Good Morning. Tuesdays from here on out will be considered Tuesday Tirade Day or TTD for short. You know, I am as electrically inclined as anyone can be, so I thought.. I have worked over thirty years in sales in the electrical distribution market. So mainly any question on electrical needs I can answer right? Well I find out I am brain dead when it comes to component issues with stereo receivers and TV and DVD hook ups.. Am I alone in this issue or what? My gosh I feel like an infant when it comes to hooking up components to the TV. Case in point. SONY had on sale a stereo receiver at BEST-BUY this weekend so I thought heck ours is out dated and behind times (which basically means the same thing) it was an old Magnavox unit so why not change it out. Hate is a strong word that a fair amount of people tend to avoid during their daily life. Why? It's an absolute, and nobody likes absolutes. Absolutes always preface a long, written out dissertation in explanation. With that out of the way.....I graded papers this weekend. I wanted to cry. I hate people that only write with text messaging lingo. I don't care if somebody uses "ur" instead of "you're" when they are messaging somebody, but if that person uses "ur" in a formal paper, I get frustrated. This has nothing to do with writing elitism or anything like that-it's a simple matter of writing properly in a world where proper writing is a cornerstone of learning. I don't ever remember my preschool teacher looking at me and saying "LOL, you can use 'k' instead of 'okay.' l8ter." This writing ailment isn't confined to a single group, either. I can honestly say I've seen articles from every grade level that has had one of these errors, so don't pretend to be above this

I have a loaded day and chapter four is still not done of my ebook. I need to upload another story into my web site. I also need to learn how to use the ebook compiler I downloaded last night for the ebook I am writing. And then there my writing in general of new stories... I have so many things to do at work today and again so little time to get it all done in. Another week, the same as last week.

Well, did the 1st day at the new job. Other than the 90 minute commute in, including 45 minutes in a dark subway tunnel stop, the day went pretty well. Getting used to "government work." Still trying to figure this place out. Some pages are damn hard to read, and I still wish there was a way to read all my friends blogs easily. Thanks to all my friends out there, and still wondering if people might be interested in a local gathering. Maybe when I get high enough Cherry I'll send out a Mumm.

I think i'm getting numb to the whole being alone thing. I'm sitting here wondering where i stand with friends and family. its all a mystery with me. I wonder how everything will pan itself out. I hope for the best yet never get it. how is everybody doing? its quiet right now. my handful of ppl im pretty close with barely know me. I felt like writing stuff people don't know about me. I've noticed another theme in the Mumms today, and that theme was jobs, I am hoping that after I graduate from college that I am able to get a job as a counselor or psychologist. I would really like to have this type of job because I really enjoy trying to help people with their problems, although it doesn't always seem to help lol. Being disabled though, I am limited to the types of job that I can have because I cannot do much of a physical job. I'm hoping that I can get a job where I can interact with people, rather than just sitting behind a desk doing an office job. I'm a shy person, but I hope that by interacting with people on a regular basis that this is something that I will be able to overcome,or at least I hope so because this is something that I would really like to change about myself. Ok, I haven't been on the CT much today to do much of anything really, so I can't comment on the Mumms lol. Well, my friend and I decided yesterday to go to the mall and lunch as we normally do, although we did eat outside since it was warm and there was a nice breeze blowing, but next time we are gonna try and do the picnic thing and go on the trails that I am able to go on and possibly even do 4 wheeling at her brother's house if I'm able to ride it. I hopoe so because even though I don't like the rough 4 wheeling and the danger aspect, going at a slower speed through the woods sounds like alot of fun. I love this word, and the looks I get when I use it. 9. Jack Booted Nazi...When I worked retail (video game store) I often used this term when discussing our governor, and how he wanted to rate video games, and fine us big bucks because parents didn't pay enough attention to what their kids were doing 8. Not much going on today so far, I'm in the Crush FM room and listening to the station but the room is pretty much dead, so chatting is a bit difficult at the moment lol. I found out that my online sister's funeral is tomorrow, so I've been thinking about her alot since I found out that she passed away yesterday morning. I think my online parents are taking it worse than they are letting on, which i can understand, I just wish there was something I could do to help them aside from praying and listening because neither seems to be very much. I'm sitting here kinda bored because there is no one online that I feel like talking to at the moment and I'm just doing the usual routine which is getting dull as well. I'm waiting to see if a friend of mine is getting skype, because he has been bugging me on msn trying to send me voice clips although I keep telling him that I can't hear him very well and that skype has better audio quality, so I guess we'll see if he gets it or not. Other than that, it's been pretty much just an average day for me. Hi all, well so much for going to the store yesterday, that didn't happen. For whatever reason, I have not slept well in quite some time. I don't know what is going on with me, just not able to sleep til after 5 am or so. I have noticed that I sleep well with Darryl here, but when he isn't I just can't seem to sleep. 3/6/2007: Big Time Sigh.. Current mood: angry Well, this day sucked the big kishko... Work was fine, no worries and no problems, but I got an email this morning from one of my girls saying that she wants to talk... Right away, I knew what was about to go down, and I was right. We ended our relationship today, because of the way I live my life and her just not being happy in it. Understandable, and in a few ways I saw it coming. Out of respect to her I won;t go into details of what I saw coming, but as I said to her, the signs were there. And if someone is not happy and wants to leave, who am I to stand in her way? It was similar to how my relationship with my ex-fiancee came to an end. We both want different things, and our relationship was not going to survive if we were on different pages. So, we are going to remain friends, which is quite necessary considering we work at the same place. Then when I get home, I find out that another of my girls has congestive heart failure.

