Melting sliding through the cracks Let it go you won't be back Candy melts into your tongue Tastes so sweet as you go numb Feel the warmth rise from your skin See the world your sinking in The lifeless dance in timeless sway Candied dreams of your decay Your veins bleed electric blood Your heart beats out powdered love Breathing, bleeding lifeless child A perfect Angel, falling wild Breathe so deep the world spins Open your eyes and your high again The silent murder of your mind Candied dreams is all you'll find As your melting sliding through the cracks When you let go you can't come back.

Throwing Stones I can see her. I watch her through a bubble of fragile glass. Sometimes she talks to me. I hear her voice. I hear all the words she throws my way. Sometimes angry, Sometimes sad. Always full of pain. I try to answer her. I try to comfort her. Soothe her fears way. She doesn't hear me. She doesn't seem to think I'm there. In her little bubble of glass, I watch her drowning in the rain. I watch her throwing stones They shatter against the glass. Shards spray out and cut deep. Some wounds bleed. Some wounds hide. As the water rises we both begin to die.

Your angel bleeds again tonight As shadows dance upon her skin With broken wings she longs for flight To glide on the pretty breathe of sin. Your angel bleeds in secret From the razors buried deep in her soul A painted smile hides a secret regret As she wonders if she will ever be whole. Your angel bleeds but you'll never see All the darkness hidden in her heart Haunted by who she used to be Before love came and tore her apart. Your angel bleeds again tonight Her every breathe a beautiful sin With broken dreams she longs for flight As the shadows drip from her pretty skin.

In my dreams she dances, Her body sways in rhythm, She twirls with passion and grace. Strands of her hair brush against my face, Her eyes a glow from the fire within. Into my soul she glances. For a moment we are one. For a single heartbeat I am whole. Her blood burns within my veins A breath and no more before it wanes. She leaves me with an aching soul. For a moment come and gone. A lifetime of missed chances, Cannot destroy the beauty within. I brush a tear from her face. I hold her hand as we both fall from grace. Her tears fall in rhythm, But in my dreams she still dances.
