My Illness
After two long years and a recent months stay in the hospital I have finally been diagnosed with the disease that is slowly killing me. The disease is called Amyloidosis here is a short description of the disease. Amyloidosis is a rare and potentially fatal disease that occurs when substances called amyloid proteins build up in your organs. Amyloid is an abnormal protein usually produced by cells in your bone marrow that can be deposited in any tissue or organ. Amyloidosis can affect different organs in different people, and there are many types of amyloid. Amyloidosis frequently affects the heart, kidneys, liver, spleen, nervous system and gastrointestinal tract. The exact cause of amyloidosis is unknown, and there's no cure for amyloidosis. However, therapies are available to help you manage your symptoms and limit the production of amyloid protein. I just wanted to let everyone know that I am having surgery on June 4th. They are going in and cleaning out my left knee. There is arthritis in my knee and a small tear in the meniscus. I am going to also ask my doctor if he can look at my hips because some days they hurts so bad I can barely walk. Last night, I had my friends Kelly, Jimmy, Lisa and Chad up for supper. I made turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and green beans. After we ate another so called friend named Charles stopped by for awhile. When Chad left, I asked Charles to go get Tigger so she would not run out the door. He went to pick her up because another friend was leaving and I didn't want her to run off. Well Tigger either got scared or something and scratched him. Well instead of bringing her to me, he held her up as high as he could by the back of her neck and she was hissing and growling, I told him to bring her to me but he didn't listen. To Buy Or To Repair?
And if I fix the how soon should I do it? Just found a big leak in the heater of ol' Poppa car. Spewing water and anti-freeze all over the inside of the car. Poppa is a 90 Blazer with about 175,000 miles. Last year the fan clutch went out and tore up the radiator and everything. Cost $800 to fix that. The guy across the street said it is just the heater core and to dump some of that aluimnun stuff in the radiator and it should be ok. The guy down the street said thing could blow up at any time. A Day Of Strange

hey guys just to let those that were cocncerned for me i am well, things went well yesterday. cant really talk that well but i am here and not really that sick today so that is good. As some of you guys on my friends list know i am going into the hospital on Friday morning to have some test run. Have been having a few problems with my health these past few months. If things go well which i think they will i will be home that afternoon. If for some reason there is a complication i may have to stay in the hospital for the night maybe longer. Rush
Saturday night I had the pleasure of seeing the band Rush in concert for the first time. To say it was a truly spiritual experience for me is not even doing it the total justice it deserves. It was AMAZING and as near to NIRVANA as I have been. Though I enjoy several different forms of music, I am a huge fan of drummers - power drummers to be more exact. It amazes me the skill it takes to play the drums well and since one of my best friends is a drummer - I have been fortunate enough to be able to watch a skilled drummer behind the variety of drums, cymbals, cow bells, etc. and no matter how many times I watch the drums being played - it still truly captivates me. This story is to a friends request of me to explain some history in regaurds to my post: War of my life. It all starts back in the 6th grade, when I started living with a friend of mine in Puyallup. Went out this weekend with friends. Got a little drunk, but had lots of fun. Stayed out until the next morning. Guess I really needed to be out and have fun, forget about problems for awhile. Made some new friends. But I was lucky and no hangover the next day, but not unusual. Did some things that haven't even told my best friend about. Hope to have fun this weekend again. My Grand-aughter who is posted thru-out my Profiles is haveing Seizures that Since Monday the 17th of March came on suddenly.StLouis Childrens Hospital hasnt determined just what are causing them,and are still running test on her to find out why.All the test that they have run have came back negative so far.They have done Spinal taps,EEG's,Blood work,Ca Scan's and still cant find anything that could be causig them.Please my friends Pray for her.S has been in my life since Birth as her Dad was in Iraq erving his Country when she was born and I took her and my Daughter in so I coulkd make sure they would be fine till his return.Please pray for her.
