1 box Pineapple Supreme Cake Mix
4 Eggs
1 cup Coconut Milk
1/3 cup Butter
15oz can Crushed Pineapple
1 container Pecan Coconut Frosting
Malibu Coconut Rum
1 T. Vanilla Extract
Mix together cake mix, vanilla, butter, coconut milk, crushed pineapple(drain juice), eggs, and about 1/4 cup of rum into bundt pan. Cook until medium brown.
Let cake cool. Poke small holes in cake to allow pineapple juice and rum to saturate. Add both. Do not allow cake to get soggy through this process. After 20 minutes, add frosting to cake. Let sit for 24 hours for the rum to saturate throughout cake.

Place in glass pan and cook for 50 minutes. Drain the meat every 20 minutes as it cooks. Take the sauce ingredients and mix together. Set aside. When meatloaf is cooked, cut into 6 pieces and pan fry until golden brown. Place back in glass pan and pour sauce on top.