10/17/06: You know.. Well, its that time again to run down the major events of the past month. Without any further ado, lets get to it. Tallyssinae came and she did a good job of taking care, as she always does. That being said, I wish I had held her visit off because I wasn't in the right mindset to have someone in close proximity to me after the breakup with dae, which I had not fully dealt with. I was closed off and distant, and it showed. It wasn't anything she did or did not do, this one was on me. Meanwhile, dae and I are going to remain friends. She left to visit her parents right around the same time as tallyssinae came to see me. Coincedence? No, I don't think so either. When she got back we talked and things are okay, if a little tenuous. Its obvious that she wants things as they were, but I honestly don't think that they will go back to that time. I love her dearly, but for previously explained reasons, we cannot be together. Tired of them letting me down and not following through on their word. Tired of them wasting my time, and making promises they cannot keep. It might not be their fault, but that does not matter to me right now. I know something is wrong when I feel better when I am working rather than being at home. I had to release dae, this time for good. I have had enough of her not being able to be the slave that she promised she could be. The attorney for my brother came to the house yesterday to talk to him and at first I thought things were going to be fine as far as him winning the case, and that may still happen, but some of the witnesses and officers that talked to my brother right after the accident said that the guy who hit him was at fault. Now they're turning right around and saying that it was the driver of the jet ski's fault. My brother won't be in any trouble or anything since he was a passenger on the jet ski and not the driver, but still some things are not in his favor at the moment. I'm so far behind on blog entries that I've just about given up on trying to catch up with them lol. I haven't done much lately, other than go out with a friend yesterday and make the occasional trip to Lexington whenever my brother has a dr. appointment. He's doing so much better now, he has therapy 3 days a week and has graduated from a walker to cruches and can now put 50 lbs of pressure on his injured foot. I'm in the process of trying to decide whether or not I want to go back to school or find a job volunteering somewhere, even though it's hard to find a good job here. If I go back to school I need to decide what I want to change my major to because Psych was just too difficult for me to get through because of the Math requirements. When was the last time I bothered to blog? Kind of a blah rainy/drizzly day, kind of like my mood. Though I did smile when I saw the salutes from Ruby and Persia lol. Leaving soon to go to the open house at my son's school. Won't be a pkeasant night since I am pissed at the ex lol. Why do they have to be evil? She has screwed with the weekends for the next 3 weeks, 2 of which were mine with David. So that is what got me in the bad mood. Been making lots of calls to find sales brokers to free up our time for programming. Trouble is my partner hates salespeople. I have found one that I think meets our needs, but its pretty expensive. One thing I have found.. if you hire a salesperson because you can afford them, its a waste. You hire because they fit your needs. One that you can afford might just hurt you.. A LOT. Sometimes I wonder what I am doing on here still. I know I only talk to a few people now. But I don't know what I would do without them. :)

