Good morning and guess what? Ok you give I can tell by instant silence overwhelming my screen, however one could not answer back that quick in an email now could they? The Brain Food Diet :)
What is "The Brain Food Diet" you ask? Simply a new idea I am proposing as a weight-loss technique :) I am not 100% percent sure what other lurking variables may (or may not) have contributed to my own personal weight-loss during the approximate 14-day period when I tried this technique myself, although I can assure you that I lost as many as 10 (count ‘em 10) pounds during said 14-day period :) "How does The Brain Food Diet work?" you ask? Simply repeat to yourself over and over again "Every day, in every way, I am getting thinner and thinner" ; repeat this to yourself over and over again for a gradually increasing number of times each day :) My theory is that the neural activity involved in repeating this mantra to yourself causes you to psychosomatically lose weight :) The Brain Food Diet may not work for you as well as it has worked for me, but it sure is worth the old college try, right? I seriously would like SOMEONE to explain something to me about a brain freeze issue I have. I LOVE slushy drinks. ALL slushy drinks! Hi there! Welcome to my corner. I'll start off by giving you the 'Reader's Digest' version of my life, and fill in the blanks overtime. First, I was born and raised in Kentucky, mainly in Winchester. That's where I moved to after I graduated high school. After that, I moved around from job to job in the temp service until the Army recruits snatched me up. Friday night was set as the date I was to receive Master David's brand. I had been counting the days on my calendar, marking them with an X. I was thrilled, excited and nervous. I recieved a long-winded letter today from the law firm of Lancaster, Helling, Martin, & Grable, L.L.P. (feel free to look them up and hassle them). In this letter were the threats of legal action towards me in regards to the non-compete employee agreement I naively signed in January of 2004. Since I quit Anthony Nak for reasons known throughout my circle of friends, harassment has ensued. Accusing me of theft through conversion, solicitation of employees, misappropriation of Proprietary Information, and lastly being in direct competition with Anthony Nak by being employed by Kendra Scott Design. Personally I never know what is going to happen from here on out.. I was going to go to bed but i had to write a blog about what happened to me at Myrtle Beach today. I came here to see a close friend of mine that I thought was gonna spend time with me. I can't blame her for not hanging out with me cause she was with family. Brandied Raisins Boerenjongens 500 grams raisins 500 ml water 300 grams sugar piece of cinnamon stick 1 liter brandy canning jar(s) or other stoppered bottle(s) Thoroughly clean the jars with hot soda water and rinse with hot water. For a movie that is currently not scheduled to be made, "Halo" is sure releasing lots of shorts. In this third one, we get to see lots more violence, lots more blood and more footage than before. Similar to the first two shorts released, it is once again directed by Neil Blomkamp, the same person that's currently in talks to helm the theatrical version. Studios have stayed clear of the "Halo" movie for many reasons; there is the fact that Microsoft doesn't want to give up too much and there is also the fact that Blomkamp only has a few commercials on his resume. Handing over the project to a newcomer, for which the budget could be hundreds of millions of dollars, would make anyone nervous. The new short is comprised of shaky footage and seems to resemble the actual game. Pictures: One wonders why a picture (several) would be branded "NSFW" on my page of pretty ladies when these pictures were ripped from the Default File of someone in fubar and these pictures are still in their Default File...???????... I am sensitive to peoples wishes and would never rip unless I ask first.. so who has the beef here someone who don't like me or someone who is just being an ass.... Brand New "sweeney Todd" Trailer
http://SeXiVixxEN.flixster.com The first trailer for "Sweeney Todd" really impressed me, but this new international one turned out even better. There is no singing, just story, and we get to see Johnny Depp go from Benjamin Barker to Sweeney Todd, and witness the violence that comes with that. The movie, which is a musical, is of a wrongfully imprisoned barber (Depp) in Victorian England who sets out to seek revenge on the judge (Alan Rickman) who imprisoned him. Very recently, Paramount has asked director Tim Burton to make a few edits to the film, due to so much blood and gore in the footage that they have seen. With situations like this, we can expect to see an unrated version of the movie on DVD, which I'm looking forward to. "Sweeney Todd" is scheduled to hit theaters on December 21st. Brand Names Really Are Better!
