Summer 2007
The camping trip was excellently relaxing, just what the doctor ordered. On the first day we got there and set up, the site was great and right on the lake. Then we went swimming and the water had to have been 70-80 and clear... very relaxing. I like just floating there and not having to hear any noise, stare up at the sky. Freud says that we all long to return to the silence of the womb, to rediscover the "oceanic feeling" and he might be onto something. After the lake we lit a fire and cooked on it, then went hiking around and fought off some raccoons, who were circling our tents like sharks, before passing out. Friday we woke up and cooked breakfast over the fire and then went to Sea Isle to go to the beach. You gotta love the beach. We went body surfing and then played wiffleball and bocciball. Girls were looking great in their bikinis and the water was great. Then we went back and showered and ate only to go to Wildwood later in the evening to check out the boardwalk

A Thought
So here is my thought for the day .. .well someone else' but it seems to fit life in gereral The problem with stupid people is that there just is not enough smart ones to eat the stupid ones .. Home Renovation
I will be moving back into my townhome here soon, with the hopes of selling it. If I want to sell it, there are quite a few things that I will need to replace, repair, renovate or whatever. Yesterday & today's adventure involved me painting the living room. WooHoo!!! No, not really. It sucked. My hands hurt, my, oh what the hell, everything hurts. Alas with some help from my aunt the living room walls & trim are done!!! In addition to painting the walls & trim, I also caulked some cracks in the concrete slab, then painted the slab with some white, waterproof paint. This past Tuesday night, my friend & I proceeded to rip up the carpet & padding in the living room. I finally moved it outside last night & it already being cut into pieces, bundled it up for Solid Waste Services to pick up. Now, onto the hallway & kitchen. More fun for me. Anybody wanna help??? Sitting here thinking of the past and all the things I have done... I hate to regret but at the same time I have hurt so many people these last few years. Due to a power outage, only one paramedic responded to the call. The house was very dark so the paramedic asked Kathleen, a 3-yr old girl to hold a flashlight high over her mommy so he could see while he helped deliver the baby. Ok, I've been separated since the begining of January, with a divorce pending. I have proof my ex belonged to a dating site, for almost our last year together. And she still denies everything. Why some ppl who know they look nice, have to be so conceided? For one semester, I made the mistake of joining the Penn State Equestrian Team. Long Day :(
Today I left at 9:45 to go to a funeral that didn't start till 10:30 because we knew it was going to be packed. I live in a small community and this was for a 17 yr old girl that was in my sons grade at his school. It was standing room only. We left the church at 11:45 and couldn't even go to the grave side service because we had to head directly to another funeral for a 15 yr old girl, also from our small community but this one happened to also be a distant cousin and I'd been very close with her father & his brothers & sister when we were growing up. Hers didn't start till one and we were at the church by noon. By 12:30 it was pretty much standing room only. We did go to the grave side service for her funeral. They had a white casket and handed out permanent markers after the sermon so people could sign her casket before they committed her to the earth. Terribly terribly sad .. and oh so draining.

My Son's Dog
Why is it when you tell people they can't touch something that is the very thing they do? My mentally ill husband was told do not touch the puppies because they had to be born c-section and he did now we have lost two of the three puppies. Just like any child he thought he could hold the puppies and not cause it any problem well it has now the third ones breathing is getting shallow I don't know if he will make it through the night. Well the last one has died all because the puppies were touched after being delivered by c-section when they weren't to be handled a lot because of the risk from a c-section.

out of smokes I am loosing my mind! Noon Have smokes! YAY thanks hun. So I am sitting here and its about 74 degrees inside, set the air to 70 over night to try and get it real cold as its going to be close to 100! and muggy today, well the temp is rising Oh hell the AC is broke, nope apparently the line set and condenser decided to freeze up on me! well its already 93 out I went and sprayed down the lines got the inch of ice off them that I can get to and the compressor as well but no the condenser inside I am sure is iced up so ac off and run the fan to push warm air through the coils to melt the ice when its 85 inside it will work again but then it will freeze cause its gona run non stop. Arggg!

Well, yesterday I aquired a new niece. She is the 18 to be born into the family. They named her Brooklin and she was, 6 lbs. 14 oz. 19 in. Her time of birth was July 6,2007 at 9:07 A.M. yesterday morning. This is so cool. Waiting for pics of my new niece and will share with ya'll when I get them.
