4 servings 2 sm Onion; peeled, sliced 1/8 inch thick and separated into rings1 tb Salt 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 c Parsley; finely chopped and preferably flat leaf 1/4 ts Hot red pepper; crushed 1 lb Lamb's liver; trimmed and cut into 1/2 inch cubes, or 1 lb. calf's liver, trimmed and cubed 1/4 c Raki or pernod or any other anise flavoured aperitif 1/4 c Flour 3/4 c Olive oil Black pepper; freshly ground 2 Red Peppers, long; Italian type, cut in half, deribbed seeded, and cut lengthwise into 1/8 inch wide strips Place the onion rings in a sieve or colander, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the salt, and turn them about with a spoon to coat them evenly. Well, I flew into Vegas for Thanksgiving. My sister and I find this to be a convenient place to meet for the holiday given that we both live out west. Rates are cheap. I think my rate for teh 3 nights at Ballys was $50. Of course, traveling this time of year can really suck. I escaped Colorado just before the snow hit, and still had a 30 minute delay in getting in First thing was that the place where I normally check in at the airport is gone. MGM still has theirs, but Harrahs check in has checked out. Then rental cars have moved to a central location off site on Warm Springs. I did eventually get my car though and made it over to my hotel. After a quick discussion with my sis, she headed to bed and I off to gamble. Had a great night playing 3 card poker. I made my journey on the long drive to Canada; I drove all night because I was wide awake and got to the border about 130am but didn’t get across. They told me to go back and stay at a motel and come back in the morning to see the immigration officer. What a trip to top it of the cell stopped working no service lol. When the asked how long I was staying they didn’t seem to like my answer so I returned in the morning to have the questions asked all over again and was let through. I finally made it to Master to begin my journey serving him.

Hi there! I have made it back from my trip to London. I had a great time on the London Eye even though I am usually rubbish with heights! Enjoyed the two exhibitions that I went too. Well for those who have talked to me you know that my wife has now been in labor for 8 days. Yeah it definately sucks. I hate seeing her in pain. She started labor last wedensday and dialated to 3cm and thats where she has been ever since, but thats not all bad. She is almost 39 weeks now and the docs have told us that if she does not have the baby over the weekend then they will induce labor at 6:30am on monday. I have a question for anyone that knows anything about archery. I have been searching online ALL week for this answer and got no help, so I am asking any of you that may know. I have a dual cam compound bow that I shoot and have it marked at a 55-60lb draw with 80% let off. I bought some arrows that are size 400 rather than 500 that I normally shoot. Is it possible to use a 125 grain broadhead and still get the 330fps without dropping off at the end of the flight or do I need to go get 100grain? My father's art talent seems to have been a genetic mutation. Born to parents with fifth and sixth grade educations and the inability to distinguish the difference in artistic merit between the Pieta and a plastic Jesus that glows in the dark, his calling was evident by the age of five. So here it is; I'm an artist. Mostly self taught. I do paintings, mostly in tempera and watercolor....in a non traditional sense. After searching and searching for a good man I finally stopped looking and one found me. Things happened quickly but when something is as good as we have it, you just don't wait for the next so called good thing. So at the end of this month I will make my final move to Texas...that is unless... I have disability pending, it looks promising but it doesn't mean it will happen but I go to court on the 28th for it. After the last doctors exam and after what the doctor said I should get it, but I may have to fight one more time. God I hope not. I'm moving either way. I was introduced to art appreciation in the 4th grade, where Mrs. Green was sponsoring Texas UIL competition in that area. I took 30 art pictures home and memorized them in one day according to my mother. I think her memory is bad on this point, but i definitely was entranced and enjoyed several of the pictures all classical. My artistic efforts in those years were pretty limited, mostly of ancient scooners and cars. My 1st choice of art styles is impressionistic and Van Gogh. I did a pastel drawing, 2 poems, and a sculpture in art class today. It was a long class lol I was really pleased with the sculpture, and how it turned out. It is amazing how my teacher gets thoughts and ideas to translate into themes and works.

All though I get invited to these openings all the time, for some reason this one interested me. I was never really into abstract art. I was more of a Monet type of collector. But some sixth sense told me I should go. So I pampered myself and got dressed up. Which was another reason I didn't like going to these things. I still could not figure out how I got an invitation. The latest photo I added is of my dear friend Arthur. He was a rowdy old orange tabby that I had for 10 years. I adopted him (he was a rescue) when he was around 5 years old. 3 weeks ago, he lost his battle with cancer. This is a tribute to him. He was unusual for a cat in that he loved the whole world & everyone in it. If someone came over to the house, no matter who it was, he treated them as though he had been waiting for them his whole life. He is very much missed.

