Just An Update
Okay a little update. I had two jobs...the Tax place and at a day care. But I quit the day care because they were hitting the kids and I didnt want to be part of that. Well I called state to report them but I got an answering machine. I left a message and they never called me back I even told them what it was reguarding. I guess the state of NC doesn't care. Anyway Im still at the tax place and I still love it. I signed up for some classes at the community college, I'll have more info about that when I take the place ment test. I'm looking for another job still because Tax season is almost over. Stacy is coming to visit I'm excited because its been awhile since we saw her and I dont get to talk to her much. What Do I Do?
Some of you that I talk to regularly, know that I have a 15 year old cousin that suffers from a seizure disorder. Although he has been through much testing, the doctors have never established why. Anyway, because of the seizures, he has the learning ability of a child around the age of maybe 6 at the most. To me he is my heart and there is nothing I would not do for him if it's humanly possible. He takes several different medicines to try to control the seizures and they normally do a pretty good job of it. However the medications all have different effects on him....one being that it makes him very aggressive. I will admit he is spoiled. I will also admit that he knows right from wrong. Fall Blues
The outdoor cycling season is winding down so I am bluesin'. Too soon to look forward to spring. Maybe I will find my love this winter. That'd make the cold tolerable at least. I am going to do some serious indoor training this off season for doin' triathlons next summer. That's something fun I look forward to. I got my coaches license recently so I will be teaching some indoor classes. Hopefully that, working on a new website & training will keep me busy & the winter will go fast. Okay...I had a nice long visit with one of my good friends...(anonymous) and after i slept...I woke up (haha astounding I know) but I mumm'd now I do that occasionally, but this morning it was personal. Some Serious Changes
I just received a phone call from both my mom and brother that they have taken my father from the nursing facility to the hospital and he is in renal failure. They are also having a difficult time establishing a regular heartbeat. The doctors will be "working on him" until a result is reached. Not knowing what will happen in the very near future, I thought I would let you know that if I am suddenly absent from Fubar, the worst has occurred. I will not be going into the hospital at this time as there is no way that I can see him. Just sitting here hanging out, listening to some music, and it dawned on me. I have one more Monday left in theater. One more Monday. I have 8 days and I get on that blessing, that sweet bird of freedom. After a year, I have done a lot, seen a lot, and been through a bit. I have learned a lot as well. Labor Is Starting!!!!!
Just got back from my doc appointment. I started off at 5am with massive contractions to the point I was curled up in a ball sobbing they hurt so badly. I'm 36 weeks now so it's fine if he is born now. Per the ultrasound this morning he's weighing 6 lbs 1 oz so he's right on target where he should be. My sugar test she ran last week was fine so it's not looking like he will weigh 10 pounds when he's born. I'm now dilating more I'm 2 1/2 centimeters today so doc doesn't think I'll make it through the night. I asked her if I need to stay on bed rest and she said no!!!! She said that bed rest was just to prevent pre term labor but now I'm at a point where they don't care if I go into labor or not. Neck
Something I haven't told many in here ... some of my friends know. I have had 2 major accidents in the past 12 years and my last surgery really messed up my neck. I get really bad headaches, and sometimes can't even get up out of the bed .. anyways I am not whinning or complaining .. I am very grateful to be alive! I was hit by an 18 wheeler while sitting in my own drive way and he hit us on my side of the car. The car was completely turned around and moved over 100 ft from where we were sitting. I was preggy with my almost 12 yr old. He was fine, I had a neck injury that they couldn't do anything for until after I had him. I had a 5 inch gash on my head and my head hit my mom's chest so hard from the impact that it bruised her heart. My kids were all with me, we all walked out except my mom who had suffered a heart attack and was kept in the hospital for several days. I was married and my Wife passed away from colon cancer... I did everything i could to be the best husband possible and i wish that the children still had there mother here with me to raise them. Why does everyone think it's the "cool" thing to thank soldiers in blasts? Now don't get me wrong...thanking them is wonderful and they, for the most part, deserve every ounce of respect.
