shortly after and the fire department showed up and wouldn't let me return into the house till 10am this morning when they met me at home with the furnace repair man . The repair fixed furnace but it happened yet again so I was evacuated again till around 3:45 this afternoon . The Furnace is DEAD gone over finished . So no more carbon monoxide but I got no fucking heat so YIPPEE!! Hopefully monday the furnace guy said he knows a program through the state that can help and he is a god sent cause he is really trying to help . BTW for all u men reading this MEN suck my husband refuses to leave the house and is camping in basemnet with a heater "going to save the pipes from freezing" . People And Their Insecurities.
Yes that's right, I am mentally unstable. I'm being treated for it though and the love of my life knows about all of my disorders. The anxiety is what I'm having issues with today. See my psych has me on meds that are supposed to help with the anxiety but they're mainly for sleep so I don't take them because they turn me into a vegetable. That's one reason why I smoke. For some reason the cigs keep me from flipping out. They don't get rid of the anxiety all together but they do help. And today I have none!!!!!!! I feel like the walls are closing in on me. Here is a chicken recipe that also includes the use of popcorn as a stuffing - imagine that. When I found this recipe, I thought it was perfect for people like me, who just are not sure how to tell when poultry is thoroughly cooked, but not dried out. Give this a try. BAKED STUFFED CHICKEN 4 - 5 lb. Chicken 1 cup melted butter 1 cup stuffing (Pepperidge Farm is Good.) 1 cup uncooked popcorn (ORVILLE REDENBACHER'S LOW FAT) Salt/pepper to taste Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush chicken well with melted butter, salt, and pepper. Fill cavity with stuffing and popcorn. Place in baking pan with the neck end toward the back of the oven. Listen for the popping sounds. I'm Sure you will all enjoy making these cookies. Cuervo Cookies I know it's a little early, but it is time to start baking for the holidays. This is the BEST Christmas Cookie recipe EVER! Christmas Cookies 1 cup of water 1 tsp baking soda 1 cup of sugar 1 tsp salt 1 cup of brown sugar Lemon juice 4 large eggs 1 cup nuts 2 cups of dried fruit 1 bottle Jose Cuervo Tequila Sample the Cuervo to check quality. Take a large bowl, check the Cuervo again to be sure it is of the highest quality, pour one level cup and drink. Turn on the electric mixer. Beat one cup of butter in a large fluffy bowl. Add one teaspoon of sugar. Beat again. At this point it's best to make sure the Cuervo is still OK, try another cup just in case. Turn off the mixerer thingy. Not Another F'n Blog
Television is officially dead and buried, well it's been dead for a few years now. Great quality shows such as Smallville, Battlestar Galactica and House are overshadowed by the trainwreck shows such as American Idol, Rock of Love and every freaking reality show out there. Now I am a huge fan of the CW show Smallville because being a fan of Superman since I was a small child I love the new spin on the character. It is very well written and they introduce all of the DC Universe characters (with the exception of Batman and Wonder Woman). Well just a little update. I had went to the doctors today because, I had hurt my knee. Well after many of x-rays and a MRI It seems I had torn a legement in my knee. Yes it does hurt like a son of a gun lol. anyway they have me in a knee brace. They have me on some pain meds which really makes me goofy lol. I will update you all when I find out more when I go back to the doctor.

My Hubby And I
so my husband and I had a little misunderstanding between us. It was becoming the "norm" to fight all the time and be at each others throat. We were both unhappy and we sick of looking at each other. A New Family
Ok everybody!!! As most of you know PrincessPaige and I have been married for 8 monthes and were expecting a new addition to the family around Christmas!! Yesterday I did a lot of thinking about my 15 year old son. We really need to keep a closer eye on him and take away a lot of his freedom for a while until he proves to us he is really trying. His grades suck, plain and simple. He says he is trying but we know he would rather hang out with his friends then to do his homework! So his social life is coming to a stop. He has a new girlfriend ad she is welcome to come over here anytime she wants but for him to just go and do what ever he wants....NO! Every day seems like a struggle with life. My daughter was so easy and so responsible. This just really hit us upside the head not knowing what to do when Anthony started acting up. Maybe it is easier if the first one isn't so good and then you can know that you need to squash the others! hahaha So my house is clean, all the laundry is done and put away and my candles are lit in my room so it is a little more peaceful now. Nuts In A Cemetary
On the outskirts of a small town, there was a big, old pecan tree just inside the cemetery fence. Winter In Germany
I figured I'd describe what Winter is like in Germany for those who are interested. It's Tuesday, 11 December 2007 and it's mostly rainy outside. It's cold, but not too cold, in my opinion.