The vet tells the farmer that he should try artificial insemination. Daddy Doms A babygirl's view by Kendra I mentioned the term Daddy Dom in a chat room the other day and was greeted by a resounding Yuk! It got me thinking about the misconceptions surrounding this aspect of D/s. I realize most think that it involves a father/daughter relationship. That isn't quite true, Daddy/little girl is a much different level. I do not know if I can explain what I mean so I will simply talk about what a Daddy Dom is to me. So I’ve been meaning to type up this rant for a while now. I’ve been noticing an alarming downward trend developing in the quality of photos making their way to CherryTap sites. Now I’m no artist… but it sure seems to me that folks are simply dumping their entire camera’s worth of photos onto the net without any screening, editing, or discretion. CherryTap is a neat tool but it is perhaps in need of some sort of all-powerful photo over-lord who could strike away all those scores of lousy digital shots with some liberal use of the delete key. I love Artistic Wood Crafting. I have made everything from Jewelry Boxes to Dressers. That’s what I do for entertainment. Yeah, it’s boring I know, but I like it. I love building something with intricate wood carvings and sometimes I burn pictures and scenes in my creations. I just started selling my work and am doing pretty well with it. I charge $35.00 for a plain soft wood box (stained) and $55.00 for a plain box made of Cherry, Apple, Peach, Walnut, Oak, etc wood. Those boxes are 12” wide x 10” deep x 10” high. The boxes have Brass corners, hinges and chains. I charge more for hand carved or burned designs on them. I also do chairs, tables, dressers, cabinets, Just about anything. I am working on a dining room table right now (off & on) that has a dragon and unicorn war going on, on it. Artichoke, mushrooms and ham are delicious together in this delicoius tart. Ingredients 1 3/4 C. sifted all-purpose flour 2 oz grated Parmesan cheese 2/3 C. butter, diced 1 egg, beaten 1 Tbs. olive oil 8 ozs. fresh mushrooms, sliced 3 ozs. Parma ham 1 (4-oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained 7/8 C. crème fraiche 4 eggs 1 tsp. chopped flat-leaf parsley 1/3 C. milk salt to taste ground black pepper to taste Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place flour, parmesan cheese, butter, and a pinch of salt in food processor. Process briefly. Add the egg and 1 tablespoon oil through feeder tube, adding extra oil if necessary; you should be able to bring the dough together in your hands. Wrap in plastic, and chill for 1 hour. Roll out to fit a 9-inch quiche pan with a loose bottom. Prick all over. Chill for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. Line pastry with foil, and cover bottom with uncooked beans to weight it. Artichoke Bottoms And Shrimp With Shallot Vinaigrette
1 pound large shrimp (about 24) Juice and pulp of 1 lime 1 tsp balsamic vinegar 2 tsp olive oil 2 shallots, minced 1 tbsp fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried thyme 8 artichoke bottoms, quartered 6 large Swiss chard leaves, chopped 2 scallions, minced Peel and devein shrimp and steam in 1 inch of boiling water until curled and cooked through about 5 minutes. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and pulp, vinegar, oil, shallots and thyme. In a large serving dish, toss together artichoke and dressing. Add shrimp, chard, and scallions and toss well. The internet has resulted in 1 sale to some dude up in Canada. He seemed to like his picture, but by the time I paid for shipping to Canada, I didn't make any money. Rhythmic colors flow on to my plain white existence. Artichokes with Butter Sauce 2 artichokes Lemon juice 1/4 cup butter or margarine 1 teaspoon snipped fresh dill, tarragon, or oregano, or 1/4 teaspoon dried dill, tarragon, or oregano, crushed 1 tablespoon lemon juice Wash artichokes, trim stems and remove loose outer leaves. Cut off 1-inch from each top, snip off the sharp leaf tips. Brush the cut edges with a little lemon juice. In a large saucepan or Dutch oven bring a large amount of lightly salted water to boiling; add artichokes. Return to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 20 to 30 minutes or until a leaf pulls out easily. Drain artichokes upside down on paper towels. Meanwhile. for butter sauce, melt butter. Stir in herb and the 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Turn artichokes right side up. Serve with butter sauce. *NOTE - To eat artichokes, pull off one leaf at a time and dip base into sauce.
