I looked in the eyes of a soldier so much did i see. I Lost Friend
I had to do the last favor for My friend Holly. I woke this A.M. and started digging a place for her.Under an elm and Maple near our pond by the hill. I used My grinder to carve her name in a piece of flagstone..Hung it from the tree. A few months ago she went deaf.. and started growing Cysts and growths. the eventually were larger than Grapefruit. she then failed many time coming up the stairs. I knew what had to be done. spoke to my girls and we agreed it would be time soon I went to a vet at 3:45 and took her collar and leash out with me.. he placed her in her blanket and delivered he to my truck. in under an hour a 60 pound 15 year old friend was resting. Have you ever wondered what kind of dance I like to do? I dont know if Ive told anyone except Scarlet angel.... and thats cause Ive known her....Forever!! lol if youre wondering now its Modern. I Love Learning This Stuff
I have lots of problems with my lappy, I'm expecting she'll die soon but that's okay. Anyway I really enjoy learning this about computers even though a lot (most)of it goes over my head, I still try. When it crashed the other day and I managed to reformat again (22 crashes so far LOL).This time I kept getting this stupid "WARNING" type pop up from MS Messenger service (something like that). Anyway, it was driving me crazy and after hours and hours of searching (quite slow on dial up GRRR) I found an awesome site. It's called TechSpot (http://www.techspot.com/) it's a forum site among other things. LOTS to learn and the people there are true geeks for sure, they know their computers, ~sweet~ I only wish I had discovered it sooner. well here in salina we got hit by three different torandos in a row. it was fucken crazy. when the first sirens went off i was at mcdonalds they had to shut it down. and we went to the stalk area. well its wasnt too bad. before we came to mcdonalds before the first sirens went off , we went to walmart and they were already talking about torandos and a wall cloud was commin in. it was crazy. well we were in the stock area everyone got scared little, and then everything was fine. then the second siren went off again, there were a torando down south of salina moving north east. well we were in the stalk room for a while. then we went out back to the lobby then it was ok, and then there were another torando out by water well road. it was far away from us. but yea it was crazy in salina tonite. im finally home around 1am. that was my nite at mcdonalds. jess soon i am gonna get my car fixed and i am going down to wichita friday and spend time with my grandparents, and i have my nephew ri

I did something stupid on Tuesday morning. I was walking to work and it was freezing and very windy. I decided to take a short cut. So with most of my face covered up to protect myself from the wind I walked off the sidewalk and into a neighbouring buildings parking lot. I took a few steps and fell on the icey parking lot. I landed on another large chunk of ice which bruised a few of my ribs and now I am very sore and struggling to move. I knew this wasnt safe and just because I am blind in one eye and partially blind in the other this idea should have registered as not something I should do! But I did and now am paying for it with incrediable pain. The lesson learned by me is I shoulda just stayed on the side walk in the cold for the extra ten minutes it would have taken. Just uploaded a few shots from the Alice Cooper concert last night. Before anyone asked, I thought I'd answer the questions usually asked, and some not. The camera is a HP M307 Photosmart camera. The SD card was a 1.0 gig Sandisk. The batteries were new Energizer Lithiums. The camera settings were for 200 ISO. I was shooting from the second row, and the flash was turned off. Any other questions, feel free to ask. I look at other people's profiles, and they have a ton of images up. I look at mine, and I see a scant handful. It's not that I don't have enough to put up - hell, there's something like 3500 up on my website! I only have a few up so as to not bore everyone. So, yesterday my boys and I decided to tackle the spring cleaning in the winter job and switch rooms so they would have more space.