Dear Tide: I am writing to say what an excellent product you have! I've used it all of my married life, as my Mom always told me it was the best. Now that I am in my fifties I find it even better! In fact, about a month ago, I spilled some red wine on my new white blouse. My inconsiderate and uncaring husband started to belittle me about how clumsy I was, and generally started becoming a pain in the neck. One thing led to another and somehow I ended up with his blood on my new white blouse! I grabbed my bottle of Tide with bleach alternative, to my surprise and satisfaction, all of the stains came out! In fact, the stains came out so well the detectives who came by yesterday told me that the DNA tests on my blouse were negative and then my attorney called and said that I was no longer considered a suspect in the disappearance of my husband. What a relief! Going through menopause is bad enough without being a murder suspect! I thank you, once again, for having a great product .

My dearest and long missed friends, I am finally back from my travels, trials and working through certain tribulations back home (for now) touching base with new technology. Braveheart Or Robin Hood? - Part I
To draw a comparison again with the film 'Braveheart' and James Mackay's research, from which most of this information is gathered, we can safely point out that the movie displays a man that rose from a common farmers son to become one of the Guardians of Scotland within a very short period of time. The battle of Stirling Bridge, the sacking of York, the battle of Falkirk and William's execution all took place over a period of 8 years. Another account helped William's public image no end. In an attempt to come to the aid of a youth being accosted by English troops he bit off a bit to much and found himself backed up and overpowered. I love the month of October and Halloween!!! Jes because of all the scary movies on the tube! A fire started on some grassland near a farm in Indiana. The fire department from the nearby town was called to put the fire out. The fire proved to be more than the small town fire department could handle, so someone suggested that a rural volunteer fire department be called. Though there was doubt that they would be of any assistance, the call was made. The volunteer fire department arrived in a dilapidated old fire truck. Braylons Update Thanks So Much
148 January 01, 2007 at 07:20 PM EST Baby B looks cute with his "UofM" hat sitting on his head even though they're losing. He's actually had his first good few hours in Pod C. His liver enzymes continued to climb and his blood cells began freaking out, so they tried Plasma Pharesis (or TURC). It is a crazy, extremely technical filter system that cleans his plasma and pumps it back into his body. It is scary the things they come up with around here. Fortunately, Braylon liked it. They were able to pull a little extra fluid off and many of his climbing numbers started to come back down. They plan on trying it again during the next two days. I've had the easiest pregnancy imaginable, I can't complain! I honestly loved it. What I'll miss the most is seeing and feeling him move around in my stomach. :) There's no way to describe how that affects a person. To bond and have that connection to something you're creating in your stomach, to know you have the power to form a human life, it's truly remarkable..... Such an incredible (long!) journey, in a way, I hate to see it end! ♥ But now, I'm more than excited to meet him, and start our memories together. Brazo De Gitano ("gypsy's Arm" Rolled Sponge Cake)
5 eggs, separated 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup flour 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 tablespoons sifted confectioners’ sugar 1 cup heavy cream, whipped 1 1/4 teaspoons rum extract 1 tablespoon superfine sugar* Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat egg yolks and 1/4 cup sugar until thick and smooth. Stir in flour, cocoa and vanilla extract. Blend well. Whip egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Fold into yolk and flour mixture. Butter a 15 x 8-inch baking pan. Line with baking parchment paper or wax paper. Butter well again, and dust lightly with 2 tablespoons of the confectioners' sugar. Pour batter into the pan and spread out evenly. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes, then turn onto a cloth to cool. After 10 minutes peel paper off. Combine whipped cream, rum and sugar. Adjust to taste. Spread over cake and roll cake like a jellyroll, starting with the long edge. Sprinkle with remaining confectioners' sugar. Serve in slices. * Superfine Sugar:

Things that were deemed too difficult to understand were left out or the audience was supported by hints, like a wavy border around the frame if it was a bloody DREAM SEQUENCE. So... Miami International Airport is a PIT... avoid the place if you can... That said, American Airlines rocked today, somehow I got bumped to business class the whole trip (with no added cost, yay) and had a great conversation with a couple from Pottstown on the way to Miami and an even better one with a guy from Brasilia, who gave me some great last minute pointers...they might make for their own blog... the flight from Miami was utterly uneventful, and I even got a couple of shots out the windows that i really hope work out.... This is surreal ....
