Express-News weekly Neighbors section will officially no longer exist. So Sam was supposed to head back to Jersey tonight. I started off having a great weekend. I had a great week of training and was feeling good. I wanted to continue training through the weekend. I really hate not training. The gym is not a hobby to me. It is a huge part of my life. I hate not training. Not because I want to get my fat off (which of course I do), but because it is fun to me. I enjoy it more than anything. Saturday marked my 12th day of training without "a day of rest". Granted, I usually have nearly 24 hours of rest between work outs because I work out at the same time every night. Plus, I never do the same work out twice during the week. So that is my defense for not taking a full day off from the gym. When it all comes down to it, I am stubborn and did not want too. Even with my education and experience, I know it was not the smartest thing to do, but still, I did it. Anyone know what is meant by the right eye? Right Eye is often named The Evil Eye and was known as The Right Eye of Horas. My third experience with this eye was again the same as the other two times. I had to go get my eyes checked the other day and the dr said that I had to get glasses. Well I didn't really want to hear that, but I knew that I had to get them. I can't see the television, pc screen, or hell, much of anything. For 2 1/2 long and painful years, my family went to every court date seeking justice for the reckless murder of my young cousin, Jodie Anne at the hands of a careless and intoxicated "woman"! This "woman" decided that it was better for "her" to drive home at 2:00 PM from a bar, completely mashed, to "her" home which was 10 1/2 miles away from "her" location!!! An Eye Injury That Would Scare Anyone!
The injury to the NBA Pro Basketball Suns Forward Amare Stoudemire is not a good one for the simple fact of that matter is, partially detached or totally detached retina’s take time to recover, the reason why I say this is, back in 1999, I was dianosed with a detached retina, had to go thru surgery to attach the retina again and it was not fun at all because I had to take four different sets of eye drops, one of them was a steroid and what makes this even scarier is the fact that I am physically challenged with Cerebral Palsy, I am totally blind in my left eye & totally deaf in my left ear and have been since birth so therefore when I was diagnosed with a detached retina wasn’t fun in fact, I cried big time and was scared for my well being because I thought if they don’t repair this detached retina and reattach it, I was gonna be totally blind here! Not a pretty picture at all. Now after 1999, I had a detached retina in the same eye two more times here so I have been thru hell and back

I was on duty last Saturday and had to answer phones and attend to walk-in clients because there is no reception cover on weekends. Fifteen minutes before closing time a family group walked in and asked about the remaining balance on their accounts. No worries - I checked the computer records and gave them the info they needed. The only problem was that the guy is without a doubt the most boss-eyed person I have seen in years. My brother and I are very close. We talk all the time except when he decides to reconcile with his girlfriend who also has his child. Her and I have been at eachothers throats for over a year. Actually, she has gone after just about everyone in my family. Over the past weekend, a life changing incident occured with my brother. He was drunk and decided that if he couldn't have her that there was nothing to live for. He told her to tell his daughter that daddy would be watching over her and that he would see her in heaven someday. He then proceeded to tell his girlfriend that he wanted her to see what his dead body would look like. His girlfriend who was not with him in person was scared to death. She called 911 and the sheriff came and took my brother to the psych ward luckily before he had the chance to harm himself. They also made sure to confiscate the shotgun he had. Lies, remorse, despare are all emotions one encounters when denial is running thick. I attended the Miss Coloma Pageant this weekend not due to having a daughter in the running for Miss Coloma. Not because I was on the committee to put the pageant together. Because My second oldest daughter produced, directed and MC’D the program along with a local radio personality. They both did a great job. Yesterday the moon was at its most beautiful. The color was very orange almost blood-red, as big as if it’s giving so much protection. Yesterday whilst sitting down on the couch for a few minutes, a little boy all of 5 comes up to me and jumps all over me as usual so then after having a pile of little bodys all over me i shooed them off and it was just me and him, so i turn to him and say "hey can you do this?" to which i then placed my fingertips on the bottom of my eyes and pulled the skin down whilst rolling my eyes back and only showing the white parts, i successfully managed to gross him out because he says to me "eewwww shell..... do that again?"

Eyes They can be so telling. It must be true because even movies use the eyes to put characters under a spell or express feelings. Some eyes you can get lost in without realizing it. The Eyes Have It
Today my joke of a roommate found she had more $ than she thought, she found she had enough to get us one 7 gal tank of kerosene for our heater. While trying to pour part of the 7 gallons into a smaller container so it would be easier to life to the top of the tank, the nozzle broke and splashed kerosene in my eyes. I ended up in the ER. The treatment is more painful than getting kerosene in the eyes. they take this thing, and insert it under the upper and lower eyelids, and it has a tube out the back and that's attached to the bags of saline. The thing has hooks on it that hook tot he back of the upper and lower lid, and it feels like you got two bb size grains of sand under each lid. Once they run the saline, while you're on your back, they keep changing absorbant pads under your back and head, because they soak up all the run off. Well they were so busy in the ER, they didn't change often enough and I ended up with the whole back of my jeans and underwear soaking wet.

*3/3/07* 69 Eyes/cradle Of Filth Show Review
So Saturday night March 3rd I went with 2 friends to see Cradle of Filth and The 69 Eyes down in Baltimore @ Ram's Head Live. Some group called 3 Inches of Blood was the opening band and they were ok but not exactly my cup of tea. The 69 Eyes did a great 8 or 9 song set and then Cradle came out and did a long ass set and 2 encores. It was loud, heavy, with a lot of drunken headbanging! Just how I like it ^_^. The pit was insane and I saw a lot of people coming out bloody and stuff. I saw my friend Becky aka. LilMissSpookiness from KY with her hubby at the show and we hung out for a few. Afterwards I bought 2 shirts and 2 posters and hung out at the bar with Bazie (guitarist from The 69 Eyes) and got a pic with him and got him to sign one of my posters. I also showed my 69 eyes tattoo off a lot and wore my spooky contacts so that was cool too. I'll have pics coming later this week as they're being processed and transfered to CD-rom. The 69 Eyes: Angels (album Review)
Ok I'm not trying to be a bitch about it or anything, but this is my honest opinion about it. This goes to show you that just because The 69 Eyes are one of my favorite bands, doesn't always mean I have to like 100% of their music. I'm not a puppet and I have no need to be pulled on strings. Tuesday after work I headed right to the music store to pick it up for a reasonable $13.99. Well....I kinda wish I could have a 50% refund. I've been a fan of theirs since 2001 before most people even knew who they were, and sadly I'm just not impressed by this album one bit. I had always been told that when a man compliments your eyes, it's cause you are having a bad hair day, or you look like shit, or that there is nothing else to compliment.
