Ok. after my breakdown last night... i decided that i am going to add a little bit of carbs into this plan... under 800 calories a day plus practically no carbs about killed me... today i have eaten less than yesterday, but i added two pieces of toast (whole wheat 40 cal each slice) in and feel pretty darn good. SOOOOO breakdown so far. MF southwest eggs (added a tablespoon of shredded cheese and some salsa and ate it on toast... was very good and filling) 5 oz cod and 1.5 oz chicken with 1.5 cups of green beans... i am still working on the green beans... i have had about 4 hard candies through out the day.. not on my diet, but better than eating a piece of cake! and 2 pieces are about 50 calories so not bad.. the food is about 500 calories total.. the candies add another 100.. so 600ish? and i feel better... go bread go!

We Got It.......we Finally Did It.......
Okay everyone, I didn't want to say anything before about this just because everytime my hubby and I have gotten our hopes up and said something it has fallen through. We got the house!!!!!!!!! We are now home owners as of January 20th, that's when we go to sign the final paperwork and get the keys. I am so happy. I just wanted to let you know that, that's what I have been busy doing and again I apoligize for not being here as much. I have been working my ass off trying to get this done. Soon though I will be back more often. Now I am packing up this house so we can move as soon as possible. Camping Yet??
Well its still got snow on the ground here in the greater Denver area. BUT! the grass is peaking thru the white stuff and the temps are in the 40s... CAMPING STARTS SOON! Looking forwards to Spring and Summer in the Rockies. Camping and fishing w my 3 son's, Sister, niece and nephews. Want to hear a funny thing? My 3 mos old son and 4 mos old niece already have their own tents, sleeping bags and chairs... along w lil laterns and hiking boots. Yes I do know they won't be walking yet. However its never wrong to have the right equipment for doing so. When they get older we can start camping year round again :). O'kay yes I have cabin fever. Snow In April

Finally Made It Home
After two weeks in the hospital, with nothing to eat... I was released three days ago. I'm back home, but not quite back to myself these days. I miss my friends, most of whom didn't call at all while I was in the hospital. But since I was high on morphine the entire time anyway, it wouldn't really have mattered. So, I'm home... and in pain- every minute of everyday. It actually hurts less to starve myself, than it does if I eat... imagine swallowing shards of glass- that's what the insides of my body go through whenever I eat anything now. But at least I have control- I get to choose my pain. Starving hurts less so my diet- yogurt, bananas, and soup. I hope things improve. I have things to do and people to screw!

My Future?!?
When people ask me what do I see in my future I tell them what I want to see. Not watt I really see because I would probably be locked up in the nut house. I tell them that I see myself being a nurse, a mom and a wife, all happily of course. But when I really think bout it, it all looks black, incomplete, empty, and lonely. All Aboard!
When last we left our hero, he had been "sidetracked"... So for a couple of days the routine was wake up, wash dishes, eat, and do puzzles with Hawk and Small Child. On one particularly busy afternoon, Mountain man asked if our hero could cook... "Yeah..." "Well get over here and help us out." And so Cotton went about making orders along side Small Child and Mountain Man while Hawk took a break. And so our hero became even more a part of the crew. By the end of the evening Trey came up and asked where our hero was staying. It had been a mix of stealth camping and the Place. Mountain Man invited him to come and stay with the rest of the guys at his cabin. This was a welcome invitation, as our hero was overstaying the limits at the Place and didn't want to wear out his welcome... So they had a few beers, and Cotton gathered up his gear.

City Of Hope Childrens' Cancer Survivor Picnic
This past Saturday was the 7th annual City of Hope picnic that we as costumers have been invited to participate in. This is held up in Los Angeles at Griffith Park by the train section. It's been an honor to attend this wonderful picnic. These children have been through it all with chemo, surgery, and all kinds of cancer treatment. It's simply amazing to see these children and their family enjoy themselves for the day. At times we are glad to have helmets on for the tears in our eyes when we are hugged and for seeing the looks on their faces through out the day.

Sunday
Well, Sunday ended up being a great day for me and the kids. We went over to my parents for a cookout and then my dad put up the swimming pool. Unfortunatly, he will have to drain the pool and move it to a different area on his large deck. It will probably take another five hours to fill the pool up and such too but it looks like this pool is a winner with the kids. My dad got in the pool with the kids since it was my time of the month again and I can not sit in the pool and boy was I cramping up. So he got to have fun with them and it was really cute too. They loved to splash him and well, I wasnt really dry either, even though I was not in the pool...lol. They all had a blast with grandpa and it was neat seeing them have a fun time, till they started shivering and I felt it was time for them to get out. The Story Of My Life.
Ever had one of those days that you shouldn't have ever woken up to? I did to day. It all started with me unintentionally hurting some one's feelings. Sorry, Todd. And ended with me covered in gasoline and barely making it home from work. I am the type of person who tends to feel bad for a long time after hurting some one's feelings. Again, sadly...I have ran across something else that has chapped my ass. Now I understand that 9-11 is a big thing, however I don't really give a shit. 3,500 innocent American's lost their lives, I'm sorry, shit happens, get over it. However, the survivors are wanting compensation??? WHAT THE FUCK? I don't believe that you are entitled to a DAMN THING, an innocent person who is killed by a gang banger, recieves NOTHING MORE THEN A HARD TIME. And I think that's what they (9-11 survivors) should get as well. If anyone and I mean ANYONE deserves this 'compensation' it's the men and women fighting for this GREAT NATION that should get something. For those 3,500 plus lives that have been lost, not to mention the thousands of lives that it has affected. By that I mean think of all of those that have lost a limb, or sight, or hearing, or something that you and I take for granted. I can’t take anymore. Liquor and cigarettes call me back, they want me back everyday and I want relief cause all I do, and all I’ve done is spit on.
