I just don't understand how some people can be so selfish. My grandmother raised 5 kids by herself. Then when she needed to be taken care of, her kids turned their backs on her. A couple of years ago the entire family was in Palm Springs at my aunt's place for Thanksgiving. Ok, this has been driving me crazy all summer, and I have to vent... Our neighbor across the street is a whack job! We all live in this great planned community, golf courses, nature trails, protected habitats, etc... Basically, a very serene setting. Hi my name is Tabitha and today i am writing about my uncle joe from missisippi. He was a wonderful man he would give his shirt off his back to help u. I do tend towards the practical in life, weighing what I want vs the responsibilities I have taken upon myself, though I am also impractical in many ways (my spending habits for one). Dreamers (written 1/23/08
I realize I was in a dark place when I wrote this blog entry back then. I have come a long way since then. I just wanted to share this and reflect a bit for myself as to where I was at that time and where I am now. Here it is. There are good things and bad things about being a Dreamer. Dreamers have really great dreams and when they are made into reality they affect the world in a positive way. They take the idea that was in that dream and use it to drive themselves to go further in life. It takes a dreamer to make amazing works of art, write amazing books and it even takes a dreamer to become a musician or a dancer. The downside to being a dreamer is you live in a fantasyworld quite a bit. Sometimes when you are like me you have a hard time distinguishing the two and what was a reality you think is a dream and what is a dream is your reality so to speak. Cancer And Me
Ok so I got some not ok news from my DR today, and I just had the pap a week ago GRRRR. As some of you know in August I had a PAP and then had to have a biopsy, my DR back in San Diego had found that I had Cancerous and precancerous cells but said DONT WORRY it doesnt grow fast you should be fine. Well I put off seeing a DR and put it off cuz IM SCARED to death of leaving my children behind without me to be here for them. I dont like DRs ever since I lost my mom when I was 14. Saying Good-bye!
Today, I had to say good-bye.....to my bestfriend. He will be leaving me and the family for 15 months to serve in Iraq. This will be his 4th time.