My Tuesday Shows 7:00pm - NCIS 8:00pm - House 9:00pm - Boston Legal All of these are returning shows and I own all previous seasons on DVD. NCIS -> I like this show over the CSIs and L&Os because not only is it a good crime drama but it also take the time to have fun with the charater and the actors playing them. House -> House remains one of the coolest charater on TV. I will miss seeing the other actors that have left, especially Omar Epps, but for the next few weeks we can see House choose a new team. Boston Legal -> I miss half of last season because on one of the local channels they had Scrubs in syndication and I started watching it for the first time. I just got the DVD and will start watchin it this weekend. Still this episode was just as fun as a lot of the others. I am home for dinner for a little while before heading out for another night time meeting....and then another meeting tomorrow night too. I had another meeting at the corporate office which meant I had a 150 mile round trip drive... that wasted 3 hours of my day just in the drive. All for a 1 hour meeting. Trying to get all these projects and fund raising activities accomplished it takes a huge part of my day (and night). By the time I get home at night all I want to do is go to bed. Working this weekend too. But, I do have all of next weekend off ... YAY!!!!

Well my surgery is scheduled for tomorrow, I have to be there at 7:30am. Ive been looking forward to this day but dreading it too. Ive been looking forward to it cause hopefully I will feel better in the long run. Ive been dreading it cause its surgery, they are going to cut my body open and theres no telling what could happen. I have pretty much had nightmares for the past 2 weeks, hopefully after tomorrow that will all be behind me. WOO HOO! Praise God! Spent all day in Court with Beate waiting to see my son Lou and find out the outcome of the trumped up charges. To make a LONG story short, he is getting seven years probation and will have two (I believe) felonies on him for the rest of his life. Don't like the felony charges but at least he will be coming home some time today. I am actually waiting for his phone call! We are going to have a pizza party ... wanna come? Hallelujah!!!!

I know... I have not been around much. I am extremely busy with meetings, meetings (and more meetings). I am also signing up the kids in the high schools for my new nursing club to further the education for the kids and introduce them to a occupation that they may be interested. I have signed up over 100 kids so far in the last week and in a few weeks our annual fund raising campaign starts. I am the co-chairing the campaign this year so it is going to be more weeks of meetings, phone calls, speeches, etc to draw as much pledges as I can. I cannot wait to get back and be a nurse again instead of the business of hospital administration. I wish I was getting paid as an administrator... lol

People wonder why i get so upset over little things? well here is a beginner for all to read.... again with my medication which i NEED for my blood pressure is still waiting to get prescribed to me...its another 3 day wait until i get it! Hence...something that i REALLY need and icant get til lthe doctor gives the okay to refill it. hence the walgreens has to wait and i have to wait. Make sense...not to me all he has to do is call in on one little phone to walgreens to say yes he takes that and refill it. Cunningham was relaxed and actually extremely pleased with his linebackers today, as apparently they’re becoming more and more well-versed in his system. Cunningham was quite specific about the nuances of how his defense should react to pre-snap offensive machinations based on the defensive call. Today was my pre-op with Dr. K. I approached the morning appt. with pretty much indifference, it was just someplace I had to go, something I had to do. There was anxiety but as with most uncomfortable emotions I tried to shove it way down deep inside. Yeah a Friend/client comes today! See sometimes I am really lucky and get to have a session with someone I know from the community. On most of those occassions, it is with someone I actually enjoy! Today is one of those days!! I truly love how these are those guys who really read my blogs and actually take the time to follow me. They are the ones who come out of the woodwork when I am the most strapped for cash. They know I will cut them a deal on price, treat them exactly how they prefer and be happy to see them. So at noon today I have to be ready for one such person. He's a very sweet young man. Very tall - 6'4" [remember I am just 5'5"] and likes bondage with some pain. He's got a great disposition. He also has a lovely smile. PLUS he has always adored me. Who wouldn't want to work with someone like that??? And as always when the kitty knows I am having a session he goes into overdrive. This morning he let me sleep late so he could come down here and clean up the kitchen

