I'm gonna consolidate everything I have down into one blog. There's too much different stuff everywhere- MySpace, CherryTap, Tagged, etc., none of which are interesting. Her little sister Samantha 24, who is her maid of honor, was admitted into the hospital yesterday for having multiple seizures. Since being admitted she has now had over 40 seizures and the doctors have yet to find out what is causing it, much less stop it. We have had to cancel parts of the wedding already. I got fucked out of my saturday — Saturday, March 03, 2007 I was a few minutes late to drill thismorning. about 7. I took a wrong turn and ended up making a couple uturns, so it took a bit more time to get to work than I thought. When I got to work, I told them that I needed to be transferred out. I actaully didn't even plan on staying that long, maybe a couple hrs. I was just there to quit basicly. Well, it took them a long time to find my paperwork and stuff. Meanwhile, I was trapped in that area. There was a UA that day. That's where they spend a whole day watching people pee. However, it was so poorly set up, that it took forever before people could go pee for the drugtest. I'm just skipping the details of that part. I took my test eventually, and got done around noon. They said I could go to lunch and comeback at 1pm. ( 13:00) So I did, and they told me then that My ets from the IRR was up April 6th. That makes not sense at all. Before, I wasn't done all the way

First of all, I want to apologize for not posting more regularly. When I am sick, I just want to crawl into a hole, and hide from the world. So I do!!! But the good news is that I am feeling WAY better now – I just have the final stages of it, which is nothing to how I felt a few days ago. I want to thank everyone for all the Get Well messages, virtual cards and emails that I received. Lots of Vitamin C advice, which I listened to.....lots of 'cut down the caffeine advice, which I ignored!! I felt completely out of the loop & I couldn't wait to get a guitar on again and start rehearsing. I've done nothing except stay in bed and watch shit TV movies!! I'm going to go down to Starbucks to get me a large coffee with an extra shot of personality - I am a little shellshocked this morning, Maybe its time for a Palm Springs weekend. It should not, whatever else, be saying "%n rated your blog a ?" when it also says "all ratings are anonymous". I don't mind knowing who rated my blogs (and anonymity in general is going defunct which is debatable and I am sure debated; I tend to favor this) but CT programmers should now change the labels, I do think. Blog Restructuring; If You Read My Blogs, Please Read This
I have decided to restructure my blog. All my stuff is currently under the single blog heading of Night in the Abyss. I am going to break this up into a number of blogs, one for each Seperate piece of fiction, one for my erotica, and one for just personal stuff. So that you can avoid going back and rereading to see if you missed anything, this restructuring will take place Tuesday (I hope to finish it all in one day), so any "New Blog Entries" you see from me this Tuesday will not be new at all, but will just be me re-organizing these things. I am not doing this for ratings, but because some people have come in on some of the fiction and felt a little lost,so I am trying to put everything together so that they will be able to immediately see the number of previous chapters, and not have to hunt and peck through a bunch of other stuff. I hope this helps everyone out, because my ego has really enjoyed all the compliments, and I do hope to keep things going. Thanks.

Blogging Slowdown...
You know, it's been a while (over a whole week!) since I've update my blogs. I've been looking for an excuse to "retire" from blogging for quite some time now. This blog has created nothing but trouble for me. It's made me overly self-consious of my own failures and shortcomings. It's also made anyone who reads it on a regular basis overly aware of my failures and shortcomings. I'm beginning to fear that I've shared too much about myself. Through my self-pitying, "woe is me" portrayal of my life, I've exposed the fact that I am an emotional trainwreck and a self-loathing nihilist to my close friends as well as perfect strangers. Also, I don't think that blogging on Friday and Saturday nights is contributing much to my already minimal social life.

I have a list of my friends and such on my homepage so I know those ones I can read if they are posted. but I meet new people through the blogs so I was wondering why can't there be a little note under each blog heading to say iff rrestricted or not? I haven't even had an urge to buy a pack of cigs. Nope. I'm done smoking. I am doing it for my health. No longer am I a victim of myself. I can control my nicotine cravings without the use of nasty cigarettes. Snus is a very good (much healthier) tobacco product. Not only does it have about 90% less cancer causing chemicals in it, but it's not gross like Dip/Snuff - AND it comes in little pouches!! Woohoo! You don't spit with snus. And it doesn't taste gross or smell gross. Your breath is fresh (with the mint kinds) and you still get the nicitone you crave. And the snus lasts hours whereas a cigarette only lasts 5 minutes. I'm using no more than 8 pouches a day. There are 20 pouches in a can of Camel Snus which costs anywhere between $4.50 and $5.60. I was smoking a pack a day. 20 cigs a day.

