Yesterday was a great day for me. I had to go to court. I have been waiting for over a year to get this court date. Went before the judge and he took me off home confinement. About time. I was on home confinement for 2 years, 1 month and 1 week. I am now on parole for 3 years, but at least I don't have to ask permission to go places now.

On this date in 1943, a wonderful person was born. This person has always been there for me and I love them more than anything. This is my happy birthdday blog to my mom. I hope to have you around for many many more years.

I have a fault, it is called being too damn nice. Well there is one person that I am DONE with. Damn person likes to start shit. Running their mouth about things they have no knowledge about. That is one thing that pisses me off so fast that it makes me sick. Right now I am furious. I guess being a nice person is my downfall, but I don't know how to be a bitch. Well not the kind of bitch I am learning I need to be. Ok enough of this little rant. I'm sure there will be more of them to come.

This is the weekend that every nut in 4 states decends on Spencer, WV for the Annual Black Walnut Festival. I haven't gotten to go for the past two years because of being on home confinement. I have had to sucker other people into taking my daughter to the festivities. This bums me out. Its not that I actually miss going to the festival, it is that I cannot take my kid. I would do anything in the world for her, but I can't take her to the places she wants to go. My 72 year old aunt, her daughter and husband and some other people from Alabama took her yesterday. My brother, and a couple of guys from the campground have her there today. I know that she is having fun, but the fact that I don't get to see her enjoying herself is what has me down. Just thought I would share this little rant. Now back to my life.

I saw this in a bulletin and it really hit home for me. As some of you already know, I am a recovering Meth addict. I have been clean for 35 months. I am very proud of this accomplishment. I hope that by passing this information along, I may be able to help someone to not end up where I was. Any person who would give this terrible drug to a child is lower than low. I hope that these people are caught and put under the next federal prison that is built. Please read and pass this along. Thanks, Mystie There is a type of crystal meth going around that looks like strawberry pop rocks. It smells like strawberry also and it is being handed out to kids in school yards in AR. I'm sure it will make its way around the country. Kids are ingesting this thinking it is candy and being rushed off to the ER in dire condition. It also comes in chocolate, peanut butter, cola,cherry, grape and orange. It looks just like pop rocks. Please instruct children to not accept candy that looks like this even from a friend and to take any that they may have to a teacher, principal, etc. Pass this around it could save some family a lot of heartache! Ok, enough with the drama bullshit. I don't want any part of it. If someone has something to say about me, come say it to my face. I'm not 100% sure who is running their mouth about me, but I am starting to get a good idea who it is. I, for the life of me, cannnot figure out how someone can get off on causing problems for others. I gave up on that shit when i got sober. I try to be a good person, but am damn tired of people taking advantage of me. It stops today. This is not a threat it is a promise. And I really hope the person who is the cause of my problem reads this and gets a good dose of consience. I hope this person lies awake all night thinking about how they are screwing over a decent person and costing them important things.

In this crazy day and age, it is rare to find someone my age who's parents are still married. Mine are and today is their 47th anniversary. I know its hard to believe, but its true. They are my role models. They have been through a lot in that time, but have overcame the obstacles. So this it to you, Mom and Dad. Happy 47th Anniversary. I love you guys.

The chill of the morning air, picking out clothes, packing the lunch, being sure everything is in the back pack. Oh, yes, I love the first day of school. Today started another year of school for my daughter. She is in the first grade this year. I am so proud of her. She is such a good kid and so very smart. Our day started at 6AM. She was up and completely ready to go by 6:15. Unfortantly this won't last. By this time next week, she will be fighting me about getting out of bed to go to school. But since it is the first day, she was very easy to get going. She missed her friends. I hope that she had a good day and that she will continue to love school like she does now. That will make my life a lot easier.

I just finished watching the worst movie ever made. My friends from Spencer, WV decided a while back to make a movie. They spent a whoping $375.00 on this thing. It is AWEFUL. I would not have missed the chance to see this for anything. Since I wasn't able to attend the premier, they made me a copy and gave it to me. I thought that was very cool of them to do this. I have been friends with these people for MANY years and they have been friends with Michael even longer than that.
