Who knew?
I had one leftover Swedish pancake from breakfast this morning. It was actually a rather burn-up sort of pancake, a result of inattention to it due to an unrelated amazon.com fiasco (another long story, don't ask). In any case, by the time breakfast was over, the pancake was...crunchy. So I crumbled it up into smaller pieces on the patio table outside on my deck. I just glanced over there a second ago, and a female cardinal was sitting on the table helping herself to the pancake! So cardinals like Swedish pancakes--- who knew?!