I advised him about the laws of plagarism and he seems to think that he is in the right. I explained to him that, if he were in college, he would fail the course. If you then hit Map you will get a map to the person's house. Everyone should be aware of this! It's a nationwide reverse telephone book. I remember when I first started blogging here. I was "new". I started browsing, was impressed at how Fu was NOT the next Myspace. Soon after I found inspiration in a random drive-by here on fu. I don't know if I was just lucky that day but finding the fu "user" Exir changed my whole blogging experience, literally. A new niche in online blogging soon made it into my normal daily routine. I blogged and blogged, re-designed, conformed. After a year I found myself slowly digressing into the blahs of fubar changes". I really believe it did start with the removal of java use. For myself, what made stand apart from the rest was the freedom it offered. The alarm clocks roars at 5:00 am in the morning. As I swing my left arm to kill the sound of a truck backing up I use my right arm to throw the eiderdown over my head to make sure I do not lose any of the precious heat under the blanket. Every time I turn on the "intra-web" with my "compu-browser", I get these things called "e-mails" that I "hate". It's like people can just send you these letters and say whatever they want to you anytime. It's fucking annoying! And these people (who sometimes are machines) can get downright huffy when you don't immediately answer, whether they are trying to sell you an interest in a Ecuadorian yak-farm or soliciting your family for anal violation. Now if they were soliciting a yak for anal violation, I might be interested! Sunday, the end of a very stressful week for me OR is it the beginning to a brand new week full of possibilities? However YOU view "Sunday"... this day is about 1/2 over but so far has been a much needed relaxing sort of day. Last week was the week apparently for health woes, I won't re-hash the gory details, but let's just say it was one stressful week. We have survived though.... here, here! This week has the promise of being less traumatic, so please friends keep your fingers crossed for me. Tomorrow, I even have a job interview. I am hoping this goes well, despite the longer hours, I have decided to take it (if offered it) at least hold onto it for the summer...save up some money. I am still trying to refinance my house and get out from under this credit card debt I have managed to get myself into.... please keep your fingers crossed for that one as well. Hopefully, by the end of next week, I will have some answers about the job and my finances... hopefully next

I realized last night that there was a full moon. Big and bright and beautiful. It almost looked like I could reach up and touch the glowing orb. Amazing. When I started this site on Lost Cherry my life was not in the best place. I was seeking a world that didn't disappoint me and when I blogged it was either expressing my sadness over my loss or pointwhoring myself to the masses. The thought of that now makes me laugh. I titled the blog My News....Beware It's Sad Sometimes, and when I was a popular kid it made top 10. My life has changed a lot since then and while I still morn my loss, the smiles are much greater these days. My fiance tells me I sound like I'm blogging all the time even in conversation. So now when I get distracted and go off on some tangent he says "Shiny Nickels" and I can concentrate again. Hence the blog name change. This is now a place for me to purge the distractions I come across instead of the sadness that filled my heart. I'm here to stay boys and girls! No more month long absences. You know - I love blogs...well to be fair, I love other peoples blogs. Of course my very favorites are those that are witty and intelligent, well written and make me think. I find That my favorite blog writers usually are the type that write about their every day life with a touch of humor. So I'm sitting outside typing this blog on my iPod touch. My mom locked her keys in her car with the ignition switch in the on position. Needless to say the battery died. So, back in Glasgow after my London sojourns life got back to normal. I have had so much to do like getting the posters and flyers done for Edinburgh, getting the accommodation for the festival (£3,000 for a month people!) getting bills paid, being organised for the festival and dealing with my rotten ear infection. Well - its been almost a week since I sat down and got a few words down in here. Its been a week filled with a lot of stuff. Good days and not so good days. Well it is nearly the end of 2009, nearly the end of the "Noughties". So many things have changed....it is a little scary to think about what life will be like in another ten years time. Do you think we will still have seasons? Or will there be seven or eight different ones interchanging continuously? Will the world be colder? warmer? Will we have had another world war? What religion will be the main belief system for the world? Will there still be half as many different types of animals, plants, trees in the world or will they have died off? And that is just the 'background noise' to most of us....will we be alive in 10 years time? Will we be married? Divorced? Will we have children? Been a strange week as usual, me and Ashley attended the Woman of Influence ball at the Hilton Glasgow. Ashley loved it- she normally hates these things and says stuff like "Mum, this is like that film Cocoon all these old people are waiting to scoop my youthful soul out" but this event was actually lovely and we are both at The Scottish Variety Awards this coming Friday as I am presenting an award there. I am sick and tired of the job market in California. Last I read unemployment is up to thirteen percent. I am sure it is a much larger number then this. However it also irrates me that I live in an overpoppulated county that has more storage units, churches, stop lights and other senseless waste of perfectly good space, Then actual jobs. They tell us they wanted to boost the econmy and premote us to spend locally. Well here is an idea. Want people to spend money?? Create the jobs so that the people can make the money to spend. I find it strangly trying that Most of my blogs draw very little attenion and reamin largely unread. It seems the only time they really draw any readers and/or comments is when they are angry and hurtful towards folks here on fubar... and those are the entries I'm least proud of, whether i feel i was right or wrong. When I first joined fubar it was to blog, but I had hoped to blog mostly about politics, maybe some poems and stories. Here it is May 11th 3am (five futime) and I am restless. Today starts a journey and a new chapter in my life. I feel alittle sick too. I am neverous. Not for what lays ahead, I am overjoyed! I am not looking forward to this two day endeavor on the greyhound. But it will be well worth it. I look now back at the last ten years of my life, how things are so different from now and then. I look at this journey as the start of my new life. So much opportunity ahead. I just wish the next two days past in the blink of an eye. Well wish me luck and I will see you all on the otherside.

Increasingly, I've been getting supposedly "legitimate" emails from the IRS stating my electronic tax payment that I never made didn't go through...the FBI stating I've been investigated and cleared and can now receive payment from someone I don't know who supposedly died and left me a crap load of money...the UPS/USPS regarding so called packages that couldn't be delivered...to banks that I don't belong to kindly informing me my account has been tampered with. You really have to be a moron to believe that any of these emails are legit, but sadly enough, people do fall for them. Me on the other hand, don't. However, I am getting pretty dang tired of receiving them. So what is one to do? Well, I've taken to reporting the offender to the IRS, the FBI, UPS/USPS and the banks. Granted, UPS and the post office probably won't do much, but something tells me the FBI and IRS won't take too kindly to someone impersonating them.
