Yesterday was the 2nd hardest day in my life. I had a decision to make and it wasn't easy. My little dog was very sick so I took her to the vet. He did exploratory surgery and found that her liver had quit working and she was dying. So I had to decide to put her down. Tha was so hard to do because she has been part of my life for 12 years. There are times when I feel so full of emotion. I want to give some one my love and total devotion. Then there are times that I want to stay free. There’s no way to combine the two that I can see. Ouch!!!!!
What in the world is going on. I did some excercises on Monday using an excercise ball and after doing some squats leaning against the ball while it was between me and a wall I must have pulled my calf muscle. It started to hurt yesterday and today I can hardly walk ... the entire muscle is locked up all the way down into the back of my left ankle. And I am going to the dr. this morning about something else altogether. I have an old shoulder injury and am seeing an orthopedic surgeon about that this morning. I have no idea how I injured my shoulder but it has been very sore for over a year and limits my activity that I was once able to do with no problems. I would not be surprised if I have a rotator cuff injury and may need surgery. It is so much fun getting old (sarcasm). This old grandma is falling apart...

To be able to properly reason in a situtaion, the human brain relies on emotions and memory. When an especially stressful event happens the human brain responds by not only sending signals to release adrenaline but to also release other hormones that make attention to detail greater so that when placed in the situtaion again, or one like it, you can properly respond. Fell In The Mud
Well walking to the store before. I take this small hill to get to the store. Well i slipped on some mud and fell back. Well i got mud all over my hands, Jackie, pants and shirt. Not So Good Today
I went up to the hospital today to see steven and managed to see his doctor as well, The news wasnt good, the cancer has spread to his testicles, they might have caught it in time, but we have to be prepared that he may lose them as well. He is getting his hair done midweek as well, they reckon its better to get it shaved than it just falling out randomly through the chemo. Hes got a couple of weeks break from the chemo and getting transfered to a hospital closer to home.

Ok, ok, I know....I suck at updating this thing with anything like regularity. lol. I could say I've just been soooo busy, but that's not entirely true, just too lazy to mess with it until something big happens. lol. So, I've been working at the hospital for about 7 mos now & that's going pretty well, sitll can't believe its been that long. lol. Last review I had with my boss went really well, should do well on my annual (which really counts b/c that one determines how much more $$ they're going to give me. lol) in october. I went car shopping saturday, my van is getting not only pretty worn out but costs a small fortune driving to & from Abilene everyday from Clyde. I'm getting a '98 Chevy Cavalier. I dont know how many of you out there listen to Stern, but my personal opinoin of him is that he isnt fit to breathe the same air as me, or anyone else for that matter. 4 Year Old Girl Shot And Killed
Girl, 4, Killed in Drive-By: Ty Milburn and Melissa McCrady MILWAUKEE - Her family called her "Juicy" because she loved juice so much. Four-year-old Jasmine Owens was shot dead Monday night while she was jumping rope with her cousins. The drive-by shooting took place on the street near Jasmine's home in the 2800 block of N. 29th St. The girl was shot once in the head. Monster Trucks May 26, 2007 Sudbury
Well as some of yous know for easter my oldest got two tickets to the monster truck spectacular from the easter bunny. Tristen & I went together. All day Sunday he asked me when are we going can we go now. He even watched his monster truck dvd that I got off of Q92.We left early in the day to go eat and make sure we got there before the lines where out the door. We where at the gift shop place and I was so upset at the prices talk about out of this world prices. They did have on floor passes for $10.00 each so we could go up and see the trucks up close and he could met the drives where they would all sign his dvd. We have taken a lot of pictures I am going to get some 8X10 and put them up in his room. He had a great time. All he could say was monster trucks I think the kids was in shock. Italian Style Meat Loaf Or Meatballs
1 lb. ground chuck 3/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 1 egg 1 sm. can tomato sauce sm. amount olive oil for frying Mix ground chuck, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and egg. Shape loaf or meat balls. For meatballs, fry until brown in enough olive oil to keep balls from sticking to pan. For meat loaf place in pan. Pour tomato sauce over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Learning Curve
So, I've been playing with the malonette for a few days now and I've come to the unfortunate realization that I am completely back at square one. Of course, I knew when I was designing it that I would have to take some time to learn it, but, until it was finished and I got my hands on it, I didn't quite understand just how clueless I would be. When I learned mandolin, I was able to apply some of my guitar knowledge to it and I had a couple of books. When I started on fretless bass, it had markers where some of the frets would be and it's tuned the same as the bottom 4 strings of a guitar so it wasn't that hard. Even when I started working on keyboards about a year ago, I already knew where the notes were and knew a few chords. It's been a long time since I've had this much work ahead of me. Actually, come to think of it, I've never had to work this hard to learn an instrument. At least a guitar has frets so I knew where the notes were, even if I didn't know what to do with them yet. Th

For a long time, I thought that perhaps I wasn't cut out for the field that I have chosen. I May Have Uterus Cancer
I went to the doctor yesterday and found out I may have uterus cancer. I'm so upset and scared, plus very very worried. I got to go in and get blood work done, and get a ultrasound. My doctor also wants to do a biopsy and I don't know anything about that. Will it hurt? Will I be awake or asleep? Is it like surgery? I have so many questions. Surgery Update
Well it has been two weeks since my surgery to have my gall bladder removed. And I am still having alot of pain. I spent part of the day in the hospital. I had ultrasound and blood work done only to find out they have no idea where or what is causing the pain. Sometimes it feels like my skin is on fire. Hurts to just touch it. So Tomorrow I call my doctor back for another appointment. hopefully they find the reason before to long cause we finally sold our house and have to be out of it 1 month from today. Well, He Decided.
My brother decided to move back to NY (AGAIN!). He was out there last year before I came out there to see my mother and ended up goin back. Who knows how long this stay will last, as he came back out to WA in Feb. He is gonna be stayin with my grandparents (hopefully) and workin at Dunkin' Donuts in town. Which isnt far from their house, so he can walk to work. So thats not so bad. Least its not far and my mom can pick him up on her way from work, if he doesnt wanna walk home. A woman was due for an appointment with the gynecologist later in the week. Early one morning, She received a call from the doctor's office to tell her that I had been rescheduled for that morning at 9:30 am. Next Three Weeks
We're having a huge yard sale again the 17th & 18th and THIS time I want to be prepared. So starting tomorrow my time on here will be sporadic. Will be working on going through things and taking short breaks on here about every hour for only 20 min or so at a time unless of course its happy hour lol. I need the money from the yard sale to fix up the house so I can sell it and get out from under a huge mortgage and a marriage that should have ended years ago. So wish me luck on being physically able to stick with it until all in the house has been gone through as well as all the stuff in storage. On bad days I will be on more sucks not always being physically capable of doing what needs to be done. But I AM determined to not only get it done but get on with my life. Extended "halloween" Trailer
With Rob Zombie's "Halloween" remake hitting theaters this month, I thought we weren't going to get any more trailers besides the short teaser we received a while back. But I guess I wrong, since now there is an extended look at the film, with many new scenes of Michael Myers being Michael Myers. In the film, Myers has been committed for 17 years. Going Back Into My Past!
This isn't hard to understand, but even harder for those who were there! September 11th has come and gone, and it has now been 6 years since that horrific event, not only here in New York City, but in Pennsylvania and Washington D.C.! I am so close to giving up, throwing in the towel. I dont know what is going on with me being in Germany and the work visa and staying here.
