Auditions For American Idol
Yes my daughter had her audition for American Idol, and she didn't make it which I am still just as proud of her anyway... not important, but the reasoning s and what goes on at these are a whole other story. We spent 5 hours Monday in line and getting inside to register for this audition, and that went fine they give you a seat ticket for the one auditioning and one person friend or parent there for you. Today Aug 13, 2008 we got there again at 5 am to find out the rules that say there will be no camping out or early line up was broke by hundreds so by the time we got there the line was as long as it could possibly go. It rained and we got wet.. but made in inside the Arena. When they do the auditions the have 24 producers that they split up and put two at each desk about 20 ft apart with a small partition wall between them. This is all set up in the center of the arena. They divide the people auditioning into 4 lines in front of each desk, so each group is judged by a diff

its kinda hard for me being the person that i am. i have no end or beginning it seems. as me thoughts race through my mind it feels like a huricane ripping through a town. distroying everything that was once beautiful and good. why do i do this? the thoughts of pain, blood, hurt. and yet in its smallest messure the feeling of kindnees and hope for my family. but what i don't understand is why the pain and the rest of the bad feelings are the ones that are the strongest. why can't i feel the love and security that i once had for everything else like i used to? i'm head stays heavy with these thoughts and feelings. i think that the strongest one of all would have to be sorrow. the feeling that i'm loosing my wife with her drug habit. though she has done great with her meds and all. its that feeling that the other boot is going to drop soon. and i can't help but wait for it to happen. but not in the good way though. i feel drained the more i type this out.

A New Beginning
I want to write down all the things I am grateful for. I need to turn my frowns upside-down, and remember the happy person I used to always be, I miss that person and I know she is still there, deep inside. I have finally let go of the hurts I have been through. I am grateful that I have a job. It's not my dream job, but there is time for that. I am grateful to be working while so many people out there have unfortunately lost their jobs due to the poor economy. I am glad I am still able to work and provide for my family and pay my bills. I am grateful for the education I have received. I may be experiencing a snag, but it's not the end of the world. It will all work out the way it's supposed to. And for my friends, I am grateful for your love and support. You know who you are, and you have always been there for me, through my good and bad times. I love you all and appreciate your kindness. Choice Theory
A couple of semesters ago I had to take a class for my Major called "Choice Theory". Mind you that my idea about this class was less than to be desired but once the semester moved on I learned alot and opefully pass the idea around for other to think about. Choice Theory is an idea (a very true and insiteful idea) that was written by William Glasser,M.D. A psychiatrist that has been known world wide. In his book "Choice Theory" Dr. Glasser states; "for all practical purposes, we choose everything we do, including the misery we feel". Which means that all we can get from other people is the information that they give - it is how we act upon that information is what we choose. What I am saying is if you don't like something about yourself then only you can make up your mind to change it. It can be done. My Baby's First Day Of School

I quit going to gym 3 months ago that didn't help my weight. Well starting today. My little one started school (poor teachers). So all 3 are in school now. I got off mt lazy butt with the permission from my Dr. and went to the gym today. So as of today I am back to the gym working out.. Starting very slow> I don't want to push it and have a siezure but I went...Yeah me!!!! I am like I child I know I need encouragement and pats on the back. I plan on going everyday. Learning Experience

I was driving home from work and listening to a talk radio show that I recently found I quite enjoy. There was an email read on the show that shocked me. The woman wrote about her sister who she looked up to and aspired to be like. The account took place after the sister's husband had broken his leg. The sister was having coffee with friends, her husband was on the couch in another room. He rudely requested that she bring him a certain drink. Obviously he should not have acted in such a way. The woman went into the room picked up his crutch and refractured the leg which was in a cast. She left him screaming in agony while she finished coffee with friends and basically gloated. I am still battling a sore back. My back is almost better, just one sore spot left. Not sure what caused it, but will be glad when I am totally pain free. I am ready for school. Ok, SO I read a magazine that does a monthly article on an unfortunate incident in the UK where a "goth" couple were beaten and the girl killed by hate mongers claiming it was all done because of their appearance and demeanor. My oldest daughter is getting married in October 2008, and my middle daughter is graduating high school in December2008. It's hard to believe they grow up so fast. Vacation
Well…how was my vacation? It’s a long story so I thought it would be easier to blog than to answer each time. Well, it wasn’t quite how I expected. The beach house was beautiful and we had a wonderful relaxing first day at Harbor Beach. On the second day, we went out to Santa Cruz’s 26th ave. Beach and were having a great day with friends and family when “IT” happened. A wave lifted my son and his boogie board up then crashed him down plowing into my 10 year old daughter. As we ran to her we could instantly see the leg was not looking how it should and thought it might be a dislocated knee. We rushed her to the local hospital where X-rays showed that it was broken at the knee right through the growth plate. After much debate, the doctor’s felt she should have surgery near our home due to the follow-up that would be needed to ensure that her leg does not have a growth disturbance. I Though I Was Gonna Die Last Night (no Joke)
Last night was a very scary experience for me. When I woke up 3:00 am, I was feeling something building up inside of me like I was getting more and more nauseated like my eyes wanted to roll to the back of me head, and all of a sudden I had trouble breathing. I think it was from the medication I was taking. So I just hopped out of the bed real quick to try to walk it off, but it was getting worse and worse. So I got on my knees and pray to God to help me in my situation and to let me live, because I was really scared to death. This was going to be one of those wah, I feel like dumping everything in this nice little white square and...but it's not going to be. I decided something this morning...this really awful morning. My mother was apologizing for my house being in disarray and me having to clean it pretty much myself because she moved out and things had to be moved out of the way which are now in the way. I told her, "Don't worry about it." Turning 50
Wow, its finally here, on Thursday Aug 21, I turned 50. I am amazed at the fact that I made it this far and I am truly excite about being 50. I feel my journey to get here has been a wonderful learning experience. I have had trials and tribulations as many do but I have tried to look at each experience as a learning tool that has made me the person I am. Although I will be 50, I know my learning is not done and I am looking forward to continuing the journey in this life. I hope the path I take from here will bring new and positive people in my life and I will make new friends along the way. As I end my blog today, I leave with this thought. I only have control over today, Yesterday is gone and tomorrow has yet to arrive. So I will work on making today the best day I can have. My Godson RObert Rose leaves for Iraq on August 27th. he is a Corpsman now... he is only 20 and going off to War... I can remember the days when I used to change his diaper.. his and his twin brothers diapers. he has a twin brother named Ron Rose who is in Korea right now (in the Army) been a lot of years sinced I help raised them two booger brats....... Am I In The Wrong?
Am I in the wrong to be pissed at my live in boyfriend for talking on the internet to other girls?I go on his Yahoo and I see that he has added one or two girls like every other day.I feel like he is out on the internet seeking these women to talk to.He erases his archives so I can't read them and that is why i feel he is hiding something from me.He says he is not talking to these women to "get with them" just that he is bored and to pass the time.I have caught him twice before saying inappropriate things to 2 women so I really don't trust him on the internet.I started out with him just talking on the internet,that is how we met.I do love him and want to be able to trust him but i feel like I am pushing him away.But on the other hand he should understand that it is disrespectful to me for him to be talking to these other women on his yahoo and he should see how much it hurts me.

My 37th
My 37th Birthday is coming up and I have been thinking about my life. I never thought I would be alone, this far down the line. My Life
Well this is the beautiful city that im alone in right now. Sometimes i fell like crying. This has been a stressful year no doubt. Will anyone fall in love with me again. Racing.
Well after 8 months I am finally getting my car ready to race.
