The comments were all very kind and appreciated. i want to say thanks again, but you didnt see these guys. i almost could almost understand homosexuality-almost, but it ws envy not attraction i had...my competition was a hunk. i hope he handles it well. where is there room for others when you are full of yourself? now, back to bragging-i was the oldest to place, and out of 25 starting contestents, 2nd is a victory. i should have been about 7th, in my opinion. i think it was my personality voters and juges liked. sure, i was in good shape, but i could communicate better in my answers to various questions. i seemed to get good reaction from the audience, to my answers ,judging by noise levels. i wish is still looked that good, but it was better than when i was heavy [back surgery=bad diet=sedentary life=fat Jimmy] that was back in 06 when i started back rehab and stumbled into the FSWO Free Spirit Work Out, and Lifestyle. you bet i eat cake. you bet i drink beer. i dont say no to good food and it was just by learning something as i went long. i have video footage from start to complete. i am putting togther where you see the time lapse of the weight coming off and mix clips of me doing other things, like having salmon-something i love. eating desert but in bites and unfinished. wow-did i go off. i wonder what is on my mind? i thank ramble off a novel to some poor person who just wanted to say happy birthday.. so, in that light, settle disputes and forgive more listen or read what people say love yourself, dont indulge yourself remember compassion more often. Patience can be learned but is no easy task. but it leads to less stress. know yourself and dont stick to point, when the opposing point has more merit and logic. agree to critiscm when its true and u know it. even if it seems offensive, intentions may be an act of kindness, just worded wrong. dont jump to conculsions ask more questions. a salesperson or lawyer will know the power of questioning. and the advantage of active listening ok so it is just kind of random today-its a blog what the hell the fact that words were posted is mission accomplished

A poem to my owner: TO A WOMAN I’LL ALWAYS CALL FRIEND EVEN WHEN MY SERVITUTUDE HAS REACHED IT’S END SHE WILL REMAIN DEAR TO ME AND STAY IN MY HEART FOR WHAT SHE HAS DONE FOR ME, I DON’T KNOW WHERE TO START SHE HAS SHOWN ME A FIBER IN HER MORALES BUT ENJOYS HER LIFE AND STAYS FREE OF QUARRELS A MASTER WHO HAS SERVED ME REMINDS ME OF A PERSON OF GREAT LEGACY HIS NAME WAS JESUS AND HE WASHED THE FEET OF THOSE WHO SERVED HIM AND NEVER LEFT THEIR SEAT A MASTER AMONG THEM, HE CHOSE TO BE HUMBLE HE SAW THEIR FLAWS AND KNOWS WE ALL STUMBLE WE ALL HAVE OUR FLAWS WORKING ON THEM CAN BE OUR ONLY CAUSE WELL NOW THAT I HAVE GOTTEN ALL MUSHY I CAN ONLY SAY, WHAT THE HELL RHYMES WITH MUSHY LOL JIMMY

I HAVE DONE A LOT OF STUPID THINGS. AND IT APEEARS THAT A CURE FOR STUPIDY IS NOT POSSIBLE SO, I DO HE PREDICTABLY STUPID THING AND DRINK. I HAVE A LIFE THAT SOUNDZ MORE LIKE FICTION, IT CERTAINLY FEELS THAT WAY, I WOULD HAVE TROUBLE BELIEVING THAT I AM ON THE LEVEL. AT MY AGE--THATS THE ONLY WAY I CAN BE. IF U THINK IM FULL OF SHIT-NO OFFENSE-I PROBABLY WOULD AGREE. BUT IT'S MY LIFE. I HAVE HAD SOME BREAKS, BIG ONES, AND IT ALL CAME OUT OF NOWEHERE. WELL, THAT'S NOT TRUE, IT ALL STARTED ON MAY 4TH, 2004 AT 2:00 AM. ARUSH O ENERGY SWPT ACROSS MY BODY, WAKING ME FROM A DEEP SLEEP. SINCE THAT TIME, I COULD SEE WHAT DECISIONS I WAS MAKING THAT WERE SELF DESTRUCTIVE. I SUDDENLY RELIZED THAT I WAS A GOOD DAD, BYALL STANDARDS, BUT I WAS ALSO FUCKING UP--I THOUGHT ABUT WHAT OUR LIFE, THE RELATIONSHIP I HVE WITH MY KID 20 SOME YEARS FROM NOW, AND IT BECAME CLEAR WHAT I NEEDED TO CHANGE IN MY APPROACH AND HOW-AS VIVID AS IT COUL BE. I DISOVERED TALENTS I DIDNTKNOW I HAD. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN AN ARTIST AND CAN DRW, BUT THROUGH PROCESS OF SHEDDING MY AMBITIONS, I LEARNED THAT HAVE UNDISCOVERED TALENT--THAT SOUNDS IMMODEST, AND I M HUMBLE BY NATURE. ANYW, BELIEVE OR NOT--- ILL SAY SOMETHING LIKE "ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED?" AND THE DAMN THING IS, YOU HAVE BEEN KOMET OUT REMIND ME NEVER TO SAY KOMET OUT AGAIN LOL
