This is the weekend that every nut in 4 states decends on Spencer, WV for the Annual Black Walnut Festival. I haven't gotten to go for the past two years because of being on home confinement. I have had to sucker other people into taking my daughter to the festivities. This bums me out. Its not that I actually miss going to the festival, it is that I cannot take my kid. I would do anything in the world for her, but I can't take her to the places she wants to go.
My 72 year old aunt, her daughter and husband and some other people from Alabama took her yesterday. My brother, and a couple of guys from the campground have her there today. I know that she is having fun, but the fact that I don't get to see her enjoying herself is what has me down.
Just thought I would share this little rant. Now back to my life.
