2 packages (10 ounces each) STOUFFER'S LEAN CUISINE frozen Macaroni and Cheese, defrosted*, divided 8 ounces lean ground beef 2 tablespoons (half of 1.25-ounce package) taco seasoning mix 2 tablespoons fat free sour cream 1/2 cup diced tomato 1/3 cup crushed baked potato chips or tortilla chips 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese PREHEAT oven to 400º F. COMBINE beef and seasoning mix in large, nonstick skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, for 2 to 3 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. COMBINE 1 package macaroni and cheese and sour cream in medium bowl; spread over bottom of 8-inch-square baking dish. Top with beef mixture. Well I hope all had a great 4th! Mine was crazy.... My husband wanted to go on the 3rd, but we did not have anyone to watch my other animals. So we took off on the 4th, went all the way up north to Usk Washington to camp at the marina there. But the water was so high on Pend Oreille River. INGREDIENTS 1 can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated classic pizza crust or 1 can (11 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated thin pizza crust 1/3 cup shredded fresh Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves 1 cup shredded provolone cheese (4 oz) 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz) 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz) 1/2 cup tomato pasta sauce DIRECTIONS 1. If using classic crust: Heat oven to 425°F. Spray or grease 12-inch pizza pan or 13x9-inch pan. Unroll dough in pan. Starting at center, press out dough to edge of pan. If using thin crust: Heat oven to 400°F. Spray or grease 15x10-inch or larger dark or nonstick cookie sheet. Unroll dough on cookie sheet. The Fourth Commandment Alleviates Much Stress
Exodus 20:8-11 contains the fourth commandment, and it's got to be especially important if it spans four verses. "remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy," is the command. Why should we remember one particular day out of the week, besides the fact that it IS God's command? All of us can attest to the need to set aside time for ourselves, time with the people closest to us that isn't necessarily "quality time" (that watches the clock), but time that we are open to hear what others have to say to us. If our family and friends need that set amount of time and we learn from them (even if it's what NOT to do), how much more does God need that time with us? How much more do we need it with Him? A Fractured Foot And Nose Surgery....
Just wanted to let every one know that when I hurt my ankle over the weekend, I fractured a bone in my foot. I have to use a walker for two weeks. I go see an Orthopedic doc in the morning. I am on Vicodin and Ibprofen for pain. Also, my nose surgery is scheduled for Jan 19th. Hey I just realized something. Thats the 2 year anniversary of when I left my ex. What a way to spend the day, its better than being with him still. LOL! Anyway, since I have to use a walker, I can't be climbing up and down my stairs at home so I am staying with my aunt for about 2 weeks. So...we were packing shit up in our trailors and I stepped over a bag of tent poles and thought i stepped all the way over. someone came around the corner so I looked up and wasnt paying attention to my footing...i stepped on a round tent pole with the left side of my heel and roled to the right. After going to the ER since our aid station was closed and the clinic only takes appointments I found out that I tore a ligament on the right side of my ankle which ripped out a small piece of bone from my foot. Yesterday I was on a delivery for the company I work for and I witnessed a wreck. Soon as I saw I whipped our work truck around to respond. I hope anyone would. My coworker and I came up to the car and all these people were standing around just looking at it. Just standing there. No one was going to check on the car in the ditch. Who was in there? During my vacation in sunny Florida, we were struck by a drunk driver, who was driving on the wrong side of the road doing about 75-80 mph. Today has not started out to be a good day. This morning, my precious baby Frankie passed away. He was sick all day yesterday then late last night he was unable to walk and lift his head. I tried to make him as comfortable as possible, I set up a small comforter for him to lay on. He felt really cold so I covered him with his favoite blanket. I got up about 430 this morning and checked on him, he wasnt in his bed but I found him behind the couch snuggled into his favorite corner. He slowly lifted his head as I rubbed the top of it. He let out a weak meow a few times and snuggled up against my hand and quietly purred. I got the feeling he just wanted to be left alone so I went back to bed. Really isn't anything to exciting going on in my life...too busy working to go out and do anything! Though I did give Jas (my three year old) the digital camera...with some interesting results! Might do that again..just to see what else she comes up with. Did I happen to mention I spend far too much time online? *yawns* Well, perhaps that bed is not too far away...laters all!

Well, I'm starting to freak out now. Tomorrow I go in for a biopsy on one of my moles. It sucks. I sure as hell hope that they don't find anything. If they do, I hope that it can be taken care of easily and quickly. So much crap going on, it's driving me nuts. I hate going through shit like this.

5 Freaking Days
so it is 4 days until my mike gets here from Philly and 5 days until the party of the year. My bestfriend heath's birthday. It's one of the best things for me cause it will be the first night since i have had my son that i will actually get to go out all night without him. FUCKING AWESOME. Of course with all that aside i am dealing with some small minor issues right now. i can hear kissing behind me i know who it is and if u are reading this u know who u were too. HAHA BUSTED NO DOING THE NOOKIE WITH ME IN THE ROOM. so ne ways I am gonna go for now. peace, love, and car grease
