If I can even post this blog :) ... rebooting may fix the problem, haven't tried that yet (I should of course!!...) - I can't update my status, can do very little on the site at the moment. Buttons are disabled, so's a lot else. Weird. Has been this way for more than a day now for me.

(Edit: so that's what it takes- Safari and fubar are not talking with one another now. Have to use another browser - of which I do have several on my machine, like SeaMonkey, Firefox, Chrome, etc.)

if anyone sees my ticker message please tell me. No need to capture it, I'll do that if I see it, can't pay you appropriately if you do (unless you'll accept a salute or somesuch); but it's supposedly been on since 6am until 6am tomorrow the 1st and I haven't seen head, tail or antenna (pardon a borrowed and pointless joke) of it. It bugs me, a little.

Ah well. Anyway, next ticker, if there is one, I'm going to have to write so it's more effective.

"don't favorite, this is copyrighted" (ok, I'm paraphrasing)?... erm, considering how favorite-photos works, and considering that _every_ photo that isn't public domain is (c) by _someone_ (usually by you, if you have legal right to it, but of course so many people here use images illegally and think nothing of it- but that's a subject for another time) - anyhow, that would remove that favorites feature entirely, if that reasoning I read made any sense, which fortunately it doesn't.

not inclined to re-rate someone who re-rated me a 10 from an 11 on the same day. Might have been an accident, probably wasn't, and does it matter? (The 11 was appreciated but lagniappe, which if a translation is needed, means basically more or less, more than anything needed, and disposable.)

(unless you live in an area where it's still Standard Time. Then ignore this.) -- ... then by all means, keep writing "est" (or equivalent) when it's actually EDT, Eastern (or equiv.) Daylight Saving Time, and will be for the next few months. Est-ce clair?