Tuesday Update....aka Stitches Are Still In Folks
The doc looked at them, removed the small bandages from the incisions, kept saying how great they look (I wanted to cry..yuck) and put some Neosporin and gauze on them and told me to change it once a day. When I said, "So the stitches aren't coming out today?" He said he likes to leave them in for 3 to 4 weeks. I'm okay with it, for the most part. A part of me was hoping the stitches would be out and I'd be that much closer to being done so I could start working but the part of me that saw under the bandages...that part is very happy that my doc is picky and errs on the side of caution. So, MAYBE in two weeks the stitches will be coming out.

Mornin Kiddies Today we had what basically amounts to a grilled cheese with bacon and tomato but made with "toad in the holes" please allow me to explain lolol Ingredients : 2 pieces of bread with a circle cut out of the middle 2 Eggs 3 Slices of Bacon 1/4 tomato julienne 5 oz cheddar cheese shredded Pan Fry the bacon over medium - medium high heat depending on range, (you dont want to burn up the bacon grease that is being rendered out of the bacon) rotate bacon until done to desired crispness, then remove from pan. Add bread with holes let toast 1/2 way on one side then flip and crack eggs into the cutout of the bread, cook until eggs are half set, flip both eggs and bread (at this point theyre toads in hole) add some of the cheese to cover one side of the toad's layer bacon and tomato then add remainder of cheese to top and cover with other "toad" cook just long enough to melt the cheese flip until eggs are to desired doneness and voila.

Well I'm still practicing focusing on my positive energy while releasing any negative. It's amazing the improvement not only in my mood but my back isn't hurting as bad as before...that's where I kept my stress. Woke up yesterday with a sore throat unlike I've had in a long time. I have been practicing casting off being sick and drinking aloe vera juice, with mixed results. I started feeling better and I admit my throat isn't as sore but I'm so congested right now that it was difficult to eat, lol My mom called me today and she's almost lost her voice, though, so I consider myself lucky. I found the three questions for the Sedona Method which involves releasing negative feelings. 1)Could you let it go? 2)Would you let it go? 3)When? The cool thing about the exercise is they tell you that you can always take it back if you feel you need it. Today he went to his speech therapist session and he just did exceptional ... his therapist feels that he only has four more weeks with 2 sessions per week. He is progressing exceptionally well. He sees his primary care physician on Thursday and he also sees a psychologist on Monday who deals with stroke patients.

I certainly don't think that I create this drama, but somehow it just seems to find me. I am a kind, gentle, and loving woman with a heart of gold. I was reading today where they say the economy is getting better. Graduation is tomorrow (June 23) and it marks a graduation of sorts for me too. After a 30+ year teaching career (yeah, I'm one of those weirdos who graduated from both high school and college early), I have to call it quits; long story, but it has to do with contract language. So now, what to do. I already have 4 offers to conduct different musical ensembles. I need some time to "recharge my batteries", so to speak, so I will take some time to decide which one to accept. However, I will NOT just be sitting around all day...lol! I still have fun coaching one of my son's baseball teams and watch him play on 2 others. We are into all-star season for the team I coach and our first game is Sunday. As far as the "Fu" is concerned, as soon as I get some time, I am gonna celebrate my retirement here by running an auto and blowing up a TON of chit...lol. The question is, when will time permit? Nevertheless, I have a great group of friends here and I guess I'm just giving ya'll a head

