There are times when one finds it is time to evaluate the situation one is in, pull one's train to a screeching halt and just have a sudden
(oh, for example)
"why am I opening myself up to stress here? Forget benefit/loss analysis, why am I allowing anyone to stress me out here at all?"
(Exception: if they can convince me that I am doing something wrong and that is their aim, then it is worthwhile.