Went to town about 10 A.M. to find a job. They are building a new dormitory out at the College the boss said I was an hour late. better luck next time, back home. Noon back to town again, went to three factories; all are going to put on some more men after the first. Oh! Yes the sun was out for a while today, but is resting now. A very lazy sun up here only shines occasionally. Lay down and tried to read some but didn’t have much luck. Mutt came in he and I went to find a tire rack for the car but didn’t do any good. Now supper, then mutt packed a coat he had to send back to the factory. We went to town and mailed it then walked around a while. Back home 8:00 P.M. am going to bed, may try to read some, don’t guess I will Gedy has class tonight, Mutt and Hap stayed up to annoy me.

Xmas day very quiet, no snow or rain the sun is shining but it is pretty kool. Mutt,Hap and me went for a stroll. We found Hobo’s blue Heaven it is an old lime kiln, “that is where they make lime.” Also went by the disposal plant they are building here. Then home dinner at 5:00P.M. after that we went for a drive, and I was highly insulted, some girls had the nerve to say that I couldn’t drive a car, and they refused to ride with me. Well I will remember them in my prayers.

Up about 8 a.m. breakfast at 10, that is early isn’t it. then a flat, to town to get something for dinner then Gedy, Mutt, Hap and my self went to Littles-Town Penn. I went to see about a job but don’t think I will get it. No I don’t, I am to go back tomorrow. Didn’t see anything but snow covered hills, There are plenty hills here and it came as snow last night so that made them snow covered. Only 15 mil. Up there. Had a big dinner and as usual I ate too much. I guess I am funny that way. Still no letter any way it is pretty I wish up here now. Everything has a coupla inches of snow over it, it makes things mighty pretty. Think I will play a game or two of sol as I am kinda blue you know. I woke up angry today. I wish I could tell you why. I went to sleep around 3 am and at 5:30 I woke up feeling enraged. I sat there for a good half hour trying to put a name or face to my anger.... Nothing. I'm am normally a very happen person, despite rumors to the contraty, so this sort of hit me out of the blue. I have been feeling a little lonely lately which is odd n a house full of kids but no nore than usual. So after the half hour I got the kids ready for school and up to the bus stop. Tuesdays Surgery
ok so yeah, I got out of surgery at 12, went in at 7. I was in for 4.5-5 hours. I had scar tissue and 2 blockages. Along with having to remove half my 1st vertebra and file it down to smooth it out. I have 13 staples and they couldn't fine pain killers to make me feel better. Tried pure codeine, morphine, perks until they got to dilaudid. And it still hurts but just takes the edge off. The docs were confused that I'm so tolerant. Couldn't eat breakfast. Nothing tasted right. Lunch was great. Never threw up once. Also on a flexeril and decadron and pepcid. I wake up in pain screaming though. Thats my biggest issue. My neck hurts alot but over all things are better. My speech patterns are better. Anxiety gone. I'm not having the issues with claustrophobia that I once had. When confronted with a difficult conversation I was able to talk rationally rather then freak out like I normally would. So all in all not to shabby.

Yesterday(it's 4:50 am right now)I had to take Fiestysmee to the vet. He has a lump on top of his head. I thought it was from Socks beating the shit out of him all the time so I just ignored it. I told my husband about it. He saw it Friday and told me to call the vet and make an appointment for him. So I took him in, luckily it wasn't that hard to get him into the pet carrier since I caught him off guard, at 8 this morning and it turns out that he has a cyst on his head. They drained it out and gave me some medicine to give him twice a day. It will cost $400 to get it removed. He still has the cyst, they just drained the fluid today(gross i know).
